• Eléonore (10/5): Très bon choix - Les photos étaient fidèles à l' appartement. Du linge de lit était disponible en plus. Très bien équipé, du café à disposition et le contact avec le propriétaire a été très bon. Le gros plus parking sous terrain et le rooftop ! Nous n avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine mais il y en a une de disponible. Je recommande ! Ras
• Karen (6/5): Good location closes to tourist areas. Do not stay here though if you are expecting 2 bed. - Good location. Good size bathroom and kitchen. The apartment only has one bed. It is advertised as double bed and sofa bed but is a double bed and couch. The listing clearly states 2 beds. When I contacted the property they said people find the couch comfortable.
• Anita (10/5): Super tolle Lage. Ruhig. Es fehlte an nichts. Parkplatz war frei dabei - Es war super schön, tolle Lage, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war auch nicht laut und auch die Abwicklung lief super einfach. Tolle videoerklärung wie man alles nutzt, Parkplatz war kostenfrei dabei was für USA Mega ist. Danke

• Ornella (9/5): Bellissimo ma alcune cose poco chiare - L’appartamento moderno situato in una bella posizione vicino ad Hollywood Boulevard e ad altre attrazioni. Ben fornito di attrezzature per cucinare. Mi è piaciuta anche se limitata la vista che si può ammirare dall’appartamento. Si trova in un bel palazzo. Il posto auto sotterraneo una bella comodità. Non mi è piaciuto l’ atteggiamento un po’ sospettoso del signore che ti consegna le chiavi e che lascia un po’ perplessi perché ti sembra di alloggiare nell’appartamento in clandestinità . Non mi è piaciuto che l’indirizzo che ti forniscono in sede di prenotazione è diverso da quello effettivo (la via parallela a quella indicata). Intorno all’abitazione pur non dando problemi vivono molti homeless come un po’ in tutta la zona di Hollywood

• Katrina (9/5): Great place to stay in LA! - Very clean and well presented. Quiet. Secure complex. Excellent communication. Detailed instructions provided. Great location close to Hollywood Boulevard attractions- within walking distance. Couple of items require maintenance- blind and wardrobe but didn’t overly impact our stay. Issue with parking pass at check in but once resolved was great having a secure parking place included with the accommodation.

• Sebastian (7/5): Buen apartamento para 2 personas. La 3ra o 4ta no entran con comodidad. Bien ubicado con todo los servicios - Buena ubicación. Estacionamiento en el edificio. Bien ubicado en la zona de Hollywood. Apartamento moderno. Le falta un sillón-cama. No es para 3 personas. En caso de que la persona sea de contextura grande no puede dormir en el sofá.

• Yvonne (9/5): Great apartment, clean, fully equipped for washing some clothes etc, cooking. Plenty of towels to cover our 4 night stay - Clean and fully equipped Hollywood is safe during the day, there appears to be quite a few homeless people during the night. The location was great for daytime and I'd only ever suggest to spend time in the night near the Hard Rock Cafe.

• Daniela (7/5): Nettes Apartment, leider ohne das angegebene Schlafsofa - Die Lage am Walk of Fame ist super. Auch dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz zum Apartment gehört ist gut, da es Abends doch etwas unheimlich in der Gegend ist. Das Apartment war mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa angegeben und wurde von uns zu Dritt genutzt. Das angegebene Schlafsofa war leider nicht vorhanden, es gab lediglich eine normale Couch die sich aufgrund der Größe und wegen der geneigten Sitzfläche nicht zum schlafen geeignet hat.

The check-in process was seamless, the location is perfect, and the unit itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — ideal for both a quick visit or a longer stay in LA. Huge bonus that it includes parking, which is a rarity in LA! Would absolutely book again.

Tolle Anweisungen, wie und wo man das Apartment, die Schlüssel, den Parkplatz findet. Waschmaschine und Trockner verfügbar. Schöne Rooftop Terrasse. Leider einige Obdachlose in der Gegend, ist aber kein Problem gewesen.

• Busch (8/5): Clean apartment in a good location at a good price. - Property was clean and in a good location. Nice view of the Hollywood sign from the bedroom window. Property also had a washer and dryer, which you wouldn’t find in a hotel. Property had private parking, which you also wouldn’t find very easily in the area. The owner was very responsive to messages. No flexibility with check-in or check-out times. Got to the property at 3 pm (with a 3 pm check in) and the person cleaning the room asked us to come back in 30 minutes. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating after traveling for 12+ hours.

• Jordan (9/5): Superb - The place was clean and included everything we needed to live comfortably for our week-long stay. The pool and hot tub were nice to have access to, and they were usually pretty open with not many people there. The location gave us a lot to do in walking distance. The bed was a bit hard, but it didn't stop me from falling asleep quickly after a long day of walking around.

• Nicole (9/5): It’s a nice place to stay. - Really close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and also silent surounding. All was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. There were no blinds to darken the room thus it will be bright quite early in the morning. The matrass was for me to hard.

• Va_traveller (10/5): Our home at the heart of Hollywood! - Great location with just a few steps from the Dolby Theatre and Chinese Theatre! Plus the markets are just in a 5min walk. The view is great - you can see the Griffith Observatory from the window! Also the house has more than everything you need! We will definetely be staying there when we Come back! N/A

When we arrived there were signs up everywhere saying no booking.com bookings allowed, and a delivery guys said that security will chase us out, that was not a nice way to arrive.
