• vasili (9/5): Perfecte locatie dicht bij het centrum en in een leuke omgeving met veel restaurants en winkeltjes. - Heerlijk dicht bij het centrum. Perfecte locatie Appartement is wat gehorig.
• Pavone (7/5): Pensavamo meglio - Buona posizione, comodità dei servizi vicino (forno, ristorante locale, supermarket). Pulizia molto molto scadente. Pavimenti sporchi, bagno sporco, dalla finestra del bagno entrano moscerini che girano nel bagno continuamente, in camera odore di fogna, qualche asciugamano macchiato, griglie condizionatori con ragnatele. E' un peccato poiché la casa sarebbe un buon punto di appoggio ed avrebbe delle buone potenzialità.

• Natalia (9/5): - La ubicación. ya que el apartamento está a 10 minutos de la plaza del ayuntamiento. También nos gustó la amplitud del apartamento y que estaba muy bien equipado. El sofá cama era incómodo.
• Serena (10/5): Valencia con bambini - Appartamento dietro la Torre de Quart, a due passi dal mercato centrale. Comodo alla metro ed agli autobus. Supermercati sotto casa, forno e tabacchino accanto alla porta...a dir poco ben servito. Ambiente nuovo e ben tenuto. Completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice all'esterno. Camera separata da porta scorrevole dall'ambiente sala/cucina. Il bagno non ha bidet, ma in vacanza ci si adatta.

The room is on the ground floor with a glass door facing the street. Street noise from pedestrians was noticeable throughout the stay and the street-level access made the room feel less secure.

• Olarte Ramirez (10/5): - Esta muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando al centro. Es muy cómodo, moderno y tiene todo lo necesario e indispensable.
• Beluffi (8/5): posizione molto comoda e casa con tutti i servizi necessari - struttura molto bella che avendo prenotato una casa per 4 persone 2 stavano in un letto e le altre due in un divano letto non molto comodo e funzionale
• vincenzo (7/5): Il soggiorno è andato bene e non manca nulla nell’appartamento. Un po’ strana la disposizione delle stanze, il soggiorno - La posizione La porta d’entrata in vetro, se non ci sono le tende si vede all’interno. Come città Valencia è sicura, ma una porta “vera ” non sarebbe male.

• Valentina (4/5): - L'appartamento è in un ottima posizione ed arredato bene Nell'appartamento c'è un cattivo odore persistente anche lasciando la finestra aperta non andava via. Il letto matrimoniale è più piccolo dello standard. Inoltre per la bambina è previsto un divano all'entrata dell'appartamento., che non era stato nemmeno preparato. Ultima cosa nella descrizione viene riportato servizio di pulizia giornaliero a pagamento (63 euro) conteggiati solo al momento in cui l'appartamento viene pagato , cosa non corretta soprattutto perché non c'è nessuna pulizia giornaliera. Prenoto sempre su booking ma questa volta è andata malissimo e il servizio clienti è stato pessimo.

• Matteo (8/5): Siamo stati molto bene - Casa accogliente, spaziosa. Anche il bagno molto spazioso. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Unica nota non positiva è la porta d’ingresso, è una specie di vetrina, mancherebbe una tenda che non faccia entrare la luce la mattina.

• Louisa (10/5): Agréable et confortable - Appartement top, propre, calme, très bien équipé surtout la machine à laver, il ne manque rien. Plus qu’à poser ses valises, le propriétaire est très réactif si besoin. L’appartement est entre une boulangerie et un tabac donc assez pratique, si besoin (mais bon fumer est mauvais pour la santé 😁). Le propriétaire à meme penser à mettre des mini bouteilles d’huile d’olive, sel, poivre, dosettes lave vaisselle et lave linge, sacs poubelles, gel douche et shampoing donc top ! Je suis resté 4 jours avec mes 3 grands ados top pour découvrir Valence. Malheureusement pas de parking, zone bleue pour se garer devant l’appartement, mais il y a le garage Guiméra à 9 minutes à pieds de l’appartement donc raisonnable mais 19€ par jour avec gardien. 19€ par jour le moins cher que j’ai trouvé car la première nuit ailleurs et beaucoup plus loin j’ai payé 25€ alors que jetais garé juste une demie journée la belle ARNAQUE ! Donc ce garage Guiméra qui accueille énormément de voitures ouvre ses portes à 7h et ferme à 23 h donc forcément plus possible de prendre votre voiture sinon il y a bus et métro à proximité, où Uber à prix correct. Sinon plus loin il y a des zones blanches pour se garer gratuitement à 17 minutes à pied mais bon courage pour trouver une place de disponible 😅

• Dina (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, surrounded by small shops , restaurants . The AC didn’t work as it should be. The airflow didn’t cool at all. It was so hot inside the apartment. Every time we took a shower, the floor in the bathroom was flooded by water. It was leaking from the shower. When we arrived the floor wasnot clean enough and also the plates and classes were dirty alittle bit. There weren’t the basic things as in every apartment like, coffee, tea, sugar …. And just 2 toilet rolls for 4 persons and for 4 days !!!!

• Pamela (9/5): Comfortable, home away from home! - Location is very good, everything is nearby, even with our daughter of 2,5 we could easily get where we wanted. Supermarket end restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds and shower, nice kitchen, all in all your own home away from home! One small point, the electricity switched off when using the water boiler and too many utilities. It is in a busy street, but at night no bothers and the apartment is big enough.

• Barbusk (10/5): Low cost for a rich experience - Easy access to the apartment, we arrive earlier than expected, and it was allready prepared for us, we are used to not meeting the owner in person and this is much better for us. The location of the apartment is very good, it has everything you need to spend a few days in the centre of the beautiful city of Valencia. The apartment is spacious, we recommend visiting the city by bike, there is a bike rental nearby Extramurs, 46008 Valencia, Spain, closes at 20 Tel: +34 665 12 37 77 where there is a really friendly owner and the prices are low. The owner provided us with information so we didn't miss anything. In the apartment you will find a list of restaurants that are popular with the locals, so we had no additional requests. The towel was more than enough. And in between he answered my emails :) More hangers to come for those behind us.
• Robert (9/5): Loft space almost in the city center. - Great arranged space consists salon with kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room and micro backyard terrace (with washing machine-what is asset in hot period). Kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a meal. Coffee maker and fruit squeezer make our breakfasts more various. The space is tidy and clean. The entrance is direct from the street so you don’t have to walk upstairs.
• Milja (10/5): An extremely good value for the price, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, city center – everything is within walking dist - The apartment is excellent. At first, we thought it might be cramped and uncomfortable because it's on the ground floor, but later we realized that's actually one of the best things about this apartment. Its location is superb, right near the city center, and the street isn't very busy at all. There weren't many things we didn't like about it. Perhaps it's a bit dimly lit, but that's really insignificant because as tourists, you'll surely be spending most of your time outdoors. And in case you decide to sleep in the living room for an extended period, it can get a bit noisy from the street, but that didn't bother us much.

• Alexandra (7/5): Could have been better and existing problems could be easily fixed for a very good experience - The apartment is in a very good location, close of the city center (5-10 min by foot) and also you have a carrefour nearby. The cleanliness could have been better, the shower head was broken and the room smelled of sewage. Also, the beds were prepared for 2 people, although we announced that there would be 3 of us.
