• Ronny (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Selbstversorger und sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Lage war hervorragend. Nicht weit von der Copacabana, mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand. In unmittlbarer Nähe auch viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

O acesso foi super fácil também, pois pegamos as chaves na portaria e já havíamos recebido as instruções certinhas também. Tem estacionamento perto, mas as vagas na frente do prédio foram suficientes e seguras para deixar o carro. Recomendo muito! Espero poder voltar em breve! Não há nada que tenha me desagradado.

Bonito , espaço , confortável e com uma vista linda!!! - O apartamento é ótimo, decoração, espaço, acomodações, utensílios, facilidades, tudo muito confortável e agradável fora a vista ser linda! O horário de check in e check out deveria ser igual de hotel , entra às 14h e sai 12….. é bem melhor. Acho que deveria ter mais papel higiênico disponível . O box dos dois banheiros poderia ter manutenção pois um a porta não está fechando direito e o outro vaza aí acaba molhando mais o banheiro do que necessário. Não são avaliações negativas e sim algo a pensar se é possível mudar e melhorar. O apartamento é realmente excelente!

• Carla (10/5): Ape na praca is an Awsome find. - It’s a beautiful spacious apartment. Beautiful yet simple furnishings. The building is quite old, but the elevator worked well. I communicated with the manager via What’s App and she was very responsive, although never on-site. The person at the desk did not speak any English, although he was a sweet man. Location is just a few doors off the beginning of Copacabana. Terrific find. I agree completely with the 9.5 rating. The bathrooms need a tiny bit of attention.
