• VITO (7/5): Sicuramente lo consiglio e ci ritornerei - Ottima posizione per potersi muovere e raggiungere il centro di Firenze dalla fernata tram talenti che è vicinissima Un market proprio sotto casa e servizi di ogni genere nelle prime vicinanze Un po’ polveroso… qualche presa tripla in più per far funzionare contemporaneamente fornetto bollitore e macchina da caffè… balcone con troppe penne di piccioni… sono presenti costantemente al piano di sopra e ciò comporta la perenne chiusura delle tapparelle del balcone
• Paloma (7/5): Comfortable apartment for a week - The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket just in front. The apartment was spacious and with plenty of light. Entering the apartment was annoying because there was a problem with the codes and the keys were missing, but eventually the owners came in and solved the issue.
• Dragos (7/5): Spacious & Clean, Needs Comfort Improvements - A beautiful, clean apartment situated in a quiet area. I particularly loved the high walls and spacious rooms, complete with a big balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven and microwave, which was very convenient. Its location was ideal, being close to a tram station and Visarno Arena / Cascine Park. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a heatwave, and the apartment only had small fans instead of air conditioning, which made sleeping quite difficult. Without mosquito nets on the windows, we couldn't leave them open at night for ventilation. Additionally, the bed was a bit uncomfortable due to what felt like an older mattress. Considering these points, I personally felt the apartment was overpriced!
• Suet (8/5): Worth to stay overall - There is a supermarket nearby Closed to traffic point Clean and tidy Kitchen for cooking Not enough toilet paper , 2 rolls for 2 persons 4nights Washing machine available but no washing powder Can cook but not any oil/ salt Television is not working
• Sanjay (9/5): Superb - The reception guy (Kalum) was great. He kept in touch with me a couple of days before we arrived and helped in every manner he could. The size of the apartment is great with good sunshine. It is in a good location with a supermarket downstairs and 8 mins walk to the tram station. All the mentioned equipment was present and working perfectly fine. The building has got a lift which helps in carrying your big baggage. It is a bit far from the main Florence station around 35 mins walk, you need to take a tram which will cost you 1.5. euro PP. Some of the cutlery required for cooking was missing.
