• Rafael (10/5): - Очень милая квартира, находится на первом этаже здания, что нам было удобно с нашими чемоданами. Перед домом паркинг. Очень тихая улочка, в шаговой доступности от оживленных улиц. В 5 минутах маркет. 25 мин прогулки до Пантеона , 30 мин до Испанской лестницы. Рядом находится много очень хороших ресторанов. Квартира очень чистая,со всем необходимым. Удобная кровать .хозяин был очень приветлив и гостеприимен. Дал много рекомендаций, помог заказать такси в аэропорт . Очень оценили чайник и кофеварку, много капсул. Мы отлично провели время и с удовольствием рекомендуем это жилье . Нет

• Myriam (8/5): Tolle Lage mit nettem Gastgeber in Trastevere - Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben viele Tipps bekommen. Die Lage des Appartements war wunderbar, wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. Vor allem in Trastevere haben wir lecker gegessen, das Flair ist einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
• tomvandijk1966 (9/5): Quiet and cosy on an excellent location - Cosy and quiet apartment on a excellent location. Open the frontdoor, put some chairs outside and you are on your own streetterrace in th middle of Rome! Wifi was down but owner did everything to get it fixed (appaered to be an issue for the whole) neighboorhood.

• Roumidis (10/5): Alles super - Tolle Late, ruhig und zentral. Alles fussläufig erreichbar in der Innenstadt. Sehr bequemes Bett :) viele tolle Tipps vom Haus gibt es dazu - Retauranta, Cafes und Co. Ein rund um guter Aufenthalt. Nichts.

• Trinidad (8/5): Estancia agradable. - Ubicación muy buena, puedes caminar al centro de la ciudad en 30 minutos. Barrio bonito con mucha oferta de restauración. Muy completo tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar 3 días. El baño muy pequeño, dependiendo de tu físico no puedes moverte en la ducha. El sofá cama no es recomendable para un adulto.

• Panagiota (10/5): - Ολα ήταν πολύ όμορφα! Καθαρό διαμέρισμα, άνετο κρεβάτι, σε πολύ καλή περιοχή! Το ντουζ ήταν μικρό και δυσκολευτήκαμε να πλύνουμε το μωρό μας. Αλλά κατά τα άλλα ήταν πολύ καλά όλα!
• Alper (10/5): Perfect location, perfect hosting - The host was perfect, they met us in front the house, explained everything, finalized everything, and recomended some restaurants around. They were nice, house was clean and everything was all ok. as said from previous visitors, bathroom is a bit small but clean and all good sofa bed was not so comfy. makes a lot of noise when you move + a bit uncomfortable

• Geoghegan (9/5): Magical spot for a Rome holiday - Location is superb because it's a couple of streets adjacent to the busier, more touristy streets and so it feels incredibly local and authentic, is very quiet at night yet still surrounded by fabulous local eateries. The bed was very comfortable (firm, foam, queen mattress) and space was incredibly clean. Hosts were lovely and very attentive. Bathroom is tiny (but very clean and modern) making the shower a bit of a squeeze. Slight lack of natural light due to only having a window in the back bedroom area.

• Lisa L. (10/5): - Great location and lots of friendly restaurants all around. Although there's so much around it, even within 20 steps, it was very quiet in the evening. I'm a light sleeper and had no difficulties. Also, it's in a spot that doesn't get much foot or vehicle traffic. The bed was very comfortable. The entire apartment was impeccably clean. The only thing that would steer me away is if I were a very large person. As with many apartments in Europe, the shower was tiny. But it was no issue for us. The owner was not able to meet us, so his nephew came instead. He was incredibly helpful with explaining everything we needed to know. The owner was amazing with communication, both before our stay and during. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Det var varmt och lite dålig luft i lägenheten. Lägenheten var mörk med ett litet fönster som bara släppte in ljus om det var öppet
• Brand (9/5): - המיקום של הדירה היה נהדר עבורנו (חשוב ללמוד להשתמש בתחבורה הציבורית בצורה יעילה כמה שיותר מוקדם, לנו לקח קצת זמן וחבל), ואדוארדו היה ממש נחמד בצ'ק אין. התחושה היא שהדירה נמצאת בשכונת מגורים שקטה ובטוחה יחסית וזה דבר שהיה חשוב לנו במיוחד. הדירה מעט יותר חשוכה מבתמונות, וזה מעט מטעה. יש רעש לפעמים מהשכנה למעלה. הwifi לא ממש מגיע לחדר השינה כמו שצריך

• Louisa (10/5): perfekt - Die Lage ist Top, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Super freundliche Gastgeber die uns bei Fragen immer mit Rat zur Seite standen und uns weitergeholfen haben. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Bad ziemlich klein aber reicht alles vollkommen aus. Wir hatten auch bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt - wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Nichts - alles super

• Rebeca (9/5): Great location in Trastevere and calm - Great location in Trastevere. It’s close to everything but in the calm side of a Trastevere. Edoardo and the other hosts were really great and helped us with everything. It has all you need, even a Nespresso machine. I really recommend this apartment if you are looking for a nice place close to all the main sights in Rome (for us walking distance)
• Emily (8/5): Fabulous location in quiet part of Trastevere, easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go! - The warm welcome and orientation we received from Eduardo set us up for such a fabulous stay. I appreciated that he covered all the little things about the apartment and also shared restaurant and grocery recommendations. We used the sofa bed in the room that also serves as the dinning room and when unfolded it takes up most of the space and it is a little bit difficult to move the dinning room table back and forth.

• Maria (9/5): Comfortable - The apartment was comfortable. We needed a place to stay to rest and enjoy our last few days in Rome. The location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. For us, walkable to many sights. Easy access to many areas. It's well maintained and big enough for a couple. Had all the essentials if you want to cook and eat, we chose to enjoy eating out since we were on vacation. Too dark! We found the apartment dark due to a lack of windows. There are 2. One in the bathroom, the other in the bedroom, both facing a small courtyard that belongs to the home behind this one at the back of the apartment. There were no windows in the front where the kitchen and seating area were located. The other issue was that the bathroom was very small and the shower was tight. It's literally 2 feet by 2 feet. My husband, who is 6 feet tall, had difficulties showering due to the size. Couldn't even turn in the shower while showering. Lastly, there was no outdoor space to sit when we went back during the day to relax. So we didn't spend too much time at the apartment.

• Lars (9/5): Superb - Nice appartement in a very good area. Plenty of places for breakfast or dinner. If you cross the Tiber by one of the bridges it starts to get busy with sight seer's. We loved it and I can only recommend it. But you shouldn't be too big if you want to shower, the bath is tiny.

The hosts were very flexible, communicated amazingly and provided us with everything we needed, including wonderful suggestions! This rental was just the right size for what we needed. Pizzeria Santini (around the corner four doors down) was a life saver for when we didn't time our meals correctly! We were aware the shower was small, so it really doesn't count against our opinion. To clarify for others, the opening of the shower doors is narrow (had to turn sideways to step in). The height was good..

• Kathryn (7/5): Great base to explore Rome - The apartment is in a great location for exploring Rome, you can reasonably walk to most things but there are plenty of transport options as well. The apartment is an ideal base for a few days. Heaps of restaurants and coffee nearby. The apartment was very quaint and uniquely Italian. However, there is basically only one window that leads to a courtyard used by other people so it can be noisy unless you shut everything up. If you are looking for accommodation with plenty of natural light, probably not the best option.
• Colleen (10/5): Comfortable stay in the heart of Trastevere. - The accommodation was perfect for our stay. Bed was very comfortable. The location allowed us to explore Rome on foot, and Trastevere was fantastic in the evenings with great restaurants to choose from. We had an initial issue with hot water as a result of the severe storm in Rome that was promptly and efficiently rectified by our host. Grazia Mille 🙏

A little rugged outside the doors but never any problems. A little hard to fit in a family of four for morning coffee and breakfast. Probably awesome for a couple!

As other reviewers stated, the natural light is lacking, but that didn’t bother us at all, it helped keep it cool and we weren’t there much during the day. The shower is small, only really bothered my husband who’s tall.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the beautiful Trastevere area. The apartment had everything we needed, and very comfortable for us as a family of 4. We loved sitting out the front having an early evening drink watching the passers by. The hosts were brilliant, fantastic communication from when we booked and we received the best greeting when we arrived - lots of helpful recommendations of things to do and places to eat, off the tourist trail! • Algeni (6/5): Great neighborhood; good to rest your head, but not somewhere to be for a lengthy stay. - very easy, we were met by the owners nephew and he walked us through the apartment. The shower was ridiculously small; so small that you can barely enter and exit; and we are not large men. If you dropped anything in the shower you were in trouble! Also, the apartment is very dark. one window in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, otherwise it had no window in the 'living / kitchen' area.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this place The apartment is very well located (walking distance to all the tourist attractions), beautifully decorated, clean, Gianluca is an excellent host, attentive to detail, very prompt in fulfilling any request you may have. We had a great time and for sure, when we return to Rome, we will stay here again.

Near my favorite pizza restaurant in Rome! And my partner cannot walk as far as others and this was the perfect location for us, we could walk everywhere we wanted to see within 15 minutes. And as a bonus the hop on hop off boat was right on the Tiber near by. Had everything I could have wanted, iron/board and even a toaster! Our host even helped us with a 6:00am cab to the airport in the morning! We don't like the Netspresso pods coffee, I prefer the old fashion expresso makers!

Shower stall was tiny, unable to bend down to scrub your feet without hitting your head with hardware. Good luck if you dropped bath soap, unable to bend down to pick up. Had to “squeeze” through shower door to get in / get out. Clothes washer had a musty odor, did not try using it for this reason. Wish a rug was available in bedroom to cover metal door on floor that appeared to be a crawl space under floor. I was afraid critters would come up from underneath such as spiders although I did not see any on our stay. Location was difficult for taxi to get to us, they had to drop us off / pick us up in different spots about a block away as they did not want to enter narrow street. No issues until time to leave with our suit cases - cobblestones are not kind to suitcase wheels…

Will stay again! - Perfect location- plenty of bars and places to eat, good recommendations and we walked everywhere- we got the train to the top of the city and walked back through the side roads, amazing place! Lovely and clean, air con was great! The photos make it look bigger then it is so any more than 2 adults and 2 small kids may be difficult. Also if your over 5’8 the shower may be a struggle!
