• Holly (10/5): The Stylish Studio and its host provides an experience of Athens beyond the touristic Plaka. - Our very thoughtful and friendly host Alex welcomed us on arrival and introduced us to the neighbourhood, including the Black Cat taverna where we enjoyed dinner after a somewhat late arrival. His enthusiasm for the Psyri district and its attractions encouraged our own exploration and affection for the area, which is so conveniently located for visits to the Acropolis and its ancient sites. We found we were within easy and pleasurable walking distance of everything we wished to visit. The studio was well arranged for our comfort and well cared for plants, a well-placed mirror and a tasteful selection of small Attic sculptures created an environment that had both character and charm. We were in contact with Alex throughout our stay and in the end he didn't just come by to collect the keys, but walked us to the metro. Finally, we found we were reluctant to say goodbye. The walk-in shower was a bit tricky to manage without water flowing beyond the shower stall. We discovered a mop and bucket locked away on the balcony but didn't have access to it so resorted to improvising a barrier with one of the hand towels.

• Antonina (9/5): - The apartment was VERY clean in the categories you could hardly find in Greece. We really appreciated that during our stay, it felt like home. We were walking barefoot without any hesitation. The location is very good - 5 minutes to the nearest metro station and about 10 minutes to Monastiraki! Big plus for that because Athens are amazing by foot. Alex is a great host, we were in touch before and during our stay, he was responding very quickly, agreed to our check-in after midnight and welcomed us by himself to show us everything what is important. Only disadvantage of this apartment was noisy neighborhood that sometimes caused our night awakenings. From the other hand we had the window open during all our stay so maybe with the window closed and air condition on it would be doable. Probably not much noisier than other apartments in neighborhood. Even though we would choose it again.

Es sehr sauber und äusserst stylish eingerichtet, Kompliment Alex. Gerne wiedereinmal. Gruss Franz Das Einzige was für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig war, ist das benachbarte Lockal mit einem doch recht hohen Lärmpegel. Um 24:00 war jedoch schluss.

• Sarah (10/5): You’re very close to delicious restaurants and bars of Psyri. Alex gave us hot tips for coffee, seafood and traditional - Everything was perfect. You’re so close to everything you need we walked from the apartment every day. We had all we needed in the apartment to relax and rest easy and our host took such great care of us.

• Tanya (10/5): - We had a very comfortable stay at Alex’s studio apartment. Lovely house - clean and very nicely done. Great location - away from the noise of the touristy center but close enough to get there within a 10 min walk. Most of all, Alex was a wonderful host - warm, quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

• Nu (10/5): Super cozy and nice apartment, well located. - It is very central near a lot of bars and restaurants. Beside that the property was very clean and the host super friendly
• Carmen (10/5): A great find. - The apartment was bright, lots of light came in. The space was comfortable and very clean and had all that we needed. Alex was very welcoming with recommendations and a bottle of wine, and it was located in a great area - very close to eateries and restaurants in Psyri but also slightly away from the business of the streets. Very easy to get to Monastiraki station, and also very walkable to Thiseio. The bed had really good support and was comfortable. Thanks for the great stay. As the shower is open in front, the floor of the toilet does get very wet, but it wasn't a big drawback considering the apartment is really lovely.
