- Graham (8/5): Great hotel experience with some inconsistencies. - Breakfast was good with good quality, staff good, although not consistent on a daily basis, most of the staff were welcoming & professional. Dinner at the hotel was disappointing, the menu was limited & with little inspiration, in fact felt like an after thought. One meal, a bowl of fried rice, arrived at our table approximately 10 minutes before we had to alert staff that the other meal, a hamburger, had not arrived at our table. The rice dish was meant to include beef in it, though no evidence of it & it was a signature dish on the menu. Considering it was not fine dining, it was over priced also.

- Verified traveler (10/5): An extraordinary stay - Excellent service for both parents and kids! We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holiday. The kids were given a pack of Easter souvenirs and puzzle hunt materials. They even received their own room card. We were also surprised when we returned to our room from West Lake to find that the hotel had prepared Easter desserts for the kids, as well as an anniversary cake and decorations for the parents. We both enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. The weather was bad when we checked out, but the staff even accompanied us from the hotel to the metro station to help us avoid getting wet from the rain. Thank you for the beautiful room and services!

The staff, even though not everyone spoke English, made every effort to be helpful at all times and did their best to assist. The food, the comfort of the rooms, and the entire facility were all excellent. I had a truly enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting, whether they are looking to combine work with relaxation or simply enjoy good food and a great location in Hangzhou.

We stayed in this new Four Seasons hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment ! The buffet breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of gourmet dishes including Chinese and Western flavors that showcase both creativity and quality ingredients, ensuring a memorable culinary experience. Hotel facilities, including the rooms, garden, fitness center, spa, and pool, are modern, luxury and provide guests with all the amenities needed for both relaxation and recreation. Additional features such as responsive concierge, attentive staff in the restaurant and seamless check-in and check-out processes add to the comfort and ease of staying here. Overall, this hotel sets a high standard, delivering a well-rounded and satisfying experience that makes it a top choice for our future travels. Everything was great!
