Guest Reviews
- Blower (10/5): Couldn't have chosen a better place for the family to stay in. Short tram ride into Florence. - Our wonderful host welcomed us with a friendly hug and Easter gifts for our 6 year old twins. We loved her Sweet House, and were made to feel very special. I'd love to go back one day. Probably the nicest place I've ever stayed in. Loved everything.

- Sodikjon (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Muni, the host is very pleasant and kind. Meet us herself and inform us about all. I recommend all to stay there.
- Vanessa (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful, spacious, private, lots of amenities... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! - Oh my god, this place was SO beautiful and comfortable, my family and I were honestly in awe of the accommodation. It's basically a 3 bedroom apartment that takes up one whole floor in a three-floor building, so you get a LOT of privacy, and it is so peaceful and so much more than we were expecting. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, an in-door washing machine, clothesline, and laundry-sink (both located on the balcony), a beautiful view into the backyard (not accessible to our floor but beautiful nonetheless), and a stylish, very comfortable bathroom. It was super easy to reach from Firenze Santa Maria Novella (the main train terminal downtown), with two drop-off tram stops on either side of the building only 3-5mins walking distance (I recommend Vittorio Emanuele II), and about 5-7mins walk to two other stops heading back towards downtown Florence. It's also a 12min walk to another train station called Firenze Rifredri, which is perfect if you want to avoid the big crowds at the main train station, and which we used to go to Pisa and back as well as when we left for Venice. It's near quite a few restaurants (def recommend Pepe Nero) and convenience stores, including a little resto-bar that we loved to visit in the morning and evenings in the next block. It would take us no more than 15-30 mins to go to and from downtown Florence depending on how far we were going, and allowed us to sightsee with ease! The owners were SUPER friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even easier for us. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of activities and sight-seeing, and made my mother fall in love with Florence living even more. Definitely a must! I hope to come back again someday and hopefully stay longer! We did have a little delay in getting the keys upon our arrival, though it was more because we lost our means of communication for a while and was resolved quickly once we could get in touch again. Plus we got to wait in the resto-bar nearby while we waited, which was a fun experience. There was also no extra toilet paper at the time and not enough toiletries (i.e. soap) at the time that I could find, so we had to buy our own paper which we couldn't bring with us after we left. There was a misunderstanding on the check-out time as well since the listing at the time said check-out was from 1pm-12am, but we actually had to leave by 1pm since there was another group coming in afterwards. We were downtown at the time, but thankfully already on our way back and already fully packed so it was no issue for us to leave before the next booking and the owners were extremely accommodating with our mistake. Overall, very minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, so I still highly recommend this accommodation!
- Audrey (5/5): It’s not worth the price - Although alway from the tourist attractions, very easy to catch public transportation. Very convenient Not all bed were comfortable. Very small apartment. The windows did not work properly. The shower drain was clogged. The kitchen was not properly equipped
