• Vanessa (9/5): - C’est l’hôtel que j’ai préféré lors de mon séjour au Japon. L’hôtel est très apaisant, avec beaucoup de petites attentions gratuites (boissons à volonté dans l’après-midi, midnight ramen, glaces post-onsen, machine à laver). La chambre était très confortable, même si elle peut être petite pour 2 avec bagages. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et l’expérience d’avoir un onsen chaque soir est un plaisir. Proximité avec le métro pour Haneda très pratique (avec ascenseur). J’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Le seul point un peu moins appréciable à mon goût c’est le processus un peu déshumanisé dans l’hôtel. Il y a des employés à l’accueil mais tout le check-in et check-out se fait via des machines, un peu dommage en comparaison du très bon niveau de service de tout le reste de l’hôtel.

The room is also big enough for 1 person, they give you pijamas and some toilettereis. Room are not super clean.. Mine was a bit smelly at first. Daily cleaning is extra.. Seems like I booked without cleaning but it was nowhere stated. Also for how much you pay I feel it should be included,instead you need to leave your trash and towels out and they give you new ones. Read a lot of comments on the pillow and could not believe but Yes IT'S SUPER Hard!

• Matthew (8/5): Great value for a great location - Breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for shopping in Ginza and getting around in general. The bed and bathroom were small. I am 6ft so not an uncommon experience in Japan.

Only stayed at Dormy inns our entire Japan trip. - Great location about 10 min walk to subway and close to fun shopping, Michelin starred restaurants, and a fun record bar with great drinks and atmosphere. Loved the breakfast (about $15 pp) which included a fantastic Japanese and western assortment. The free midnight ramen and soft drinks/matcha/americano were a nice bonus. The spa was also incredible! Luggage storage was great too. Nothing!

Самое большое впечатление произвел завтрак в японском стиле и блюда японской кухни. Также были привычные европейцам омлет , наггетсы , картошка и закуски. Онсен тоже впечатлил . Персонал приветлив . С интернетом проблем не было . То, что зона с раковиной для умывания вынесена в комнату за пределы ванной оказалось даже удобным, можно было быстрее собираться, не мешая друг другу. В пешей доступности от известного рынка Цукидзе . Очень твердые подушки . Очень маленькие мусорные ведра ( ожидаемо ) Очень маленькие номера( были к этому готовы ) На завтраке в этом отеле посуду на подносе гости убирают самостоятельно

Camera spaziosa, pulizia perfetta, vicino alla metro e alle vie dello shopping. La metro è la stessa linea che porta all’aeroporto, per questo lo abbiamo scelto per gli ultimi due giorni di viaggio. Bevande gratuite disponibili durante il giorno, area fumatori, e un onsen aperto anche a tarda notte per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fisicamente impegnativa. Nulla da aggiungere, quando tornerò a Tokyo di sicuro tornerò qui!

I particularly appreciate the separation between bathroom and bedroom. This add isolation from the hallway and provide a great night sleep.

• celine (8/5): Parfait pour un couple en voyage, si vous êtes une famille, pensez à prendre 2 chambres ! - L’hôtel état idéalement placé dans le quartier de Ginza, tout en étant calme et entouré de petits restaurants sympathiques où dîner le soir. Le restaurant du petit déjeuner était exceptionnel ! Je n’avais pas compris que l’hôtel n’avait pas de lit d’appoint pour les enfants. Ainsi, leur séjour est gratuit jusqu’à l’âge de 10 ans sous condition qu’ils dorment avec nous dans le même lit !

I wish they have under way or regular cross walks to cross street. When have to go Main Street we have to go around.

I was grateful for a reception desk staff who helped me with an issue I needed to sort out in Japanese language. I was also impressed with how clean the room was. The public bath water was dirty with hair and other stuff floating in the water. I witnessed several guests going into the public bath water without taking a shower.

If the room had had a bit more space it w - It was well located and easy to get to places by having a short walk to the subway or by taxi. We enjoyed the onsen very much and the ice lollies afterwards! The room was quite small and a bit stuffy, which made it hard to sleep at times.

• Rebecca (10/5): - The room was comfortable. The bed was small but the comforter and pillows were very comfortable.. The shower had great water pressure but was tiny but it was expected. The on-site onsen was great. The hours are good to as you can visit it all night and for a good part of the day. They offered free Ramen late at night which we didn't take part in because we were sleeping. It has a good location right across from 711 and family mart. Close to a subway station and the fish market.
• Julián Yeray (10/5): Habitación espaciosa y muy bonita - Todo perfecto, habitación amplia y preciosa. Muy cómoda y silenciosa. Me atendieron increíblemente bien. Tiene sento y lavandería, muy recomendable.

• Jo (9/5): Great hotel, would recommend and stay again. - The hotel is in a great location in Ginza, our last stop before heading to Haneda airport by underground. We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable. Loved the onsen and complementary late night ramen and ice lollies. Breakfast was very extensive in a nice setting with lots of greenery outside. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only that the pillows were very hard. It would have been good to have a choice instead of just one hard pillow each. I probably should have asked if they had others!
