• Júlia Monique (6/5): Boa localização. - A localização é ótimo, pode fazer quase tudo apé tranquilamente Lugar com muito mofo, a limpeza não era tão boa, e o cheiro do local era muito forte. Como foi apenas uma diária foi tranquilo, mas se fossem mais dias acredito que teria sido desconfortável

Además, nos dejaron una cantidad absurda de papel de baño y jabón, tuvimos que comprar más. No me contestaron los mensajes del WhatsApp de servicio.

• Luca (2/5): - L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, ottima e comoda, a circa 10 minuti da Victoria Station. Tuttavia, per le condizioni della struttura e il comfort offerto, non ci tornerei assolutamente. Esperienza pessima. La stanza era estremamente sporca: moquette lurida, vetri sporchissimi, pareti piene di macchie e polvere ovunque. Il bagno era minuscolo, forse nemmeno 1 metro quadro compreso di lavabo e WC: praticamente impossibile muoversi. Inoltre il lavandino era rotto e perdeva acqua sul pavimento. Dotazione insufficiente: ci è stato fornito solo un asciugamano grande, senza nemmeno un asciugamano per il viso. La camera, già piccolissima, era assolutamente inadatta per tre persone. Non c’era un vero armadio né spazio dove appoggiare vestiti o valigie, e mancava persino un comodino. Insonorizzazione inesistente: si sentivano chiaramente passi, rumori e persino le sveglie delle stanze vicine.

Creo que un Hostal esta en mejor opción

El baño, en particular, era extremadamente pequeño y resultaba bastante incómodo. Apenas había espacio para moverse con normalidad, y usar el inodoro era complicado, ya que estaba situado justo enfrente de la ducha. No había sitio suficiente ni para colocar bien los pies ni para sentarse de forma cómoda, ni siquiera poniendo las piernas dentro de la ducha. En general, la distribución y el tamaño del baño dificultaban mucho su uso. La televisión no funcionaba bien

• sayed (1/5): Frustrating and Disappointing Hotel service - The hotel was clean moderately but on the bed Sheet there was a spot of blood! And an odd smell. The staff facilities were very very poor and unfriendly and not cooperative. The most important thing is that there was no luggage keeping facilities before and after check-in and checkout. Not even the hotel management informed us before about this. It is highly frustrating and disappointing. Not recommended Hotel.

• John (7/5): good location and good pricing . would stay again no point having a bathroom shared one was bigger - location and room a decnt size, easy to get in to the property had good comminication bathroom with shower so small , nit suitable for bif 6ft people loke myself .You cnat fill the kettle because the sink is very small .Cant fit two people in the bathroom.Was ok clean but looking for a tv remote meant looking round dewers etc and there was some rubbish and dirty . There was no tv remote for the first night , but they sent one the second day

No hay recepción de ningún tipo por lo que si tienes un problema te van a derivar a que hables con un indu que no te va a solucionar absolutamente nada. Experiencia horrible y muy caro en relación calidad/precio. Por un poco más tienes mil opciones cerca

The bed sheets seemed clean but there were hairs. The walls of the room were a little dirty and the entrance door was probably splattered with tea. But the price-quality ratio is balanced, so a pleasant stay.

Had to try door code on doors in end until I found my room. In the room tv no remote couldn't use it just sat looking at net flix screen with no way to turn it off or over. Smoke alarm missing in room so if a fire 🔥 you wouldn't hear it if hard of hearing. Broken window aswell as supplying a kettle but yet use a sink to fill it up that is too small so have to use the shower. Poorly decorated throughout looks as if a 3yr old has painted the place. Lack of information especially with no staff to help and send a query on what's app during the time frame and still go no answer. Reminds me of temporary shared accommodation to be honest and not somewhere I'd want to spend more than 1 night maybe 2 but definitely wouldn't want to stay longer than this.

Telefonlara cevap vermediler mesajlara ise otomatik dönüş yapıldı. Geceyi sokakta geçirdim, sabah olduğunda rezervasyonumu müsait odaları olmadığı için iptal ettiler. Ücret iadesi yapmadılar.

• Jeff (1/5): Hovel - Nothing Omg what a hovel, firstly I was sent 4 entry code's none of which worked, I was allocated a room with shared bathroom which was not what I booked, the room was tiny and filthy, I actually slept on top of the bed, dangerous electrical installation (I'm a spark), the bathroom was so small if you needed to sit on the toilet then your feet were in the shower, because the key code's weren't working they eventually gave me the engineer's code so I could of accessed any room in the property, by the way one of the code's was for a completely different hotel in scunthorpe and I was in London, it was an absolute disgrace, I wouldn't let cattle stay there

• Fountanopoulou (1/5): AWFUL, NO HEATING - THERE WAS NO HEATING AT ALL IN THE ROOM DURING WINTER!!! The was also a HOLE AT THE WINDOW, where cold air could go through!!! No matter how many times we tried to contct them to change room or even do something about it there was no response! We had to sleep for 3 nights with our coats on.. and they finally repllied after we left that everything was working properly..! If we had our baby girl with us i would have called the police! AWFUL!! Avoid it at any case
• Benson (4/5): Good location but terrible room! - Location is good as close to Victoria Station and easy to locate. The bathroom though very small was recently renovated. We were assigned to Room 10. The paints on the wall have peeled off and were not repaired. Also, there were water leakages inside the wall with moulds, wetness and stains. We are surprised this was not attended to before it was assigned to us. If not because we arrived a bit late during the evening, we would have left the room and sought alternative accommodation. Fortunately, we only had to endure this for one night. This is easily the worst accommodation I had ever booked on Booking.com.

• Wiktoria (2/5): Thought it would have been good bales for money but hostel would have probably be cleaner - Location was good not to far to anything and the self checking was pretty easy to get into Room was horrible bed sheets had rips down the side carpet over missing floor boards a serious hazard only think I think was clean was the towels - you could tell by just the mirror on the wardrobe it not cleaned well - another hazard is that bathroom my partner went for a shower and got shocked from the knob of the shower - safe to say I didn’t use the shower after that
