• Ellen (10/5): Perfect getaway - The property had everything you need for a holiday both inside and out. Secure, clean, confortable in an excellent position with lots to see and do.
• Eileen (10/5): Highly recommended! Would stay again. - Well-located. Great communication with hosts. Beautiful property; clean, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained. Walking distance to beach, though recommend a car to get into town. If you're booking a group tour that includes pick-up and transportation, I recommend selecting either Nimrod Apartments or Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple as your pick-up site, as these are close to the property. Can't think of anything!
• Kristina (10/5): Wonderful accommodation with everything available for a great stay. - The property is really well maintained. Kitchen: couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen in a rental like that. Big fridge, oven, induction stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. - we had barbecue almost every day on the great Weber bbq. Bathroom: nice towels, clean, big and enough storage space. Bedrooms: comfy beds, several pillows to choose from. Aircon or fan - you can choose depending on your preference. We also loved the private pool which was deeper than I would have guessed from the pictures. Towels for the pool were also provided. Washing machine and dryer also available as well as a place to hang the clothes. We were very happy with the place and would stay any time again!

Location is also convenient, near to supermarket and Wildlife Habitat. 10 min drive to main Port Douglas area and Four Mile Beach. Highly recommended! none.

• Ritchie (10/5): Diamond in the Rough. - The style and design of the unit was of a very high standard, everything we needed to cook and be self sufficient was available through a well fitted out kitchen and lounge area. Private pool was a bonus as my elderly parents, celebrating a birthday, were able to swim without being self conscious. Hosts were very supportive of any needs we had and provided up to date communications in a timely manner, without the need for face to face contact. Lock up garage was a bonus and it was a short walk to the beach. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but am happy to recommend a stay at Le Palmier. If I'm going to be really picky the pool was warm as there was no shade sail, meh.
