• ARTHUR (10/5): Excelente acomodação em Arbois! - Nós gostamos muito do hotel. Os processos de checkin e de checkout foram muito rápidos, usaram as informações que eu já havia dado (parece óbvio, mas é raro em hotéis). Tive que alterar a data da minha reserva e a pessoa que me atendou foi muito prestativa e resolveu tudo por mim. O café da manhã é muito bom e o custo x benefício é ótimo (variedade e qualidade). Quarto e banheiros limpos. Boa qualidade de banho e da cama. Dusas sugestões: aumentar o tamanho das toalhas de banho e que não seja necessário fazer checkin via navegador a cada uso da internet (o acesso, por meio de senha, poderia ser direto).

Prix élevé compte tenu de l'indisponibilité de l'interrupteur (chambre 405), ce problème était connu selon éléments portés à ma connaissance, pas de geste commercial à la vue de ce désagrément désagréable constaté à mes dépens
• Raphaël (9/5): Très bon séjour d’une nuit. - Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Un peu dommage que le petit déjeuner ne pouvait se prendre plus tôt, à partir de 6h ça aurait été mieux. Mais on s’est adapté pour le prendre à l’heure donnée (7h).

• Jean- (7/5): - repas au restaurant des cépages très bon malgré nos trois nuits réservées on n a pu manger qu une seule fois mais ce soir là il y avait un groupe très bruyant qui nous a rendu le repas moins agréable cet hotel avantage les groupes au dépend des individuels car on voulait réserver les 3 repas à l hotel mais cela n a pas été possible petit déjeuner très bon la réservation des repas du soir pour les particuliers

Et pour une fois nous sommes très bien accueilli avec notre chien et cela sans supplément. Ce qui est extrêment rare. Le buffet petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que le souper pris au restaurant. • Francis (10/5): A wonderful stay in Arbois in an excellent hotel. - Excellent location, convenient for the motorway. Spacious, easy parking next to the hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant served the most delicious meal, one of the best we've ever eaten in France. A pleasant 20 min walk to Arbois town centre with the chance to take in the Louis Pasteur museum on the way, then a beer in the brasserie. Wonderful all round - Compliments to all. We shall be back. • Inge (9/5): Aangenaam verblijf op doorreis naar Zwitserland - Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomt in het Nederlands, dat was een aangename verrassing. Lekker ontbijt en een lekker avondmaal. Het restaurant hadden we op voorhand gereserveerd. Frisse, nette kamers. Dankzij de airco aangenaam slapen. Alles was naar wens, we hebben geen opmerkingen.
