• xhilda (5/5): - L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione e lo staff è sorridente e accogliente. La colazione sostanziosa e molto buona. Le ragazze che pulivano e servivano la colazione erano sempre sorridenti e cercavano di aiutare. Appena entri nella struttura c'è sporcizia. Spesso a prendere l'ascensore c'era forte odore di fumo. Le scale tutte sporche e piene di polvere. Le camere abbastanza pulite ma di base c'erano solo 3 asciugamani grandi per il corpo e basta (eravamo in quattro) e mancavano totalmente gli asciugamani per il viso e bidet. Abbiamo risolto chiedendoli alle ragazze delle pulizie. Ai letti non c'è il lenzuolo che protegge il materasso,c'era solo un lenzuolo che acivolv di continuo. C'è molto da lavorare proprio sul concedo pulizie in generale.

• CChats (8/5): Friendly hotel in a noisy location! - The staff (Ahlam, Yusuf, Bishoi at Front Desk, Hameda the general help and the cleaning ladies) make the stay homely, with their smile and service. The breakfast is sumptuous. Only the first impression downstairs is a bit off putting and the ride up / downstairs the ancient lift is scary! And some of the rooms on the street can be very noisy!

After seeing the property we immediately decided to vacate. I can't call it a property to be listed in Booking.com. Not sure why Booking.com is listing such properties to its customers.

• Driss (3/5): - C'est la première fois, alors on a choisi à la veugle au centre ville. On savait pas que pour se déplacer il ya un grand choix de indrive. On était au plein bruit et c'est insupportable. Mon conseil, choisissez un lieu tranquille et propre, comme zamalek, et vous pouvez vous déplacer par indrive n'importe où et avec des tarifs incroyable. Immeuble très très ancien, à la rue beaucoup de circulation, bruit ..

• Fizulli (10/5): - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз, очень вежливый персонал, по всем вопросам помогают, расположение отеля очень удобное, поблизости станция метро Насер, буквально 250м, до площади Тахрир тоже можно пешком прогуляться, можно на метро, завтрак сытный, омлет, помидоры, огурцы, чай, кофе, джем, сырок, разные приправы, лепёшки, все очень вкусно, мне разрешили оставить сумку до вечера, у меня был поздний вылет, спасибо персоналу. Меня всё устроило, все было отлично, ничего плохого не могу сказать

Prédio assustador, com pessoas a dormir na entrada do prédio.. o elevador é terrível e minúsculo e o senhor queria por-nos 4 pessoas com malas lá dentro… Um dos quartos que nos deram era na receção, sendo que as portas dos quartos deixavam passar todo o som.. pedimos para trocar de quarto e foi-nos recusado. Ainda assim, o funcionário da receção não se inibiu de ter o telemóvel com som a receber notificações de fazer chamadas durante a noite, ouvia-se tudo dentro do quarto. Quando fomos tomar banho tínhamos um tapete como toalha de banho. Quando questionamos os funcionários, deram-nos toalhas sujas… A casa de banho tinha uma base de duche minúscula, cuja cortina não chegava ao chão, pelo que tomar banho implicava molhar toda a casa de banho… Todo o barulho da rua se ouvia no quarto, pelo que foi difícil dormir. Foi uma péssima experiência, tanto pela localização, funcionários e comodidades. Tínhamos quatro noites reservadas mas no fim da primeira decidimos trocar de hotel. Não recomendo.

• Marta (5/5): So-so - It is very centric and the bed is alright for the price. Price-wise the place itself is very good. The shower is broken, and the "double" room is tiny, with a window that opens to a tiny courtyard. You only get one toilet paper roll every four days.

• Daniele (4/5): Deludente - Quasi nulla se non la cordialità dell’host Innanzitutto avevamo due scarafaggi in camera; la struttura si trova in un palazzo che per trovarla ce ne vuole; ma la cosa peggiore (oltre la pulizia) è che ci hanno chiamato in camera alle ore 4.30 del mattino (in piena nottata e per due volte) solo per chiederci se volessimo la sveglia la mattina.

Nie ma ledow, pomimo, ze taki pokój wybrałam. Niby deluxe, ale koło deluxe ten hotel nie stał. W pokojach brudno. Brudne podłogi, ściany. Dodatkowo sa robale. Chyba KARALUCHY. Jedynie tak samo jak na zdjęciach wyglądała łazienka, ta stara. Śniadanie niedobre. Codziennie to samo. Niezjadliwe. Winda stara, boisz sie ,ze spadnie. Poza tym brudno na klatce .

• Lucía (9/5): Céntrico y a buen precio - La amabilidad del personal, que en todo momento estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades. De hecho, tenia que salir pronto para el aeropuerto y me prepararon para llevar sin ningún problema. Ubicación céntrica y a buen precio. Mi habitación era sencilla pero con todo lo que necesitaba, tenia aire acondicionado y la cama era cómoda. Como está dentro de un edificio puede ser un poco díficil de encontrar y el ascensor daba un poco de miedo.

• Mariam (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben immer unterstützt, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Auch die Reinigungskraft war sehr ordentlich. Alles war gut, nur der Lärm von draußen war etwas laut. Alles war gut, aber die Schalldämmung war leider nicht so, wie im Angebot angegeben. Als wir nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt haben, wurde uns fairerweise ein Zimmer zur Innenseite angeboten, aber wir wollten es nicht. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.
