• Veronika (10/5): - Všechno dokonalé, personál příjemný, pokoj čistý, voňavý, dětská herna, stolni fotbálek, venkovní dětské hřiště, ohniště, pingpongový stůl, fotbalové hřiště. Není nic, co bych vytkla

• Veronika (10/5): Výborné ubytování v blízkosti Heiparku - Ubytování je prostorné, vzdušné, čisté, pokoj velmi dobře vybaven (velké postele, klimatizace, mini lednice, konvice aj.) Velmi jsme ocenili i samostatnou kuchyňku na konci chodby pro vlastní večeři (mikrovlnka, talire, příbory..). V neposlední řadě bych chtěla vyzdvihnout snídaně. Stůl byl plný sladkého i slaného, pro děti jogurty, ovoce, džusy....opravdu bohatý stůl. Určitě se sem ještě někdy vrátíme. Nemám, co bych vytkla.
• KatyHlu (10/5): Naprosto výjimečné ubytování - Naprosto výjimečné ubytování, paní majitelka je úžasná žena, šlo poznat, že vše dělá s láskou a pro spokojenost hostů. Snídaně formou rautu, byla bohatá, nic nám nechybělo. ❤️ I když to z domova nemáme daleko, určitě se vrátíme. 😊 Žádné nedostatky jsme nenašli.
• Fajkis (10/5): - Pokoje bardzo czyste,wszędzie pachnąco, jest do dyspozycji aneks kuchenny. Bardzo miła obsługa, ceny w restauracji bardzo przystępne, smaczne śniadanie w formie bufetu. Bardzo miły pobyt,pewnie jeszcze tam wrócimy.

• Michal (8/5): - Nice, well kept place in Northern Morava, good for starting point of local disciveries. Clean and comfy. There was a problem with booking not sending the correct number of guests to the place,it did not pass the info about the children although we booked a room for 4 people. When we checked in it was only me and my son so they did not register it nor they read my previous email about it. Problem started next day we arrived at the breakfest and a lady owner got us in to a heated debate like if we wanted to cheat on the number of guests and like we coused the potential problem with police. This was completely unnecessarry to do it that way, as I emailed them before and offered to pay up everyhing if needed. Luckily after few minutes lady realized it and got very appologetic offering her exuces which I accepted, however the mood, trust and the nice feeling got demaged that morning for completely no reason. Please seek understanding and collaboration rather than treating your guests as some crooks. If that happens place and stuff is great, pity to lose the impresion for absolutely no reason.

• Kimberly (10/5): Very nice and clean - Has lots of amenities other European hotels do not have: facial tissues, cotton swabs, electric window blinds, sweet treats, extra towels, mini fridge, tea and coffee, etc. Very tastfully decorated, and smelled nice, too. Could use a little more counter space in the bathroom, but the cabinet space beneath the sink did help.
