Kimmo (8/5): Served well our need. Simple and tidy. Parking solution is safe and good. - Very sterile, simple and clean. All needed equipment like dush washing machine, washing machine and micro. Parking solution was great and safe. Communication worked very well. Location is good, especially for car travellers. Not so cozy interior if thinking of longer stay, yet easy to keep clean, and very Finnish minimalistic.

Magnus (9/5): A very price worthy stay in a modern and fresh apartment. - Apartment was fresh and quite new. Area was quiet and the beds were comfy. Good instructions from the host. Free parking was a good perk and appreciated, but the parking house had very narrow ways and the parking lots were not planned for modern cars. Some walking distance between parking and the apartment. Linen and towels were offered after the reservation, these could have been optional already in the booking phase?
Ville (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable room. Free parking hall was next to the building. Instructions came by e-mail and had all the necessary info for checking in to the bullding. Shop was close by. The location was a bit more far away from the center than i expected. By car you have to circle the area to get there, there is no straight car road because of the railway. But this is just a minor issue, by walk it's pretty close the railway station as you can access the building without having to drive around the area.

Svetlana (3/5): My worst experience of getting into apartment - The apartment was new, nice and clean. It has everything i needed for one night stay. It was very comfortable to work there. it was extremely hard to find the parking building (it was different from the apartment building). Google navigation kept brining me to a wrong place. And the host was not helpful at all, just saying to use google navigation and that he is very sorry. I booked the apartment on 24/09 and he kept to send me different messages every day with separate instructions: 1 day for WiFi using, another day- surprise with asking to pay €2,75/ extra for using their bed sheets, another day different codes that he changed twice or even more. In total I got like 8 e-mails from them before checking in. Yet it was not enough information, It was really a quest to get to this apartment. It took me less time to get from Helsinki there. I was very tired and upset. And I felt like the host is playing games with me. I travel a lot and stay in different hotels and apartments but this was the worst experience I had.
Dániel (9/5): Heartwarming and cosy apartment next to the train station - Extremely close to the train station, the apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable. Hard to find the main entrance of the 11B via Google Maps, but this is not the apartment's fault.

Celine (8/5): We stayed 2 days in the apartment and everything was great, from the communication with the host, the location, the free - The location (easy to move around and visit all the city has to offer), the free parking and the amenities (everything we needed was available) Nothing
Qimei (7/5): Not enough cooking facilities for staying over 1 night, communication between the owner is very poor - The apartment seems very new to us. Parking and access to the aparment is easy. basically there is not enough basic stuff for a couple of days stay. no cloth washing powder, we bought a small and only use 2 of them, the rest we left it in the apartment as a gift. Only few dishes, you have to wash them every time you use them either with hand or if you wash them with the dishwasher, its kind of waste of water. The owner charged €2,75/ Per Person for using their bedsheets, because of environment protection, however that guest with more than 2 people need to wash the dishes every time after they use them. where is the environmental protection. It is wasting lots of water. And there is only 1 set of waste plastic bags. No eating ( soup) big spoon, but plastic ones. Only one pan and one pot for cooking, no trivet. There is not enough facilities for cooking or for staying for over 1 night. The communication is also very poor, no reply at all if you send an emergency message over booking message or Email.

Fredrik (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, only one night during travel but great for that - It was in a nice location. The parking was good although not immediately easy to find. But overall very nice and clean place. Kitchen was good and bathroom clean The extrabed wasnt super comfortable but since it was an extra bed we should not complain. The regular bed was great and the apartment was very nice. Near shops and nice area.
Carmen (9/5): Convenient and comfortable studio - The studio was very comfortable, clean and well equipped for a short stay (for 3 people) or longer for 1-2 people. Having Rituals shower gel and hand soap was a very nice touch. Would stay here again when visiting Turku :-) It was a little surprising that they charge separately for linens and towels ((2,72€/person), and the pillows were too thin but the overall positive points of the studio compensated for those.
