- Fanfa (10/5): - Probably the most special hotel in Vietnam at this price.
- Ofri (10/5): - The best room that I have been through the trip

- Chingis (10/5): - Good homestay 👍 the room was really comfortable and spacious. The owner is an amazing person, he really did his best to make my time comfortable. And the location is pretty good though, lots of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby.
- Mikey (10/5): - The place is so sweet, good kitchen too cook, great tv room and very quiet and calm..love it Nothing

- Ellen (8/5): - The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, which made it a great place to relax. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of food places nearby and close to interesting temples like Chùa Phổ Linh and Phủ Tây Hồ. A nice spot if you want somewhere calm but still close to places to explore. Very nice stay overall.

- linh (10/5): - Tôi thích sự hỗ trợ tận tình của nhân sự
- Marlene Teresa (6/5): Lost Opportunities... - Kevin, the owner, was very helpful in making sure I had good directions (it's down a very dark alley) and my initial impressions of the room (Bamboo) were good. That, I am sorry to say, ended when I saw how dirty the common areas were. I mentioned this on my first (of four) days there but by the time I checked out nothing had been done.
It is such a pity that the owner (whi lives some distance away apparently) shows so little interest in the house as the potential is phenominal: quirky, individual decor (by his sister he told me), a great location with lots of little restaurants nearby (Lhiu Caphe and especially Bao Wow became favourites;l); under no circumstances would I cook in that kitchen, pretty as it is.
In the entire time I was there, other than a young couple who were checking out who called it "creepy" I didn't see a single soul!
Make sure you have cash in vd ding because Kevin does not accept credit cards. The lock on the gate is truly scary, especially because chances are there will be nobody else there. It will be on the opposite side of the iron grating from you and some manoevering is required. Very tricky especially in the dark. On one occasion the key fell to the ground. Luckily I was able to retrieve it; had I not I would have been stuck inside.
The main door remains open all of the time.
As said above, the house itself is in dire need of a seriously good clean. That there is construction is no excuse since all the windows are sealed shut. My room was clean enough, although I was told I couldn't have any more towels because he "couldn't afford that". The two I was given initially were small hand towels. Many light bulbs need replacing most notably the one over the sink in the barhroom.
Lastly, although I made several useful suggestions to Kevin as to how he could add value to the house, he took them as personal criticism which they were not...and became quite offensive towards me (by lengthy messages on WhatsApp).
Oh, by the way, there is some suggestion of a nudist-craft-making workshop group which seems to use the premises on unannounced occasions. I couldn't possibly make this up!
All in all, unless some real care is given to this "guest house," I will not be recommending it. Sad, as from the photos, I really wanted to.

- Alice (10/5): La maison où on a envie de vivre pendant un mois entier :) - Tout l’ensemble. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. La chambre Bamboo je l’ai adoré ! Tellement moi !
