• Tania (7/5): - Boa localização. Comprei quarto com ar condicionado e vista para o rio. Não tinha vista para o rio. Falando com o anfitrião me disse que o quarto de cima teria vista porém sem ar. Ou seja, eu teria que escolher entre um e outro, sendo que a opção que comprei e paguei deveria ter as duas.

• gabriela (7/5): Ótima localização, limpeza ruim. - A localização é realmente boa. Agilizaram pra gente entrar um pouco antes da hora normal do checkin. Checkin fácil, com fechadura eletrônica, o que é bom pras pessoas saírem e voltarem em horários diferentes. Tem churrasqueira que não faz fumaça de volta. Ar dos 2 quartos funcionavam perfeitamente, assim como geladeira e microondas. Tivemos um problema com falta água que foi resolvido rápido pelo anfitrião, na nossa opinião. Colchões firmes, em bom estado. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar. Os quartos estavam com jeito de fechados há tempo, tinha inclusive mofo na cabeceira da cama. As toalhas tbm tinham cheiro ruim. As panelas guardadas embaixo da pia estavam com água suja dentro. O chuveiro tem pouca pressão.
