- Robert Charles (10/5): Lovely - Excellent views from balcony Could have had soap in the hand wash thing in the bathroom. Other than that nothing at all. Apparently des got hot water last night so can't figure out why we didn't have it in the morning
- Michael (6/5): Shit - The snow Room was crazy small. The breakfast was in a spare communal cabin backpacker style and was very small. So glad we only stayed one night. We felt very claustrophobic in there

- Kathy (7/5): - The friendlyness of the staff Room little smaller than expected

- Madelene (9/5): An incredible and easy family snow stay! - Location was a dream. Staff (including drivers) were so friendly and accommodating - knew us by name. Cabins clean, cosy and warm. The food could have been better.
- Aleesha (9/5): An experience not to miss! - We loved the beds, they were super comfortable and the electric blankets kept us warm all night. Waking up to snow out your window is a really nice feeling. The cabins were small but so cosy, modern kitchenette and very clean. The cabins are a far away from the check in point, do not bring large wheeled bags if you can avoid it as they are hard to lug up the hill and stairs to check in and then take all the way back down. We packed small bags and were so thankful. The reception check in process was easy, the shuttle bus should be included in the price of the accomodation, when you book take this into consideration. The buffet breakfast was dismal, a few slices of toast and some apples and bananas was very low quality. Would have been nice to have a bit more variety. The camp kitchen is very small and not what we were expecting. The heaters in the room were okay, but didn't heat the room very well, lucky the electric blankets kept us warm.
We had pizza for dinner from the restaurant and the quality was very poor.
- Xue Yi (8/5): Small but cozy rooms - Considering we are on the mountain, our GPS does not even have signal, but the cabin itself has great/good enough wifi speed and TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. There are 2 heaters, 1 within the room, 1 in the toilet, good for the cold season. The balcony was good for guests who could have a little meal outside (under the cold weather, eating hot food or hot drinks). The pillows have hard or soft options (a definite plus point for guests to choose their preferred type). Should offer free shuttle service for overnight guests (the 10% discount was ridiculous) and also drop the guest's luggages near the cabin. The table in the balcony needed some repair, they were either shaky or slanted (which means things would slip down). Should install some hooks behind the door to hang jacket since the room is small. Breakfast option was limited with only bread, granola/cereal, fruit and milk / juice. Could probably offer more options like yogurt, eggs, some greens (cucumber, carrot, celery?). Maybe some vending machines at the resort's main facility (hot cocoa, hot coffee, microwaveable meals, chocolates, snacks etc)
- Rhett (9/5): Small but lovely and comfortable - Cabins are great, warm good size beds. Limited cooking etc but to be expected. Probably be good if could park in front of cabins to unload bags. Limited food options on mountain make sure to bring all your meals with you.
- Gina (1/5): Terribly disappointed and exhausted. Or wasa costly trip for us - Snow was lovely Our room was cancelled upon arrival. We were offered another property that was very basic and not suitable for residing in.
We should have been given the information about our booked room earlier in the day rather than drive 4 hours to get to Ben Lomond to be told our room had no floor.
We then had to drive a further 3 hours to source suitable accommodation. We were told the manager would call us today but nothing!!!

- Shane (8/5): Excellent stay in a beautiful location. - Location was excellent, lovely chef and meal. Breakfast included. Small cabins with little space inside. Saved by the allowed use of the breakfast room which had space to sit at a table.
- Lauren (8/5): Will stay again! Magic views - Magical view, right next to a running creek 🤩 so peaceful.
Glad we stayed the night, made it so much easier with little kids, and we were lucky enough to get a good snow fall over night!
The staff were amazing, special mention to Able, what a top bloke The rooms didn't really get warm enough we didn't think, with little kids that wasn't the best! But the eletric blanket kept us warm over night.
(The breakfast room was nice and warm, something could have been wrong with our heater maybe 🤷♀️
- Kate (8/5): Very good -
- Rex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (8/5): A cosy room with lovely outlook. - Location
- Yuen (9/5): Superb - Beautiful environment
- Nicolas (10/5): Nice surprise. Unique experience in summer - Fantastic remote area with stunning views around
Warm welcome by our hosts. We had a nice diner in the ski shop :-) View from the lodges is partially cut by a new building
- Lorna (8/5): Fantastic location for national park walks - Fantastic location for Ben Lomond summit walks during warmer months. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provide one cabin for cooking meals which include all basic essentials and breakfast.
- Andre (7/5): Good - The location was great, and Jacobs Lader was great to see and drive Nothing springs to mind
- Haydn (9/5): Utterly unique mountain experience - Utterly unique mountain experience
- Sadie (8/5): Gorgeous cabins in the centre of the village for what I can imagine during ski season, however in off season there is no - Gorgeous property, very cosy and modern! We went in off season so it was very remote. We did not see one person during our whole stay
- Ricki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sampath (9/5): Superb -
- Jasneet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jesse (10/5): One of the best stays I have ever had. Great staff. Great location - Staff were amazing and the location was terrific. Dinner was outstanding and so accommodating with the dietary requirements of some of our group. Nothing. It was great.
- Wong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angie (9/5): Superb - Excellent customer service, great location, nicely renovated, generous breakfast provisions, cosy. A bit on the small side
- Gerrard (10/5): The most memorable family experience. - The staff were exceptional from booking process, check in, meals and equipment hire plus lesson. Crowded breakfast room. Perhaps have staggered times to access room.
No designated path to the cabins. This would have made walking to/ from cabins easier and safer.
- Katrina (9/5): Warm, comfortable stay within easy reach of the snow sports area. - Cabin was cosy for space but very warm throughout including the ensuite bathroom. Staff were super helpful, including offering to deliver dinner to our cabin. The walkway from the cabins to the snow sports area was not lit for transversing at night if you wanted to eat in cafe. Delivery of luggage to the cabin could have been closer with a gate locked blocking vehicle access closer to the cabin.
- Helrob (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic location only a minute walk to the slopes. Great facilities with everything we needed as a family. Cabin was warm and comfortable, shower was very hot which was great after a day of skiing. Nothing. Everything was excellent.
- Nikki (8/5): Cosy, convenient room with perfect views - It was right near the snowfield, easy 2min walk up to the ski area. There is a dinner menu to order from the cafe (but must be pre-booked preferably at time of booking) - they set up a table and chairs for us to eat in the cafe but pizza can be take-away and taken back to the lunchroom to eat. The lunch room is at the bottom of the cabins and has a full-size dinning table, hotplates and cooking pots, pans etc so you can cook your own lunch and/or dinner (opened from 10.30am-8.30pm every day). The breakfast is unmanned self-serve cereal, toast, juice and eggs in the fridge for you to cook if you wish. Beautiful sunrise breakfast view! If you get there at 3pm you can get your hire stuff that afternoon for the next day and only pay from the next day onwards (ie first afternoon free when hiring) and 10% off all purchases at both cafe and hire (so don't pre-book things online!).
Can see the toboggan slope from the balcony. Beautiful scenic views. Room was well heated, plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space in the carpeted bedroom area. Microwave worked great and well stocked kitchen cups/bowls/plates etc (& hot chocolate with coffee and tea). Plenty of hanging space in the big bathroom for ski clothes. Shuffle bus radioed the office so we could go straight to the cabin instead of walking up the hill with all our stuff. It was a pretty squishy place for 2 adults and 3 young kids. The Kitchenette in the room itself is right inside the door, bathroom door on the left then two steps into the bedroom area with a skinny gap between the two beds. It was muddy to get there but nowhere to put muddy luggage, no balcony chairs & no space to put any chairs inside either, only beds to sit on. But considering we were outside most of the day and tired and just wanted to go to bed at the end of each day, it was fine.
- Shaun (8/5): Beautiful sunsets with souring Eagles! - Staff a polite and professional.
Meal was simple but tasty.
- Ray (7/5): Good facilities & service on site. Shocking booking service which we will never use again. - Booking.com charged me $100.00 more than if I booked directly with the owner. This included a 10% “city tax” for accomodation at the top of an isolated mountain where we were the only residents!!
Ripped off!
