• Abu Bakar (10/5): Prime Location, Clean, Modern and Friendly Owner - It was Perfect! The owner is super kind and friendly. Where do I begin? We made the best choice by picking this apartment, not only it was super clean, modern and had all the amenities, it was in the most perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, Siam Park and Siam Mall, located right in the middle of costa adege and playa de las americas. You couldn’t ask for a better location. There is a massive pool and the flat itself is located right beneath nice restaurants and convenience stores. There is plenty of parking available if you plan on hiring a car like we did. Just to add, the owner is super friendly and kind. We lost our rental car keys and had our apartment key also inside the car. It was late in the night but the owner still drove 30 mins for us and gave us the spare keys to let us in. He really went the extra mile and we really appreciate that. Thank you for a perfect stay and whenever we return to Tenerife, this accommodation would be our number one choice.

• REMEDIOS (8/5): Podía haber sido estupendo. - La ubicación bien No sabíamos cómo recoger las llaves, no había nadie para preguntar. Nos sentimos muy decepcionados porque había un montón de cajetines con clave para las llaves y no teníamos indicaciones de cuál podía ser. Un verdadero caos.tuvimos que poner la clave en cada uno de los cajetines para lograr conseguir las llaves. Por otro lado, en el apartamento 212 lo que ofrecen las imágenes de publicidad no son tan fieles a la realidad: un interruptor del pasillo que no funciona, un filtro de campana extractora que cuando pones en funcionamiento la campana se cae, un tendedero roto, el tabloncillo del inodoro suelto, cubertería descabalada, útiles de cocina deteriorados, había cepillo para barrer pero no recogedor. Es una pena , porque son pequeñas cosas que no implican una gran inversión desmerecen un apartamento bien situado y suficientemente amplio. Les animamos a que corrijan estos aspectos.

• Ksystof (3/5): Zdjęcia z przed 5 lat, które nie mają nic wspólnego z żeczywistością - Lokalizacja: tuż obok Siam park, sklep, i w 10 minutach plaża Pralka i dishwasher, lecz nie było soli, worków na śmieci no i mało pościeli. Telewizja Internet wifi Stare brudne złamane kanapy w salonach Okna w aliuminiowych ramach, co się działo na ulicy, było słychać i w domu, żadnej szumoizolacji przy czym apartament tuż przy drodze. (Bardzo huczno) Pozycjonują jak jeden wielki apartament na 90 mm², a w żeczywistości czeka na was dwa apartamenty po 45 i 35 mm², w których może się rozmieścić wygodnie tylko 4 ludzi/w 2 apartamentach. Patelnie są tak stare że aż wypukłe. Meble i ściany potrzebują remontu. Nie ma klimatyzacji. 2100€ za tydzień nie ma sensu bo za hałasu z ulicy nie da się wypocząć no i nie za bardzo jest na czym. (Sugerowana możliwie 1200 za dwa apartamenty)
• Grzegorz (10/5): Swietna lokalizacja, pelne wyposazenie, bardzo czysto. - Rewelacyjne położenie obiektu, w pelni wyposazony - tak powinno byc w kazdym obiekcie tego typu. Swietny kontakt z obsluga. Juz kilak razy bylem na Teneryfie ale ten obiekt byl najlepszy ze wszystkich.
• Oleksandra (1/5): COCKROACHES AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL - A fairly good location, and all the necessary essentials were provided for the stay. The biggest disappointment was the terrible condition of the kitchen. Although the utensils themselves looked relatively clean, on the very first day we saw a large number of cockroaches. The photos clearly show that there were many of them. They were running all over the kitchen — on surfaces, dishes, and kitchen equipment — making it unsafe to use. It is also important to mention that the cockroaches were not only in the kitchen. We found them under the sofa and under the bed — essentially throughout the entire apartment, which made the stay unsafe. What upset us most was that the owner refused to acknowledge the issue and instead blamed us, claiming that the cockroaches either did not exist or that there were only one or two. There was no support from the host. Overall, the attitude felt unprofessional and irresponsible.

• Valentina (8/5): - L appartamento era fornito di tante comodità ( TV cucina macchina caffè ecc ecc). Pulito ad eccezione del divano letto. Cucina attrezzatissima. Ottima posizione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il materasso era imberlato. Capisco che ci siano gusti e gusti sul dormire e per questo non mi permettetei di commentare se fosse stato rigido/ morbido ma questo era proprio usurato ed imberlato. Il divano letto sporco con mille segni di ospiti precedenti. Ho trovato folle il supplemento di 50€ per un late check in fatto in totale autonomia. Avrei capito se fosse stato in presenza o se ci avessero dovuti supportare nel trovare o le chiavi o l appartamento.
• IGNACIO (4/5): No repetiremos, hay más opciones - Buena ubicación para moverse con coche, justo a la salida de la autovía. Y junto a un centro comercial muy grande. A 6 minutos andando de las playas y con fácil aparcamiento. Y dueños amables. La cama, colchón horrible, espalda machacada en cinco noches. Microondas muy viejo y oxidado por dentro. No pudimos usarlo. Mampara de ducha también oxidada, mal cuidada. Detalles a pulir como la escoba, muy vieja y sucia. Por eso puntuación tan baja.

• Cameron (10/5): Had an amazing time and couldn’t fault the accommodation - The location was fantastic and the apartment was very modern. Based off the photos I was under the impression there was 2 bedrooms 1 with 2 x single beds and another double room when that was not the case.

Clean but could do with an upgrade to a few items that are a bit tired looking such as bedding and patio cushions. Pictures make it look much fresher. Looks bigger in pictures.

• Joeri (5/5): - De ligging was perfect! Kort bij het strand en in het midden van Playa Las Americas en Costa Adeje. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om te genieten van Tenerife. Op de keukenkastjes waren allemaal vettige vingers van de vorige verhuurder te vinden. De spiegeltjes aan de muur, waren ooit een schildermogelijkheid voor kinderen. Met een goede spray en doek heb ik dit op 15 minuten netjes gemaakt. De gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend dus voor diegene op het zetelbed zit een beetje uitslapen er niet in tenzij je niet wakker wordt van het licht. De gordijnrails viel letterlijk naar beneden. Net zoals de stopcontacten die uit de muur vallen op de slaapkamer. Er is ook geen afzuiging in de keuken, dus 's morgens spek met eitjes maken of zelf pasta koken is geen aanrader. Het keukentafeltje met koffiekringen en vlekken is ook niet smakelijk om te zien. Een tafelkleedje zou hier al veel oplossen. Het plastieke tafelkleed op de buitentafel was ook dringend aan vervanging toe (beschimmeld). Op het terras ook veel last van kakkerlakken dus de deur naar buiten heel goed dicht houden is de boodschap. We keren elk jaar terug naar Tenerife en hebben al op veel betere plaatsen verbleven voor dit geld of minder.

• Emily (8/5): - Tolle Lage in Mitten von Party, Bars und Clubs. Große Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, Sonnenliegen und tollem Meerblick! Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, nur ein Deckenventilator über dem Bett, der nachts sehr laut war und es war dennoch sehr warm. Teilweise hatten wir keinen Strom, weil die Sicherung immer wieder rausgesprungen ist.
• Cynthia (9/5): A great stay for short or long term! - The location of the apartment is great. It’s around a 5-10 minute walk to the waterfront. The communication with the owner was great and she told us where to get the key from and where to use the fob, cause that was a bit confusing on the first night arriving. But we got there and the apartment is on the top floor of the building with a great view from the balcony. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels in the wardrobe and on the bed for us to use. The bedroom also had a fan for when it gets hot (we only used it once and just kept the windows open). The blinds in the bedroom are great blackout blinds. The bed is reasonably comfortable. There was no duvet, but there are blankets in the wardrobe if you get cold. The bathroom was nice and clean with a powerful shower head and even a washing machine if needed. The living room/kitchen is comfortable with a large tv on the wall. The kitchen has everything you need, there was even pasta, rice, herbs and spices, honey, oil, etc in the drawers which was a nice touch! There is a smaller Dialprix supermarket about a minute walk away for smaller top up groceries, and a large HiperDino in Siam Mall about a 5 minute walk away. You can find everything you need in them. The balcony is nice as well, especially in the morning when the sun rises. It’s got a dryer rack as well, which is great to dry towels and swimming clothes on. There’s a dust pan and brush as well to give the apartment a little clean in between (there is a vacuum cleaner in de bedroom if you need to give it a good clean). All in all we had a great stay and definitely recommend this apartment for couples when going to Tenerife! (The pictures added are from the end of our stay) The shower stopped giving hot water after around 4 minutes and you’re left with lukewarm water. It’s not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when you’re halfway through washing your hair. Some folding chairs on the balcony would have been nice to enjoy sitting outside. Please put a pair of scissors in the kitchen drawer. That was the only thing we were missing.

• Alison (8/5): Great beach front location. Perfect for a few days of winter sun - Great location if noisy at night, but few steps from seafront, restaurants, bars and supermarkets/shops. Well equipped, large terrace. Couple of issues with fan and hot water but owners very responsive and dealt with straightaway. Would be noisy in high season but great if you like being in the centre of nightlife

• Peter (7/5): Fair value for money, but some things could be improved. - Location was good, although very noisy due to the proximity of the highway. The apartment is nicely equipped, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV, good Wifi, towels, bed linens. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. During the day it could get quite hot, since it's the top floor and there is no AC (we knew this, but thought that at the end of October it won't be a problem). Noise of the highway was strong with opened windows (and with closed windows it was too hot, so you had to chose). Bed was not the most comfortable. From time to time bad odor came from the bathroom, so we kept the door closed and window opened. Overall since we spent most of our days outside of the apartment these things weren't a major disturbance.

Great location near Siam mall and local shops. 15 min walk to Veronica's and Troya beach. Loved it. • Chiara (7/5): Pretty house but infested by cockroaches - Beautiful view from the terrace, perfect location, well equipped, pretty much clean. There was no air conditioning, only a fan on the ceiling that kept oscillating and making strange noises. The worst thing was the fact that as soon as it became dark the apartment was full of cockroaches, they even entered in the fridge and one night, while sleeping, an enormous one walked on my boyfriend’s belly. I told the propriety about this issue but I only received one weak answer and nothing else, i wrote to them other two times about the cockroaches but I’m still waiting for an answer.

If your there for a holiday and only really there for sleeping its perfect. Would say its more for couples rather then up to 4 people, Sofa bed not the best. (Then again what soft bed isn't! :D )

• Yaneez (10/5): Excellent - Everything was very clean and tidy, you have everything you need to stay for a good length of time. Checking in and out was easy and you are a in a really good location to go to the beach or for a meal. If you rent a car there's a lot of parking around and it is very close to the main motorway if you want to get out of town, but also very quiet when you want to relax as you are on the top floor. Plenty of storage so no need to live out of a suitcase. There is a pool that is just for residents if you don't want to leave the complex, and there are two cafes, a supermarket and a restaurant within a few minutes walk. Excellent location, excellent apartment and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again next time we visit Tenerife!

• Evgeny (5/5): Passable - Location is very good! Coffee machine is a bonus. Good view. The host was very friendly and accepted the reimbursement of the rest period of our stay. Very dirty terrace (chairs and so), nobody cleaned it, not possible to sit down there, especially because of some workers building nearby (too much dust). Fan in the room (on the lamp) is also dirty. Somebody forgot some medicaments in the room and the cleaning service didn't take them away. Also the problem was cockroaches ( probably from the bar downstairs). Hope they resolve it.

Nice pool, small but fine Air con,dishwasher, washing machine all good Sofa bed comfortable We got absolutely no help from the owner, didn’t meet or speak to her once. Her mother met us on arrival, spoke very little English so unable to explain anything to us, had to figure out everything ourselves, not exactly welcoming. Curtains fell down so everyone passing could see into apartment and owner refused to enter apartment to fix it though we gave our permission to do so. It took days before it was fixed , she ignored messages and finally fixed it when I mentioned informing booking.com about the issue.

• Michalina (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice welcome. The lady showed us everything and recommended several places to see in Tenerife. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The swimming pool is also very nice and well-kept. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. In the same building there is a very good restaurant with regional cuisine and a nice place for breakfast.

• Pierre (7/5): Good location but not for light sleepers - The terrace has lot of space, the apartement is well equiped and is close to the Beach Is in front of bars ib nightcclubs so unfortunately is loud at night, and has no curtains on the main door and kitchen window, so the direct light from the pool next door illuminates the room during thr night. I would recommend installing curtains on the door and kitchen windows.
• Teresė (10/5): Super nice place to stay, very clean, modern and well equipped. Perfect location, close to everything and only few steps -
• Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - The location was right by the beach & promenade. The hostess was lovely. They had coffee pads we could use.
• Tadas (10/5): Exceptional - The property is refurbished, nice modern furniture, it has everything you need for long-term stay, even a washing machine and dishwasher.

• Sunita (10/5): Comfortable apartment near beach - The location was central. Walking distance to the the beach. Restaurants and supermarket at the door. The host was responsive. The place was modernly designed and suitable for a couple. The bed was comfortable and there is aircon in living room and bedroom. Bus stop in front of the house, so convenient to go to the airport or other places. The host left us a bottle of water and wine. Coffee and tea bags were also kept. In all, we had a very comfortable stay at the apartment.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The Best location ever. Apartment is very modern and very well equipped. And there was everything you can imagine that is needed for you. It was very clean and the host was always ready to help. The swimming pool is big enough. Just book and have a great holidays
• Fannberg (9/5): Great stay 👍 - Super nice apartment and well furnished, clean and nice air conditioning. Great to have an access to washing machine. Very short to the beach, Siam Park and Siam Mall. Good sleeping coach. Almost a private swimming pool in the garden . Super nice host 😊 Only thing we didn’t like was how close this apartment was to the traffic street…
