• Roxane (4/5): Bonne literie mais ça s'arrête là. - Le lit est très confortable ! Bien assez grand. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres, rien à dire là-dessus. Désolé ! Venez si vous aimez être surveillé. Toujours là pour jeter un coup d'oeil quand on rentre ou sort de notre chambre. On ne se sent vraiment pas comme chez toi. Des directives bien particulières qui ne vous mettent pas à l'aise. L'eau chaude de la salle de bain n'est pas chaude du tout. Est-ce comme ça partout ? Ou souhaite-t-elle faire des économies ? Également, après avoir payé une somme astronomique pour ces nuits passées, nous avons demandé à garder nos sacs à dos pour la journée. Suprise ! 5€ ! Sur l'annonce c'est appelé Bed& BREAKFAST. Ne vous méprenez pas.. il n'y a absolument aucun breakfast, seulement du café et du thé. Point. L'emplacement est ok. À mi-chemin entre le centre et proche de la gare mais rues très très mal fréquentées.

• Petra (10/5): nagyon szuper, jó áron - Egy éjszakára szálltunk meg, Ár érték arányban teljesen megfelelő volt. A házvezető nő, nagyon kedves több nyelven beszél és nagyon segítőkész! A városban való tájékozódásban és segített és kávét is kaptunk. Tisztaság volt és rend.
• Kazuo (7/5): ナポリで地元生活を体験したい人、４階エレベーター無しでも問題のない人には安くておススメ！！ - ナポリ市内で駅から徒歩圏内で一般家庭に民泊した感じです。10泊しましたがシャワー/トイレが共用ですが2か所有った為かち合うこともなく、水量も良かったです。電気ポット、電子レンジ（共用）、冷蔵庫（オーナーと共用）等が有った為大変助かりました。オーナーがとても親切で、スマホ翻訳アプリでのチェックイン/アウトでしたが問題は有りませんでした。 良くなかった・・ではありませんが、私の確認不足ですが場所が３階（日本で言うと所の4階）でエレベーターのない石造りの年代建物の為、20Kgも有るようなスーツケース持ち込みの場合はそれなりの体力がないと厳しいと感じます（特に、女性だけの場合）。客室は3部屋有り、私たちが泊まったのは露地側の部屋で窓の向いは廃墟の為（眺望あり）とありましたがこれは通り沿いの部屋の場合と思います。

• FEDERICA MARIA (1/5): Terribile - Posizione comoda con la stazione e il porto. Wifi funzionante Tutto pessimo, soggiorno che non consiglio a nessuno. Quartiere molto brutto e sporco, edificio fatiscente con muffa vistosa, crepe profonde e insetti. L'edificio adiacente crollato. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore, non segnalato. La camera da 3 letti è poco spaziosa e non ha privacy (la gente affacciata nei condomini vicini ti guarda dentro e si sentono i rumori delle altre stanze). Il ventilatore rumoroso e non sufficiente per le giornate d'estate. Lenzuola macchiate e bagno sporco. Soggiorno veramente spiacevole e NON all'altezza delle aspettative

• Sara (5/5): Decisamente da migliorare - Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di farsi un caffè la mattina, sempre che ci siano capsule sufficienti. Prima di arrivare la proprietaria ci ha avvisati che non sarebbe stata presente ma che un'altra persona l'avrebbe sostituita durante il nostro soggiorno, ma non pensavamo che questo si traducesse nell'assenza di servizi soprattutto di pulizia. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche e i bagni non erano stati puliti. Il giorno successivo abbiamo fatto presente il problema e ci sono state date nuove lenzuola da cambiarci da soli. Durante il nostro soggiorno (durato 7 giorni) i bagni non sono MAI stati puliti (e i nostri asciugamani mai cambiati), nonostante il continuo viavai di persone nelle varie stanze. Questa la reputo una mancanza molto grave dato che i bagni sono in comune. Nella descrizione si legge "ottima zona" con "vista città", ma si tratta di un quartiere degradato (ingresso del palazzo in pessime condizioni, sporcizia per strada, nessun lampione notturno,...) nel quale abbiamo avuto incontri non piacevoli e la vista...beh, la foto parla da sola. Sinceramente, se fossi stata sola non avrei avuto il coraggio di uscire la sera. Farsi la doccia è come lanciare una moneta: se trovi l'acqua calda allora sei fortunato. Le foto della stanza sono un po' ingannevoli in quanto la maggior parte ritraggono altre stanze. Nella nostra, infatti, la porta era in vetro quasi trasparente e si apriva da sola se non chiusa a chiave e la zanzariera era rotta (quindi inutile).

• Sydney (10/5): - The staff is so gentle! Very friendly. Grazie mille オーナーさんがすごく優しい。暑い日の到着ですぐに冷えた水をくれて、翻訳機を使いながら会話した。 ただし、洗濯とチェックアウト時に荷物を預けるのに5ユーロずつかかる。
• Mario (8/5): Very good - The lady was very helpful and helped us by receiving our luggage prior our check in time. The room was advertised as a 23m2 room, but it is only 12m2. At some point there was no hot water.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect experience. Excellent situation- close to the central train station as well as to the city centre. The room is comfortable, with all necessary equipment. There's a possibility to make a cup of coffee in the morning. If the weather is hot, the room has air conditioning. The host is very kind and available, with good pieces of advice. -

• Marius (9/5): Superb - The lady was so nice and tried to help us even though she cannot speak English. Sadly the location felt unsafe and Toni’s on the third floor without lift.
• Valentina (6/5): Pleasant - cheap and clean it’s not a b&b (there’s no breakfast) and you’re literally staying in the spare room of the house of the owner’s family, so the bathroom is shared, and you hear whatever they’re up to. also the area is very very loud and precarious
• Oluwapelumi (9/5): Superb - The owner was great, and despite a bit of a language barrier, was always trying to help us and gave us useful tips for our stay. The location was near Napoli Garibaldi (ca. 7 minute walk) and Porta Nolana (2 minutes), and the ports (15 minutes) which made it super easy to get anywhere in and around Napoli. Unless you don't feel comfortable sharing a bathroom, or want to have a kitchen area, there isn't anything to complain about here.

• Morgana (8/5): Very good - The host was very friendly and forgiving (we had a bit of a miscommunication at the beginning). She was eager to explain everything and give all kinds of advice once we got to the property. The room was nice and cool. The location was very near the centre and two train stations! Everything went alright but in case you are a young woman solo travelling just know that the area didn't feel super inviting for a nightly stroll (to me).

• Paulīna (7/5): Good - The room was nice and everything was clean. We also had a small balcony. The room was close to city centre. The owner didn't really speak english but she was very welcoming and really tried to understand and give us some tips. The streets in this area were very dirty. The main hall where the stairs and mail boxes are was horrible looking. Also if you want to have some kind of privacy, this is not something for you. The owner lives in this apartment, so you will just get a room and walls are thin so you can hear everything.

• Desiree (10/5): In summary, a very pleasant stay. Thank you! We will definitely come back when we are in naples :-) - Very kind and attentive owner. She welcomed us very warmly and was always eager that everything is clean and our questions were answered. The location is perfect to reach all the important points quickly and easily. A few steps from the appartement is a supermarket. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back when we are in Naples again :-) One small thing to be aware of is that the bathroom is shared with other guests, so it is not always immediately available ;-)

• Roy (6/5): One night stop-over. Only needed a bed. - The room was quite adequate for the one night that we there. The room was clean and the the large bed was comfortable. We did not require any further facilities so unable to comment further. The lady in charge was pleasant and did her best to communicate with us. Not there long enough to make further comment.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The landlady is the warmest person in Napoli. So nice and lovely. Very helpful. The room is clean and sweet. Just like home. We even felt sad leaving. Definitely go back if we stay in Napoli again.

• Plos (9/5): Very clean and spacious! - The property was extremely clean and the host was very nice, kind and helpful. Maybe there could be some towel hangers in the bedroom. We were supposed to have a room with balcony but we got one without it.
• Yüksel (1/5): NIGHTMARE - The location was okay, not bad. It is a bit far away from the center on foot and it is not close to the airport. Landlady was quite RUDE. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED!!! First of all she doesnt know a single word of English, but it was our least problem. We stayed there for 2 days with my mom, as 2 ladies. The key that she gave to us never opened the entrance door. Whenever we go outside or come back to the room, it doesnt matter what time it is she always awake and kinda waiting for us to go to our room. Whenever we are out in our own rooms balcony since it is shared with her room, she always finds an excuse to come to balcony, "as a coincidance (!)" It was really disturbing, no privacy that she will give to you. Bathroom door lock was broken so they put a component on the door to make it close, locked. So it is impossible without using it to lock the door. So we always locked that component. One time she forced my mom and me to go to bathroom, she also came inside and locked to door after us, we were so surprised like what she was trying to do, locking and holding us in the bathroom. I could literally sue her if we didnt have limited time there. And since she doesnt know English she was yelling in Italian, trying to say we have to lock that component and hold it while opening. Like bro you have to do it ofc if you dont want to pee in public. Our stay was literally a nightmare because of her.

• Majidli (9/5): Exceptional. - The host was very nice towards us. Also the property was near to central station which you can go anywhere (Pompei, Sorrento, etc.) you want. Also it was near to city center. The bathroom was common.
