• Michael (8/5): Really nice stay in the apartment which is in a great location - Great location for the beaches and bars Could have done with a deeper clean as there were cobwebs on the ceiling.

• Phillip (3/5): Not presented as marketed, simply put, we were misled - The hosts allowed us an early check in Apartment was tired and poorly maintained, it is not presented as marketed. Carpets were stained and had holes in them. Kitchen was untidy, some plates had not been cleaned properly, oven dirty and kitchen cupboards had not been cleaned. Window frames were broken. Bathroom shower had mould. Toilet had incorrectly sized seat replacement. Whilst a next door construction site was disclosed, the apartment is directly opposite a Beach Club Hotel and Pub which is also under extensive renovation. Two nights during our stay, the Beach Club held club nights. We were unable to sleep due to excessive noise.

• Noel (5/5): Disappointed. - Great proximity to Cottesloe beach. Modern clothes washing and drying appliances. It is not a “modern apartment”, it is c1970s that has been redecorated and with some modern appliances. The shower has a mouldy door and frame and the top of the frig was very dusty. Window frames dirty and mouldy. It is located opposite a hotel which is very noisy at night and the apartment doesn’t have double glazing. I was expecting double glazing and noise isolation as it is advertised as “modern”. On site car parking is very difficult to access for anything but a small car, could not fit our Toyota Kluger. Street parking is limited because of pub and building works ongoing adjacent to apartment building. We couldn’t get the TV to connect to free to air stations, seemed to be missing aerial connection.

Ocean view from balcony. It also felt very secure. Short walk to beautiful beach and easy walk to Cottesloe centre. Would highly recommend . Nothing

• Shirley (10/5): Bright, comfortable beds & quality fittings. Highly recommend and will certainly return. - Location, beautiful beach decor, everything one could want. Loved the easy access to the beach and cafes. Wonderful hosts. Unable to connect to wifi. However a technician did offer to sort it out on a day we were unable to be there. Consequently no wifi for the duration.

The property was very well equipped for our stay, everything we needed at hand. Bathroom a little tired but functional.

Definitely would use again No fault of owners but a lot of construction in immediate vicinity which meant we had earlier than planned wake up calls I'm the morning!

• Louise (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again! - It was a lovely apartment across from the beach, walking distance to cafes/ restaurants and the train station. It was across the road from the 'Beach Club' which meant is was very noisy at times, and next door to a building site - however we were out most days so we weren't impacted too much.

• Anne (9/5): Superb - The apartment was close everything we needed. Loved the access to the beach, the villages, and the restaurants. We had problems with unlocking the door. The key appeared stuck which caused some distress when we were trying to get in.
• Rachel (9/5): Superb - Beautiful property in a great location. Property included everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants with secure parking if you have a car. Manoeuvring in and out of parking garage was a little difficult.
