Plamen (6/5): medium quality - hot mineral pool, although too small to accommodate all the guests. the owners were trying to compensate the poor conditions with additional care and services. breakfast was always cold, the pool was not with proper constant warm temperature. the heating in the room was poor. the rooms were not cleaned regularly
