Serkan (2/5): Very poor - not central but close to most. specious. boiler broke down in winter time, no heating no hot water. didnt place a heater. we had to leave, promised refund but then they refunded muchhh less. booking.com did not take any action, left us alone with such problem, verrry bad managemet from booking.com, we will avoid booking.com in future. in such big apartment there is only 1 tiny mirror 25cm diameter. house cleaners were still in when we arrived.
