Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Yanina (5/5): - location is good Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected.
1) The sound insulation in the apartment is very poor. You can clearly hear noise from neighbors, and it was only possible to sleep with earplugs.
2) It was impossible to get in touch with the apartment owners. Every time we turned on the kettle, the electricity in the entire apartment would go out. We contacted the owner and asked for help to resolve the issue, but we never received any response.
3) We were not informed in advance about the additional €25 fee for key handover. We were only told about this extra charge on the day of arrival, which was quite disappointing.
- Tony Berkman (1/5): STAY FAR AWAY FROM SH BARCELONA MANAGEMENT - the location The property is managed by SH Barcelona, a management company. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a cash check-in fee directly to the agent who provides the keys.
At check-in, the agent informed me that the outside door key was slightly damaged and that the door could be difficult to open. After the agent left, I tried the door myself and immediately noticed the key felt like it might break, so I contacted them for assistance. I was reassured that it would not break and advised to use it normally. Unfortunately, when I tried again, the key snapped in the lock.
When I reported the issue, I was told they could not provide a replacement key until the next day and that they would charge me 50 euro cash for it.. As it was already 6:00 PM, this meant I would effectively be locked in overnight until 11:00 AM the following morning. After explaining that this was not acceptable and requesting urgent support, they stopped responding entirely.
At that point, Booking.com intervened, cancelled the stay with a full refund, and helped me secure alternative accommodation.

- Irene (3/5): Decepción 😞 - Bien ubicado, cerca del metro y de la estación del tren. Tiene lavavajillas (pero sólo te dejan una pastilla de jabón para varios días). Apartamento viejo, mal cuidado, rodapiés levantados, rotos, puertas y los marcos muy viejos. Poca limpieza, el wáter muy muy sucio, el sofá incómodo y muy sucio, está la tapicería que da asco sentarse, muebles viejos. Las ventanas no cierran bien, entra frío y mucho ruido del exterior. Ruido de trenes. Le hace falta una buena reforma. La primera vez en mi vida que me cobran 30 euros por entregarme las llaves, eso es un robo. No lo recomiendo.
- Olga (8/5): Prática - La ubicación al lado del metro lo cual hace muy faciles las comunicaciones con todos los puntos de la ciudad EL Kettel estaba estropeado y cuando intentaba conectarlo saltaba toda la luz
- Alex (2/5): - L'emplacement à proximité du métro est très appréciable. Appartement sale, manque d'équipements, vaisselle et produits: peu de vaisselle à disposition. Il nous a fallu acheter gel douche, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelle, torchon, cubes lave vaisselle ... Environnement très bruyant.

- Federico (3/5): - La posizione, comoda per i mezzi e con molti negozi e servizi intorno, a pochi passi La pulizia dell'appartamento molto carente, le condizioni generali dell' appartamento arredo sporco e malconcio, la puzza di fumo che impregnava tende e lenzuola, le tapparelle tutte mezze rotte e che non si potevano aprire completamente, la rumorosità della zona circostante, Ma soprattutto il guest service dal quale continuavo a ricevere messaggi tramite booking e whatsapp, nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo, ai quali però non era possibile rispondere, dal momento in cui ho comunicato che avrei provveduto al check-in autonomamente (per poterlo fare gratuitamente anziché pagare €30 di commissione). Ci siamo ritrovati il giorno del nostro arrivo a non avere le necessarie informazioni per procedere con il check-in e recuperare la chiave.
Solo dopo innumerevoli miei tentativi tramite chiamata WhatsApp e messaggi sono riuscito a farmi contattare e risolvere il problema.

a 100mt. dalle line L1 e L5 della metro. Vicinanza a supermercati, negozi, bar e ristoranti Forse quartiere un po' rumoroso la notte, tra treno metro e persone che vanno e vengono in continuazione, ma credo faccia parte del contesto della città.
- Juan Pablo (8/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, queda un mercadona cerca, la estación de metro a unos metros, restaurantes, comercio.
Es espacioso, remodelaron la ducha del baño. Nos cobraron 30€ por la entrega de las llaves al llegar lo cual me parece desproporcionado, al quedar cerca a una estación de metro en una de las habitaciones y zona social se genera ruido. No hay posibilidad de guardar las maletas al llegar más temprano.
- Aleksandra (6/5): - Lokalizacja blisko metra autobusów. Pod blokiem supermarket i "targ" oraz pyszne piekarnie w okolicy. Cienkie ściany słychać dokładne rozmowy sąsiadów. Cieknąca klimatyzacja, dobrze że nie była tak bardzo potrzebna. Ręczniki z niedopranymi plamami. Mieszkanie niby czyste ale jak się odsunęło łóżko to pełno kurzu.
- Marta (6/5): - Bien situado, ese el mejor atributo. EL aire acondicionado no lo podíamos poner en marcha, porque goteaba mucho y mojaba la nevera.
El suelo estaba sucio. EL sofá tenía muchas manchas.
Sólo un rollo de papel higiénico (y no estaba nuevo), poco material de limpieza.
- Laner (1/5): 騒音に悩まされた宿泊! - ロケーションのみ。地下鉄から徒歩2-3分の距離なので、立地条件だけは良かったです。 スタッフが最悪でした。飛行機の遅延・タクシードライバーの不備で宿泊地への到着時間を明確に伝えられなかったため、部屋の鍵は届けられない!取りに来い!その一点張りでした。
こちらのミスであれば、何も文句は言いませんが、飛行機の到着時刻を確認してから連絡をしてほしかったですね。ブッキング.COMでは例)16:00~17:00と1時間単位で予定を伝えますが、この会社は、1時間単位ではなく、何時何分!と全く融通が利きませんでした。
見知らぬ土地で、このようなサービスは、歓迎というよりもむしろ虐待にすら感じました。ローカルタックスの支払いは現金またはカードでと言われましたが、おつりは用意しておらず、カードのみの支払いとなりました。
またエアコンの水漏れによる壁がカビていて、非常に非衛生に感じました。エアコンの水漏れは管理会社は知っているようで、バケツが置いてありましたが、その音の為、夜中に何度も目を覚ましてしまいました。このようなことは生まれて初めての経験です。
また通常揃っているはずの備品も揃っておらず、現地でトイレットペーパー、シャンプー・コンディショナー、ソープなどを様々なものを購入しました。
夜中の3時から4時までのたった1時間のみが静かですが、それ以外は騒音でしたので、静かに休みたい方には、不向きな場所です。
チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間についても執拗に何度も何度も同じ質問を繰り返され、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。チェクアウトのメールにもアクセスできず、直接連絡しましたが、その後また同様のメールが届きました。このような連絡は1度にしていただきたいですね。
一度ブレカーが落ち、(特に何かのスイッチを入れたわけではありません)連絡を入れましたが、オートリプライでここに連絡しろ!と返信があり、なんのためのスタッフなのか?苦笑いしてしまいました。書いてあった連絡先に電話をしましたが、こちらもまた、いわゆるたらいまわし‼状態でかなり待たされた後、ようやく状況を理解できる人に到達しました。
この施設への宿泊は、絶対におススメできません。確か6時以降に鍵を受け取る場合は、別途支払いが発生しますので、その点にもお気をつけて下さい。
★は1つになっていますが、マイナス5でも足りないほどの極悪施設でした。

- Fletcher (10/5): - Right next to the metro so you can move around the city easily. The only thing that bothered us was that we couldn't get the tv working,There weren't any channels available even though it looked like you had a box, but it wasn't a major issue.
- Liz (1/5): Holidays from Hell - This flat is in terrible condition. Many of the posted facilities on booking.com when I booked were lies. They were broken or didn’t work at all.
1).- AC leaks water constantly what got our bags and clothes wet the first evening. We had to lift and dispose heavyweighted buckets with water 4/5 times a day to avoid the flooding. PLUS THe AC capacity didn’t cool down the 2 bedrooms, only the livingroom however, it was a torture to sit there because of the constant and loud dripping, which drove us crazy.
2).- Impossible to have a shower as the thermostat wasn’t working. It went from very cold to very hot in a second (hazardous) Unfortunately, my little girl was the 1st who had a shower. She was in so much pain where she got burned.
3).- Bidet wasn’t fixed to the floor one of us almost fallen. Washing was impossible because the same reason as the shower. Unpleasant burning experience in private parts after first time used by one of the ladies.
4).- The stove/cook didn’t work. I rented a flat to be able to cook and to avoid food allergies eating out, but after we bought food in the supermarket, it was impossible to cook it, so we ended up eating out every meal.
5).- Toilet lid was broken as it was the rubbish bin pedal.
6).- First of us who did its toileting business didn’t find any toilet paper to clean her bottom nor soap to wash her hands. Unpleasant experience.
7).- If the bucket collecting the water from the ac leak wasn’t emptied in the middle of the night, in the morning we had to dry the flooded floor and kitchen bar.
8).- I had to expend more money booking a hotel room (on booking.com) on our last evening. It was enough of waiting for the owners to sort out the issues. It was a total mistreatment and cruelty from the owners. Previous to that we had to go to a relative’s house for a shower but we would not ask him twice so I got a hotel room.
We waste time that we could enjoy out. We had to use our budget to go inside places of interest in meals. Etc
