- Valerie Margaret (3/5): Stressful, sleepless and airless - The property was very clean.
John your local maintenance staff was extremely helpful. If it hadn't been for him, we would have had to go somewhere else as we could not get into our room, the lock was broken. John was the person who persuaded the admin staff (by phone) to give us another room for the first night. Your admin staff were terrible. I phoned three times, each time they said they would call back but they didn't. They did not seem to care that we were two pensioners, sitting on the stairs, unable to get into our room.
The only person that was helpful was John, the maintenance man.
We finally got a room after two hours waiting in the corridor with our luggage. This was thanks to the actions of John, who realised our situation and took action on our behalf.
The room was clean, but the blind was totally inadequate - it let in the light of the streetlight all night, making sleep difficult. The window did not work so we could not ventilate the room.

- Michelle (4/5): Disappointing and distressing - .The room was pleasant, well decorated and well equipped. I was sent the incorrect key code therefore unable to access the property after 3 calls I was able to contact someone who was able to support me with codes to access the accommodation.
A large amount of cob webs on the ceiling. The shower is not really practical as you have to take the shower head off to wash. There was a gap in the window and it would not shut properly my room was on the main road so not great for the noise or breathing in pollution. On my first night was was awoke by the fire alarm which went off at 12.20 am the police and fire service attended so reassuring but ,.... even though the fire service alerted the key holders that the alarm was sounding. This involved a sleepless night till 3am the intermittent sleep till 6am with ear plugs and pillow over my head.. I had to leave the accommodation at 8am as I could no longer take the noise. I sent a few emails and texts during the night and in the morning... it was quite distressing....It was unacceptable that I had to suffer that noise

- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Great room and location really good places go close by Nothing
- Gould-magee (5/5): Probably fine for a one-night stay - Easy check-in and good communication with the property manager. The studio was clean, the WiFi is great, and there's a bus stop a stone's throw away, making it easy to access. Unfortunately, I had to check out early and find somewhere else to stay as the road noise was incredibly loud all night long. Also, there's no hot plate or microwave, despite there being pots and pans for cooking, and it's all a little style over substance. Probably fine for a one night stay if you're used to busy roads, but it didn't work for the four nights I needed it for.
- Margaux (9/5): Superb - Great spot for one or two people. It is a very small space. The host was responsive to all questions. Location was good, there is a bus stop right outside which made it easy to get anywhere in the city. There is no full body mirror... not a need but that was missed.
- Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to find and go inside. Very clean and all brand new. Near the Subway, very nice stay. A little noise because of the avenue that passes in front of the building, but its ok.
- Jackilou (10/5): Superb - Huge thanks! The place was awesome, really close to everything, and the host made us feel right at home.
- Mahala (9/5): Cute room in a great location with all the basics that you need for a few nights in London. - Great location in between Hackney and Dalston. Perfect sized room for one or two people. Small, but has everything you need if you're just using it as a place to sleep at. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and hot. Cute atheistic too! It would have been nice to have a fan in the room to create some airflow as it gets a bit stuffy. The road can be a bit loud at night, but if you wear earplugs you should be fine.
