- Vita (10/5): Beautiful views to pyramids a bit away from the Cairo Chaos - - the hotel is few kilometers away from the crazy busy streets of Giza, so you get the views to pyramid at a close proximity but in a more relaxed, quiet and elegant environment. We checked out hotels near Sphinx entrance and 5** in downtown on the Nile and I would choose Garden Palms as the best value for money (views + comfort + value for money). - majestic views to gardens, pyramids and the desert - the restaurant food is simple, but very delicious (fresh juices are a must try) - breakfast was selected variety of dishes, not buffet, but again - very authentic and delicious - very welcoming and accommodating staff - beautiful building inside and out, with mix of modern and traditional interior, pictures are a true representation - very beautiful little garden - protection from mosquitos - very clean comparing to other hotels we stayed at Cairo - they provide water bottles free of charge every day - there is not much around, so don't expect to go anywhere on foot. But they have in house restaurant and busy streets are just few kilometers away (you can easily get taxi/tuktuk from the street, uber is slow to come, hotel can also arrange a transfer but it will be much more expensive). - the worst part of the hotel is that there is no wifi - no in the lobby or the restaurant (breakfast place) and there is barely any signal in some of the rooms - I missed bathroom condiments, they had only soap - We had no view from the room, but it may have been because of the last minute booking - Nothing in the mini bar (but the same was in 5** hotel as well, plus they don't serve alcohol anyway).

Excellent breakfast with lots of Egyptian dishes served on the terrace with view of the pyramids! Large comfortable room. We stayed for 6 days and are looking forward to coming back. Excellent value for the price.

The Location is a little bit far away from the City, but perfect with Uber (30 minutes). There was Not that much daylight in our room, the WIFI didnt Work properly (We didnt comply) and the prices of the Restaurant and the Tours are little bit expensive compared to other tours online.

He was able to provide more assistance but I was on a time constraint and needed to do my own thing at a quick pace; suggestions were provided and all was accomplished within my anticipated time range! I would hope there to be more patrons! The view of the pyramids at this hotel is epic -- and the fact that more visitors taking advantage was disheartening since they truly missed out!

The staff was super kind, especially Amir the receptionist - he helps you with everything with a warm smile on his face☺️ We got extra snacks and teabags, and felt loved and cared☺️ You can't really open the window because of the smog but it is the same everywhere in Cairo, it's nothing to do with the hotel.
- Luigi (10/5): Amazing stay 👍👍 - Enjoyable stay The first interaction was with our early check-in, and despite the early arrival, the receptionist offered us a free early check-in and a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the pyramids as a Christmas gift, along with a welcome drink on the rooftop. As for breakfast, it was wonderful with many varieties and types of Egyptian food, especially the falafel. It was very delicious, and when I asked for more, they did not hesitate for a moment in my request and prepared more of it. The view from the rooftop is truly wonderful, the view of the pyramids at sunset and the decorative lighting at night with dinner and the evening of documentaries, which added a lot to my knowledge about the pyramids and the wonderful Egyptian civilization. I would like to thank Amir and Nabil in particular. They were really helpful and provided all our needs, even in organizing trips and a tour guide. Nothing
