• christopher (9/5): Lovely place. - Lovely big room on the ground floor. We were able to put ourbikes in it. Hotel was full of peligrinos all wanting to bd away early. So breakfast was packed and chaotic.
• Dymphna (4/5): We had walked a long day on the Camino and was looking forward to a relaxing evening only to Be move - We did not get to stay in this Hotel which was very disappointing as we were moved to another Hotel for apparently burst pipes issues. However on passing the hotel later that evening it was still operating as normal. This ruined our day’s experience completely. The girl we spoke to was nice but it felt like she was carrying out a direction.

Amazing location for the Camino, great room and shower and we had a large balcony with table chairs and sun loungers! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Chambre confortable et une belle salle de bain Pas de porte à la douche et pas de réfrégirateur. L’accueil avait lieu ailleurs qu’à notre hébergement et ce n’était pas indiqué dans le courriel. Après une journée de marche, c’est moins agréable.

• Paul (8/5): Hotel is degelijk, maar de 'rooms' kunnen luidruchtig zijn op zondag. - Ontbijt en locatie zijn perfect We hadden de 'rooms' geboekt, maar deze liggen langs een pub waar jongeren graag plezier maken. Wij waren er op zondag.

É o alojamento ideal para quem procura conforto e atenção ao detalhe, especialmente para quem faz o Caminho de Santiago. Fomos recebidos com uma simpatia extrema. Mesmo chegando tarde após uma etapa desgastante do Caminho, o funcionário teve o gesto atencioso de nos oferecer fruta fresca, algo que valorizámos imenso. A logística para o nosso cão foi impecável. Disponibilizaram uma cama própria e taças para água e comida, o que facilitou imenso a nossa estadia e o descanso do nosso animal. Os quartos primam pelo conforto e pelas excelentes comodidades. A presença da chaleira, com uma cuidadosa seleção de chás, foi o detalhe ideal para relaxar e recuperar energias ao final do dia. Relativamente ao alojamento, a experiência foi irrepreensível e não há aspetos negativos a apontar. Contudo, como nota informativa para outros viajantes, a zona envolvente e a frente ribeirinha são bastante escuras durante a noite. A iluminação pública nestas áreas deixa um pouco a desejar, o que pode causar algum desconforto a quem chega mais tarde ou pretende dar um passeio noturno, contrastando com a segurança e o conforto sentidos dentro do hotel.

• Susanna (5/5): Severely lacking - The reception staff were friendly and helpful The room was nice but lacked sound proofing so heard clatter of dishes all evening and early morning. The room facilities were extremely poor for a 4 star hotel - 3 x green tea bags (no coffee), no bottled water and no shampoo or conditioner. These items have been provided in lower star establishments. The staff serving dinner could speak no English and left people waiting for 40 minutes and was not helpful. He had around 6 tables to serve and made it look like he was serving 50 people. A 4 star hotel should have staff that are trained in hospitality and can speak some English.

Potrudili su se da dobijemo sve što treba - od hrane u sobi, pojačanog grejanja do taxija sledeći dan iako je bilo skoro nemoguće ga dobiti. Ko ide na Camino, na recepciji možete dobiti pečate. E il giorno dopo dovevo essere a Santiago e avevo già un'altra prenotazione! (Booking non segnala questi errori) E lla receptionist gentilissima mi ha trovato due camere nella struttura più bella senza problemi e senza costi aggiuntivi Niente, tutto bellissimo
• Mas González (9/5): Perfecto para peregrinos (si no son fiestas de Padrón) 😂 - Tenemos que destacar a Bianca, la recepcionista, ya que se portó de 10 con nosotros. Llegábamos tras 42km andando desde Pontevedra haciendo el camino de Santiago y, debido a que eran fiestas de Padrón, nuestra habitación daba a una calle donde había bares y música en la calle. Se escuchaba mucho y era imposible descansar. Lo hablamos con ella y no dudó en buscarnos una habitación con otra orientación donde no se escuchara tanto el jaleo y pudiéramos descansar. Le estamos muy agradecidos. Fue maravillosa. Destacamos también el desayuno que por 12€ es muy completo. La habitación genial. Todo muy limpio y cómodo.

• Agnes Anna (5/5): Außen ui, innen fui - Die Lage und die Dachterrasse waren sehr schön. Es war sauber Wo soll ich anfangen: die Fotos bei booking stimmen nicht bzw. wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben. Die Fotos locken mir neu renovierten Zimmern. Ein Zimmer bekommt man allerdings im Haupthotel. Unser Zimmer (401) lag direkt am Lift. Den haben wir die komplette Nacht über rauf und runter fahren gehört. Im Bad roch es eckelhaft nach Abfluss und bei duschen hörte plötzlich das Wasser auf zu laufen. Komplett eingeseift stand ich da und es kam nix von oben. Die Betten waren hart und man spürte jede Feder im Rücken. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir Ohrstöpsel, da gegenüber vom Hotel Kirmes war. Wären wir nicht nur für paar Stunden zum Schlafen auf unserem Jakobsweg hier, würden wir definitiv das Hotel wechseln. Eine echte Mogelpackung.

Siamo stati accolti dalla responsabile dell' accoglienza con cordialità, simpatia e professionalità. Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie sulla città ed i servizi dell' hotel. La stanza è a dir poco perfetta: pulitissima, arredata con mobili nuovi e di gusto, con bagno degno di un hotel di categoria superiore. Camera silenziosa con vista sul monastero Nulla

• Noelia (9/5): Excelente hotel en Padrón - Nos alojamos en el edificio donde está la recepción. La decoración y el ambiente es muy premium en comparación con otros alojamientos del Camino de Santiago que cuestan 45-60€ la noche (aquí pagamos 71€ en semana santa). La habitación y el baño son muy grandes, cómodos y limpios. Las ventanas están insonorizadas, esa noche había feria y ni la oímos. Hay un hervidor de agua en la habitación con infusiones y cuatro vasos de cristal. El baño cuenta con bidé. Cargador al lado de la cama tipo usb. Cuatro almohadas y dos cojines. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación (27° marcaba el termostato) y no funcionaba el aire, tuvimos que abrir la ventana y la puerta de la habitación para que hiciera corriente. En la pared sobre las camas han debido quitar alguna repisa y estaba descascarillada y sin pintura, lo que destacaba mucho en comparación con lo cuidada que estaba el resto de la habitación.

The water in the shower would not get hot- only lukewarm. The air conditioner blew only hot air so we had to open the window to let cool air in. There was no way to shut off the air once it had been turned on. There was no staff at the hotel, so not able to talk to anyone.
