• enrique (10/5): - muy bien situado, para una pareja ideal amplio, comodo y limpio. en el mismo centro, calle peatonal, sin ruidos por la noche y garaje para el coche. sin notas.
• MARIA ARANZAZU (10/5): - La ubicación en el centro de La Laguna. El apartamento muy acogedor. No se escuchaba el ruido exterior. La anfitriona excelente.
• Rene (10/5): Muy recomendado - Un estudio confortable, muy céntrico, buena higiene, parqueo privado, elevador para acceder al piso. Muy buena estancia y la dueña muy amable. Sólo la calle dónde está ubicado el apartamento es un poquito complicada porque aunque tienes acceso con el coche si vives ahí no puedes parquear, tienes que ser muy rápido o dejar al copiloto con el intermitente, es sólo una información porque nuestra experiencia fue buena.

• Caroline (8/5): Bien placé et confortable - Bien placé à l’orée du centre historique de la ville , appartement spacieux et confortable . pas de vue sur l’extérieur mais sur des puits de lumières intérieurs . Très bien pour rayonner dans la Laguna et dans le parc d’Anaga. Le parking est pratique bien que nécessite quelques manoueuvres . L’essentiel est présent pour les équipements cuisine mais cela pourrait être un peu plus développé ( tasse à café par exemple ) et un peu plus de 4 assiettes . mais rien de grave 😊
• Ramírez Cabrera (10/5): Muy recomendable - La ubicación Por decir algo, la plaza de garaje un poco complicada para aparcar pero la pudimos utilizar con total normalidad. Para coche muy grandes no creo que valga, pero el nuestro entraba bien.
• Barbara (8/5): Sonniges Apartement in guter Lage - Gute Betten, hell und sonnig im 4. Stock und trotzdem gut abzudunkeln, Ausstattung für kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend, Delongi Kaffeemaschine, Parkplatz ist gleich gegenüber der Wohnung( wenn auch wie schon oft erwähnt sehr eng), Supermarkt und viel Schnellrestaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, fußläufig in die Altstadt nachts um 1.15 - 1.30 Uhr kommt täglich die Müllabfuhr und es ist wirklich laut, morgens hatten wir zudem die Straßenkehrmaschine. Einchecken hat funktioniert, aber man muss telefonieren wenn man da ist, damit einem jemand von der Ferne automatisch die Tür öffnet. Auschecken mit 10 Uhr recht früh und einchecken mit 16 Uhr recht spät. Ein Couchtisch wäre noch schön. Die Kopfkissen sind uns zu dünn, da mussten wir die Dekokissen noch verwenden.
• Friederike (7/5): - An sich eine tolle Unterkunft, aber keine Fesnster die irgendwo hinzeigen, außer auf Beton. Sehr dunkel und bei uns war es sehr kalt (Dezember 16*C). An sich super eingerichtet und eine tolle Lage. Wir haben uns aber nicht 100% wohlgefühlt.

• Alicia (8/5): - Un estudio muy luminoso, limpio y cómodo. La situación es excepcional y disponer de parking todo un éxito. Algo complicado el acceso inicial pero la atención fue extraordinaria. Cómo única pega la tapa del WC que se movía y era muy incómodo

• Martahr2016 (8/5): Apartamento práctico y bien decorado. - Las camas muy cómodas y el apartamento práctico y bien decorado. Ascensor, garaje y portal antiguo. Piso interior con poca luz. Faltan manteles y cuchillos de sierra.
• Ellliot (7/5): - Great location, roomy, comfortable mattress. Very complicated identification of accommodation since it's on a formal no-entry road. The owner did not meet us, but rather sent a tough to deliver page with multiple directions regarding entry to the apartment and opening the garage door. The hot water wasn't enough for two average-duration showers. There is a need for additional firm pillows and blankets.

• Evelien (8/5): Aanrader nabij het oude, gezellige centrum van La Laguna - Al bij al superenthousiast en tevreden! Echt een aanrader! Superlocatie vlakbij de oude binnenstad van La Laguna en goed bereikbaar vanaf zowel de snelweg als vanaf Anaga. Handig om een parkeerplaats te hebben! Heel mooi, gezellig en modern interieur, erg proper. Host was supervriendelijk. Paar mini minpuntjes: *De koelkast rook erg naar vis van de vorige huurders waardoor in heel de studio soms een visgeur hing. *De parking was erg handig, maar het vereiste erg goede parkeerskills (of een heel vriendelijke local) om de auto zonder schrammen geparkeerd te krijgen. *Kleine waterboiler zodat we snel moesten douchen zodat de tweede ook nog warm water had.
• Alejandro (10/5): Apartamento muy bueno en La laguna - Es un apartamento súper acogedor, limpio, bien ubicado y con plaza de garaje. Además destacar que Peli, está súper atenta de todo. Como opinión muy subjetiva quizás el calentador del agua caliente se queda corto para ducharse dos personas.
• María del Socorro (10/5): - Nos gustó todo. El estudio está muy bien, con lo necesario. Está nuevo, limpio, es bonito y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta. Cuenta con una plaza de garaje justo en el edificio de enfrente. La comunicación con la anfitriona también es buena. Nos gustó todo.

• Robert (6/5): Nice apartment in a great location, with room for improvement - The studio was located in a great spot, close to La Laguna's historic centre, and close to restaurants and public transport. The studio was big and bright. The bed was really nice with a firm mattress which is a rarety. The parking space is very small, so it may be challenging if you have a vehicle larger than a small city hatchback. The studio is adjacent to another rental apartment from the same host (it appears to have been previously one larger apartment), and the sound insulation is limited - conversations from neighboring guests can be clearly heard. The studio provides only basic amenities. Even though it's functional, it feels primarily optimized for short-term rental efficiency rather than guest comfort. Given that the host manages multiple properties, more attention to amenities and overall guest experience would be appreciated. For example having a washing machine and a hot water tank that would last for more than 10 minutes in the shower.

• Yanel (10/5): Maravilloso - Las instalaciones son tal cual la foto, espectaculares! Súper cómodo! La ubicación es excelente y enfrente hay un market de comida. Pelli es muy atenta a cada detalle y me han dejado dejar las valijas un rato después de mi check out. Super a gusto!

• Reyes Cárdenes (10/5): Alojamiento muy cómodo en el centro de La Laguna - El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos. Se encuentra en un edificio un poco antiguo al estar en el casco de La Laguna pero el apartamento es muy bonito, todo muy limpio, nada ruidoso, con parking, que si tienes un coche grande es algo complicado.

• Irene (8/5): - El aire acondicionado estaba conectado una habitación con otra, no había independencia en este sentido. El resto del apartamento estupendamente.
• María Luisa (9/5): Muy cómodo y céntrico. - La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca del centro histórico, se puede ir a muchos sitios andando. Hay un supermercado con horario extendido justo en frente y zonas comerciales por los alrededores. La cama es muy cómoda, la decoración es muy cuidada y estaba limpio. Es un alojamiento muy agradable. Las ventanas aislan muy bien el ruido exterior. Los días que hemos pasado en La Laguna ha hecho mucho calor, y cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y además era festivo. El tercer día de estancia ya lo arreglaron y pudimos descansar mejor. La calle está cerca de la Universidad, y es zona de estudiantes, de modo que la calle tiene ambiente, y es algo ruidosa en las primeras horas de la noche, pero las ventanas reducen muy bien el ruido.

• María Jesús (10/5): Excelente apartamento para conocer Tenerife. - La ubicación, en pleno centro de La Laguna, ideal para conocer la ciudad y moverse desde allí por la isla. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días y es muy cómodo. También cuenta con plaza de garaje, genial, porque no es fácil aparcar por la zona. Pepi, quien nos recibió, encantadora, preocupada porque estuviéramos bien y muy atenta en todo momento a resolvernos cualquier cosa. Si volvemos a Tenerife, volveremos a quedarnos aquí. Nada.

• Dinoaga (10/5): Really nice and clean apartment in centre of La Laguna - The apartment is very nice and clean. It has pretty much everything you need, and the location is fantastic. There are several markets, restaurants, and the center of La Laguna just a short walk away—everything is really within reach. We left our car in the garage. As I had read in advance, the parking spot is indeed a bit tight, but after a couple of days we got used to it. It's no problem at all if you have another person to help guide you while parking. The apartment also has a coffee machine, and the host was very responsive to all of our questions—communication was quick and easy. Just a small note: if you're using maps, don’t be confused when it shows that you have to enter a “restricted” zone to access the garage—that’s allowed for those who have a parking space there, so it’s totally fine. -
