The unit has 3 floors so lots of stairs which was fine for us. bathroom is a dated and needing a revamp. I believe the property is for sale so it may get a makeover soon.

Bath towels & beach towels were provided and were excellent and in abundance. Cleaning products were all provided. Toiletries also provided. Beds were very clean and comfy. Kitchen was good and well equipped. Parking was good and easy access to enter the apartment from the car park. The place was in need of an update and deep clean. Floors were dirty and carpet was old. On arrival we noticed that the carpet was wet (appeared that a mob bucket of water was spilled) This later began to smell. The couch was completely stained and felt unclean to sit on. The bathrooms could use an update.

Great layout of apartment , for a group with a bedroom on each level
- Jacinta (7/5): Good but probably wouldn’t book again, noise killed our stay. No sleep 😴 - Great location, heaps of space, facilities and furniture were good, bathrooms were old but were fine. It was surfaced clean, just don’t look under beds or couches very dusty with dead bugs. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 of the nights we had very very very noisey neighbours partying next door who kept us awake all night. Tried to report but heard no response. Not great with communication.

Also, very loud road noise. Terraces on the Beach is misleading, it should be called Terraces on the Roadside.

There were no blankets so we were cold. Don’t want to turn on heating, just wanted an extra layer for the bed.
Would be great to have some throws on the couch for comfort at night.
The curtains look shabby in the lounge - please get them hung correctly with more hooks.

Very relaxing! - The property is located in the heart of Byron proper which made walking to all the attractions possible! The natural light and ability to open the windows with proper screens allowed for a cross breeze that kept the place cool without the use of the air con and the amenities such as kitchen and washer and dryer came in very handy. There was nothing to complain about… even the parking was easy!

3 balconies
A really lovely and very comfortable place to stay for your visit to Byron Bay. I can't recommend it enough.
(If you have young children, it's worth noting that with Terrace 6, the bedrooms are all on different floors with the large king-size bed being on the top and the twin rooms on 2 separate floors below so you may feel too far away). N/A as it was wonderful

The apartment had all the basics needed for our stay. Apartment was quite run down and in need of a renovation.
No air con in middle bedroom next to kitchen making it unsleepable.
