• Valentina (8/5): - Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutto il necessario , comodo per 4 persone ( 2 adulti , 1 ragazzo di 13 anni e bambina di 7) se devi soggiornare per qualche giorno. Zona tranquilla , a due minuti a piedi dal parco del Turia e a 20 Minuti dal centro. Divano letto , scomodo.

• Marionn (10/5): Ottimo - Tutto !appartamento in buona posizione vicino alla metro per raggiungere facilmente il centro ! Molto pulito e arredato con gusto !top la bottiglia di vino come benvenuto al nostro arrivo !! Praticamente a fianco una bakery buonissima !!! Nulla tutto perfetto !!!

• Marcos (7/5): Apartamento cómodo en Valencia - El colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Tiene ventilador y aire acondicionado que en días de calor son necesarios y se agradecen. El baño y la cocina están bien. Echamos de menos tener sábana en la cama y una toalla más para la ducha ya que éramos dos adultos y un niño. Las mesillas de noche no son nada útiles para mi gusto. La TV no tiene antena y la cocina tiene un par de muebles que no tienen ni uñero ni tirador. A pesar de estos comentarios la estancia fuera positiva para nosotros

• Céline (10/5): Nous recommandons ! - Grand studio bien agencé, tout neuf, propre. L’accès est facile, les propriétaires sont très réactifs et nous ont donné de bonnes recommandations ! Notre chien a été accueilli sans supplément ! C’était assez difficile de trouver une place dans la rue (heureusment parking payant pas très cher à côté !) Quand même à 20/25 min de marche de l’hypercentre.

• Asier (8/5): Apartamento decente en una Valencia sobredimensionada en precios - Electrodomésticos buenos de cocina. Lugares alrededor con supermercados, tiendas y bares de barrio que te permiten comer y comprar barato. El personal desde limpieza hasta telefónicamente siempre dispuestos ayudar y en contacto. Caro.

• Alkiviadis (10/5): Short break Valencia - Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. Access to metro and bus stations. Many places close like markets, tapas bars etc. Well equipped I would change to a bigger bed to more comfortable and also some other type of heating for the winter as air-conditioning is not that enough.

• Jacek (10/5): I highly recommend it. - It is a very nice, cozy, and modern apartment. - good location, quiet, some restaurants and supermarket in the area, about 25 minutes walk to the city center - very nice and responsive host, good communication in English - the flat is spotless, nicely decorated, and very well equipped (electric kettle coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, free cosmetics and set of detergents, etc. ) - a bottle of red wine, left for the guests, was a great surprise I highly recommend it -
• Stancea (8/5): Great stay. Lack of basic things - This apartment was overall well-equipped, but I found a few things that could be improved. Since I was traveling light, it was great to have basics like shampoo and shower gel provided for the period I stay.. However, a couple of things impacted my stay. The apartment door is right off the sidewalk, so leaving the windows open wasn’t really an option, especially when I was out. This was something I knew ahead of time, but having a window that could stay open safely, even when I wasn’t around, would help with airflow—there was a slight sewer smell at times. I’d also suggest adding more storage; extra space for belongings would definitely be useful.
• Elena (8/5): Very good - A fairly conveniently located apartment, a supermarket nearby. The apartment is fully equipped, everything is convenient. Just keep in mind that this is a ground floor (exit from the apartment directly to the street), respectively, there are no windows and natural light in the apartment. What pleasantly surprised me was that it was quiet, there was no noise from the street even on weekends.
• Abel (10/5): This open-concept apartment has everything you need! - The arrangement of the apartment is really cleaver! The bathroom is quite impressive with beautiful colors and technology. Also the odor extractors are a nice touch. The kitchen is small, but with everything! Big frig, microwave, etc. The interior design is the best quality possible in our opinion! Everything you need is inside this apartment! The bio packages of soap, gel, and all cleaner stuff are the final detail for perfection!
