• Michelle (10/5): A comfortable and spacious apartment which we looked forward to coming back to each day. - This property is spacious and comfortable with a telly in each bedroom. The main bedroom has a double lounge (sofa bed?) and a comfortable chair. Lovely warm floors and big windows for fresh air. Lovely hot shower which was wonderful. The cups were small and I like a mug of coffee so this was not the best. A toaster would have been helpful.

We loved the walk into the city. It took about 20 minutes,easy walking. Great shower. Lovely Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away plus 2 supermarkets. We loved the beautiful breakfast boxes. Great start to the day and so nicely presented. Not really the properties fault but no Netflix so nothing in English we could watch.

• Ojaswi (10/5): Lovely stay, Mountain View, great Italian restaurant and groceries just a 4 minute walk away - The entire apartment was big and spacious, better than in the pictures. Had all sorts of utensils to cook with, we were a family of four adults and stayed together in the living room on large sofa beds watching TV. Had options to connect our phones with the smart TV. The building had all utilities (toiletries, laundry, coffee and cream) the coffee machine was great and easy to use. Overall, just absolutely loved the experience and would definitely be looking for Numa everywhere.

Θα πρότεινα σε μεγάλες διανομές οπως εμείς να υπάρχει μια κάρτα επισκεπτη για παρκαρισμα ελευθερο ήταν πολυ κουραστικό ολο αυτο και ελπίζω να μην εχω φαει καποιο πρόστιμο. Παρόλα αυτα περάσαμε πολυ όμορφα στο τέλειο σπιτι σας

• Sandra (9/5): - Acogedor apartamento completamente equipado, sin ascensor (no lo ponía) el personal perfecto te envían el código antes de ir, y el desayuno muy abundante. Un poco alejado del centro(25’ andando) aunque el transporte público era gratuito con la tarjeta de transporte que te facilita el alojamiento (esto tampoco lo ponía) y no estaba claro si podíamos aparcar el coche en la puerta o si x el contrario multaban.

La cama grande y muy cómoda, ropa, almohada y edredones . Y está a 20 minutos andando de la Catedral, es decir un paseíto al centro muy cómodo. La puerta del balcón se atranca.

• Tetiana (9/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Все было отлично. Спокойный район, быстрое и легкое заселение. Мы путешествовали с собакой, при заселении собаку ожидал новый матрас и миска . Это было очень мило. Все опции, которые заявлены на сайте были: вода питьевая, чай, кофе и т.д. Прекрасная кровать, где можно хорошо отдохнуть после пеших прогулок. Машину можно оставлять только на 3 часа, поэтому парковали в крытом паркинге в старом городе. Из недостатков: запах канализации в ванной

• Justin (8/5): - Modern apartment with good deco, bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee refillable as needed including other items. Communication with host was fast and easy. Dishwasher and electric hood had issues almost hardly can use, host responded fast and tried to solve the problem but still had issues. Shower area overflow to the dry area of toilet. No lift, need to carry all the luggages to the 3rd floor though a tiny stair case.

• Irish (9/5): We had a comfortable stay - The property ensured that the floor was already heated and the sofa beds were ready for the 5 of us by the time we arrived. Property provided a lot of towels and good amenities. Check-out was very smooth. Free parking is for 3 hours only and property is in a residential area where it gets too quiet in the evenings so for tourists like us, it feels quite lonely.

• Anya (3/5): Disappointed - The customer service is great. Initially you are communicating with a robot with simply questions but when contacting them through telephone and email - the team and responsive and helpful. We had ALOT of issues with our trip but I would like to thank Mihaela and Rafaela who were quick in resolving the issues for us, and providing us with appropriate compensation for the issues. As a result of our situation, we ended up staying in another Numa building in Salzburg but I can say both places are exceptional location-wise and there has been a lot of attention to detail regarding the designing of these buildings. Up until the day our our arrival we received several confirmations via whatsapp and email that our trip was all ready to go, we checked-in online, and the morning of the trip we received an email with check-in details/access information - we even spoke with the bot on whatsapp asking about earlier check-in as we had arrived earlier by plane. This was at about 10-11am. We ended up dropping our belongings off the lockers and going about our day until check-in at 3pm. At this time, we tried to check in with our PIN but it was not working on the door, turns out - Numa had double booked and there was another family in there - despite the several confirmations we had received that morning. After speaking with the family that were in the apartment we should have been in, we discovered that they had received an email in my name (to their email address) saying that our stay had been cancelled - on the day of arrive at 9am. Shocking. We got onto the phone with customer services right away and this is when they moved us from Numa Flute to Numa Sonate. So we had a place to stay. The location of Sonate was incredible and the team sorted it out very quickly however the hob did not work when we got there so we could not cook, and the layout was horrendous (we were in room 301), there is absolutely no privacy - your kitchen and bathroom are on the stairs which is very odd. There was also lots of dusts and did not seem like the place was well cleaned, balls of dust and debris floating on the floor. We did not like the layout of Sonate. Quite disappointed overall, but this did not ruin our trip.

• Yannick (6/5): annulation à la dernière minute - pas de réponse possible: nous n’avons pas pu rentrer dans le logement. 3 heures avant d’arriver dans le logement, j‘ai reçu un message de Numa comme quoi ils ne pouvaient pas nous accueillir et nous avons dû réserver un hôtel. Nous n‘avons pas réussi à joindre Numa malgré de multiples tentatives. Nous avons reçu une première réponse de Numa après plusieurs jours d’attente.
• Ramasesha (3/5): Disappointing overall. - Location was good. Easy access to buses to get to the old city. Bedroom was nice, kitchen was decent. 1. There was a stench in the bathroom, so the apartment was not properly cleaned before our occupation. 2. The shower drain was at an elevation so water would leak into the bathroom and the neighboring kitchen. When I complained about this via WhatsApp, someone said they will look into it but never got back to me. 3. The property did not advertise beforehand that they would provide guest transit passes. I received numerous e-mails about check in details but none of them mentioned this perk. During our stay, I happened to come across a Salzburg website about this. When I asked for a reimbursement of transit passes we purchased, I was told they couldn't provide it. Seems like this perk is intentionally kept under wraps so guests don't actually make use of it and Numa saves a few bucks. 4. Water bottles on the dining table had all expired.

• Bettina (9/5): Ruhige Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Stadt Salzburg. - Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Check-in hat perfekt geklappt. Von Numa habe ich auf alle Fragen relativ schnell Antwort bekommen. Der Fühstücksservice war toll - leckes Frühstück! Viele Busverbindungen bis nahe zur Unterlunft. Leider waren die Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine nicht aufgefüllt und zum Kaffee fehlte der Kaffeerahm. Im Keller im Raum hinter der Waschmaschine steht allerdings ein Schrank mit den Vorräten; er ist nicht abgeschlossen und so konnten wir uns selber bedienen.

• Francisco (9/5): Tranquilidad - La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila y parada de bus cerca para ir al centro Lo malo del alojamiento por poner una pega es que no tenía ascensor, pero por decir algo. Lo malo de la zona es el aparcamiento que para descifrar cuando se puede y no aparcar ya vas tarde. Al ser zona de parking regulado, se puede aparcar libremente de 19:00 a 09:00, pero el resto del día si no se va a mover el coche hay que llevarlo a un parking, ya que en la franja de aparcamiento regulado solo se puede aparcar 3 horas seguidas y comprando una tarjeta donde se marcan las horas que va a estar aparcado.

The wifi did not work for 3 phones connecting at once. In one of the rooms, no wifi at all. Althogh the kitchen was fully eqipped (even with a dishwashee), no cutlery was available.
• Nicole (1/5): A very disappointing experience - Easy check in, comfy beds The biggest letdown of our stay at Numa Flute was finding glass on the couch - in the same room they’d set up a cot for our little one! Not exactly what you want to discover when travelling with kids. Contacting the team wasn’t easy either, even though they say they’re online 24/7. Two staff members promised the apartment would be deep cleaned the next day, nothing had been done when we returned on Saturday night. On top of that, the apartment just didn’t feel properly maintained. There were liquid stains down the kitchen walls, the splashback was sticky, the walls were scuffed and dented, and there were empty wall mounts where decor had clearly been removed. The tech for the TVs was also missing, which made them completely useless. Overall, really disappointing.
