• ARZU (10/5): - We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Puerto Mogán. The property was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was absolutely perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the beautiful marina, while still being peaceful and quiet. A special thank you to Raul, who was an amazing landlord throughout our stay. He was very kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy from the beginning, and he made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when returning to Puerto Mogán. Highly recommended!

• Lopez (10/5): Hemos estado muy a gusto!! - El apartamento está bastante bien pero sobre todo la ubicación que es perfecta. Y Raúl un encanto nos lo puso todo muy fácil e incluso nos dejó hacer la salida unas horas más tarde y pudimos aprovechar el último día de playa ya que nuestro avión salía por la tarde. Si vuelvo a Mogan seguro que repito aparcamiento Nada
• Georgina (10/5): Fantastic, we will be back. Thank you - Great communication with the host on arrival. The property exceeded our expectations. Bed very comfie. Large roof terrace. Spotless. WiFi great. Only thing no English tv (when it was 40degrees we stayed in for a few hours and realised). Air-conditioning great in living room. Fan in bedroom also. Washing machine and everything you need to cook. However, we ate out down below most nights -delicious.

• Cristina (9/5): Desconexión en pareja - La ubicación es espectacular, el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para salir del paso y cubrir las necesidades básicas, muy cómodo y muy recomendable para una estancia en pareja. Volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda. Las almohadas de la cama, a modo personal, no me han resultado cómodas, pero hablo respecto a mis preferencias.
• Jan (10/5): Great apartment and location - Location was perfect. Raul was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cuppa watching the world go by first thing in morning. The sun terrace on 3rd floor was a bonus. Yes, you don't get sun on the balcony, and because of this, the apartment can appear a bit lacking but this is because of the tint on the window. The apartment has been decorated brightly and you don't really notice it. Yes, you will hear noise from the bin/bottle collection, but it really didn't bother us. You are in a perfect position for restraunts and beach. We are hoping to book again for next year! There really wasn't anything to not like. I was already aware that there was no sun on the balcony and of a little noise from bin/bottle collection from previous reviews.

• Beth (8/5): Overall the properly is great , the roof terrace is great and helps to make up for the lack of sun on the balcony . I w - The property was spacious and clean . Very large comfortable bed . Great location , literally straight across from the beach . Plenty of restaurants round about . Great roof terrace with sun beds and umbrellas . Also chairs and umbrella to take to beach . The property had a great balcony which was a great size , equipped with a table and chairs . Unfortunately it did not get any sun , day or night which was a bit disappointing . Also the bedroom had no air conditioning or even a fan which made it hard to sleep some nights . To be fair the lack of sun in the apartment also helped to keep it cool .

• Simon (9/5): Superb - Very close to lovely beach and restaurants. Able to park in own underground car park. Lovely apartment and would go back Noisy bin collection outside in the early hours
• Peter (9/5): If more attention is given to small details the property would be better. - It was clean and tidy We could have been given the outside door entry code before our arrival. No hand soap in the property,. No written instructions how to obtain access to Wi Fi but eventually it worked well.

• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Location is excellent as was the apartment, there is nothing to dislike. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed in a large bedroom with plenty of storage. Great bathroom. The pictures are the most true to life I think I have ever seen. Met on arrival by Raul who let us know all we needed to know as well as lovely welcome gifts to get us started. There is nothing to dislike.
