• Andy (8/5): Great host and ec - Mariela was excellent, meeting us later than anticipated as we were delayed.Aparrment is well located and was clean and tidy It would be useful to have a safe and eitger a boel to wash dishes as there is no dishwasher or a plug to enable you to fill up the sink.
• pedro (9/5): Excelente opción en Rosario cerca Oroño - La iluminación la ventilación y por supuesto la excelente ubicación. El baño y la cocina son nuevos, funcionen muy bien. La ropa de cama pero fue rápidamente reemplazada por una nueva por parte de la propietaria.

Todo es un diez Volveremos a alquilar cada vez que esté disponible En realidad no es que no me gustó, sólo que al no tener cochera hay que tener en cuenta dónde dejar el vehículo, si te tocan días de lluvia es incómodo eso. Sin embargo, la anfitriona nos ofreció su cochera para utilizar durante nuestra estadía, lo cual hizo todo súper cómodo...

• santiago (10/5): Excelente - Todo tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Mariela muy atenta nos permitió hacer el check in fuera del horario pactado. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, todo muy limpio. La ducha muy buena presión y agua caliente.

• Julian (10/5): Excellent apartment near downtown - Mariela was a wonderful host! She made sure everything was in place, and made herself available for anything we might need. The apartment was lovely, very modern and comfortable and well decorated. You can tell the host put serious effort into making this apartment welcoming and functional. All the appliances were new, the beds were super comfy, and the AC could really blast some frosty air (though it'd be nice to have a fan or two to move the air inside the apartment, as the cold air barely reaches the rooms). Nice detail of having outdoor furniture on the (surprisingly large) balcony. While the location is not smack in the middle of downtown, you're just a couple of blocks away from Cordoba/Paseo del Siglo. The area is safe and nice to walk around at any time of day/night. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
