- Polina (5/5): Meh. - The location is great. Pretty quiet street and building in general. There were enough sheets, towels, cutlery, and tableware for a group of 8 people. The washing machine was working so we could wash our clothes and dry them on the drying reck. The apartment is big. The WiFi wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed on the next morning so 1 night out of 1 booked we had no internet. For safety reasons I will not complain about the keys pickup publicly but it was physically hard to get to them. The dishwasher didn’t work. There were no microwave and electric kettle even though they were on the list of facilities. The Nespresso machine was not working properly. The fridge was extremely small, as well as the trash bin. You would expect these items to be bigger in the apartment that claims to accommodate up to 10 people. The rooms were big, but none of the bedrooms had a working desk. Not a single closet or drawer in the whole place - it was very inconvenient to store all our things in the suitcases for 11 nights. The walls were scratched and marked. The couch in the living room had some nasty stains. The couches in the bedrooms were VERY uncomfortable. The hair dryer was barely working - very low speed and almost no heat at max mode. I wish they wouldn’t put it on the list of facilities so I would take my own. It took me an hour to dry my hair. For this price, I can say there’s a lot of room for improvement.

- M (4/5): Slecht - Niets Accommodatie is NIET chic of luxe. Vaatwasser deed het niet. Geen kast ruimte om je spullen op te hangen of weg te leggen. Accommodatie is niet ingericht op meer dan 4 personen. Koelkast is klein en heeft geen aparte vriezer. Bestek is stuk of niet aanwezig. Bedden te hard. Overal vliegen.
