• Julie (10/5): Perfect, large apartment - The apartment was fresh & clean, very comfortable & really spacious! Perfect for a group or family holiday. The grounds of the complex was so well kept & the swimming pool was so nice to sit & swim for a few hours. Just to let you know the hairdryer didnt work, but everything else was great.

• Angela (5/5): Falta mantenimiento - La ubicación y la amplitud del mismo y sus zonas comunes. Cortinas de los baños con moho negro en el cuarto de baño pequeño e incluso bichos que corrían por ellas y en el baño de bañera faltaba limpieza y las cortinas empezaban ya a quererse cambiar. Luz del cuarto de dos camas que da a la terraza como hecho extra sin luz en penumbra. La propietaria dice que no lo sabia.

• erika (5/5): Departamento cerca de la Playa - Lo que más me gustó fue que el departamento esta a 2 cuadras de la playa, es amplio y está en general muy limpio. Sin embargo, la cocina y los utensilios para cocinar no estaban en las mismas condiciones, y las cortinas de los baños presentaban hongos. La anfitriona responde los mensajes con mucha rapidez y siempre intenta ofrecer soluciones a los inconvenientes que surgen, lo cual se valora mucho. Lamentablemente, el departamento no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Las fotos no reflejan su estado actual: está algo descuidado y necesita mantenimiento. Uno de los baños es muy pequeño; una persona de 1,60 m no puede bañarse de pie cómodamente. Tuvimos problemas eléctricos: si se usa el aire acondicionado y el horno al mismo tiempo, salta la térmica. Alquilamos con cochera incluida, pero el primer día no pudimos ingresar por no haber informado la patente antes de las 14 h, y estacionar en la zona fue muy complicado. Los días siguientes, conseguir lugar dentro del predio también fue difícil, ya que varios edificios comparten el estacionamiento. Las reposeras en la pileta son con costo adicional y no se proveen toallas. La habitación principal tiene una ventana que da a otra habitación, por lo que si se desea privacidad cerrándola, el ambiente queda completamente encerrado, sin ventilación ni luz natural. Además, uno de los espacios del placard parece una baulera improvisada, con objetos rotos guardados dentro. La cocina tiene iluminación deficiente, y para ver mejor hay que enchufar una luz, que no tiene interruptor, lo que resulta inseguro.

• Paul (9/5): We would have loved to stay longer, the owners we so helpful & answered our questions really quickly. The apartment - The apartment has an amazing location, everything you need is on the doorstep. The apartment is large & comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment, including dishes for small kids & high chair. The apartment is in a gated community, which is immaculately cared for & very safe. One gate near the apartment brings you straight to a fabulous bakery & the small supermarket just across the street. The gate just past the pool area is right across from the beach. There is also another large supermarket near playmar 2. In the complex There is a lovely large pool with three lifeguards (who are so nice & let the kids play safely) the sunbeds are €1 per day but not necessary. There is plenty of shade you can put a towel under. There is also tennis, padel, football courts & a playground in the complex. We didn’t use the restaurant as they didn’t seem to like foreigners as much as the local residents & you can’t access the restaurant/cafe directly from the pool. We really enjoyed or stay & would definitely return Just to be picky; There is only one large & one small towel per guest, so advisable to bring your own beach towels, or buy some cheap ones locally. There is minimum supplies left, one pod for the washing machine, just enough toilet paper, bin bag for one day. This seems to be down to the cleaning company who maintain the apartment rather than the owners. There is no dishwasher but also no draining board & only one tea towel so we found it difficult to wash & dry the dishes for 10day stay. A draining board & extra tea towels would be really helpful. There are a lot of lamps that’s don’t work in the living area & glass tables, which maybe a concern if travelling with toddlers.

• Rachel (10/5): 5 stars - The apartment is beautiful. We had all we needed in the apartment and plenty of space. Location was superb. Near a bank, supermarket and lovely cafe. Short walk to Torremolinos old town and shorter walk to the beach. Light and airy and lovely apartment. Really friendly and helpful apartment owner. Excellent communication throughout. Just to let other travellers know the pool isn't open all year so check before booking if this is a feature you would like. The pool was closed but looked absolutely beautiful so I imagine it's great in the summer.
• Lukasz (8/5): Very convenient location. Spacious. Good value for money - Very good location, spacious apartment. Two bathroom and three bedrooms makes a difference. Nice playground just outside the apartment. Dishwasher missing. Some installations a bit outdated.
• Justin (9/5): This place was awesome. Great Price, Close to the beach, awesome for our family with elementary kids - Great location, Great value for the money, 4 twin beds, 1 queen like advertised. Our elementary and middle school age kids loved it. Plenty of seating and space for lounging. Kitchen was nice. 5 minutes from the beach. Their was a playground and football field in the complex as well for the kids to play. Grocery stores and cafes were close by. A great location. Washing Machine was dirty when we arrived and clothes smelled bad. After I washed it, it worked well. They also gave us 2 small trash bags and very few toiletries for 8 days. It would be better if they made it easier to clean up. The electric circuit is weak, we had to reset it a few times.
