• Antje (9/5): Ein kleines schönes Hotel direkt in einer Badebucht - sehr zu empfehlen - Super schönes Hotelmit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Die Zimmer waren zur Meerseite, man konnte herrlich bei offener Tür schlafen und morgendlich den Tag beginnen. Die Familie ist sehr bemüht, es alles nett zu machen. Es ist von der Lage (Restaurants, Einkaufen) doch weiter entfernt, dafür hat man absolut seine Ruhe.

Les prix de la cuisine est très raisonnable. Franchement on a adoré ! Ce n’est pas un point négatif mais attention il n’est pas du tout au centre de sarande

• Sarah (10/5): Amazing spot! - fantastic place! The facilities are very clean and the location is perfect. The private beach was so enjoyable and I never had trouble getting a sun chair, even though I was there during peak season. The family that owns the hotel is delightful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I will be back! The room was a bit small but it wasn’t a big deal!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Hauseigene private Zugang zum Meer mit den dazugehörigen Sonnenliegen war grandios. Wir waren sehr gerne in dieser Unterkunft. Könnens auch herzlichst nur weiterempfehlen.

• Daniela (10/5): Excelente - En la propiedad todo era perfecto. La comodidad de poder salir de la habitación y encontrarse con el mar y las tumbonas era súper cómodo. Lo mejor es el hecho de que esta ubicado sobre una Bahía por lo tanto el mar parece más bien una piscina. Ya hablando del personal, es para destacar, todos súper atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que pudieran. Dentro de las instalaciones no se cobraba extra por las tumbonas y cuentan con un bar-restaurante perfecto para la estancia con una gran variedad de cocktails, cafés y comidas. Los precios súper adecuados también. La habitación era cómoda y espaciosa. Quedamos súper contentas. También tienen servicio de transporte al puerto cosa que se agradece.

We had a wonderful view of the sea right in front of us. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable during the whole stay. The bar was always open for drinks, with fair prices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful – they assisted me several times and were always kind and ready to answer any questions. There’s a parking area right in front of the hotel, with someone keeping an eye on the cars all the time. Overall, a great experience! The breakfast is very simple and lacks variety. The surrounding area feels a bit strange, with many unfinished buildings, and it's a bit far from the city center — you’ll definitely need a car to get around (10min by car). The hotel next door had loud music playing late into the night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. There were a few brief power outages during our stay, but everything came back to normal quickly

• Salma (10/5): Décontraction totale, bel emplacement,soleil, bon petit dej, bonne vibe 👌👌 - Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette villa hôtel ! Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, à l’écoute et toujours réactif — on se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. La vue est absolument magnifique, et l’emplacement est parfait pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. Le cadre est charmant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Le petit déjeuner maison est un vrai plus, délicieux et généreux. En bonus, l’établissement est situé à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des commerces et restaurants. Il y a aussi plusieurs sites à visiter dans les environs, comme le Blue Eye, à environ 30 minutes en voiture.

Morning breakfast was really good with the mix of omelette, fruits breads etc. the bar was under renovation, but it was coming really nice. There was also ample space for parking

• Mohantysandeep (1/5): Complete disappointment and total misrepresentation of what is advertised - Upon arrival, I discovered the property was under renovation—something that was never disclosed. The bar and restaurant were completely closed, and the overall condition of the hotel was far from what the photos showed online. I was traveling with my 5-year-old child, and it was immediately clear that this was not a safe or suitable place to stay. I informed the hotel right away that I could not stay and moved to a different hotel the same day. Despite not spending even one night there, they still charged me for the full 4-night stay. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Carolina (9/5): Hotel maravilloso, en crecimiento - La ubicación del hotel literalmente sobre el mar jónico aporta una vista única. La atención del personal, especialmente Deora, fue superior, pendiente de todas las necesidades de los huéspedes, lista para ayudar. El solárium privado y la habitación con balcón amplio sobre el mar. Se ve que están creciendo y había mucha obra y restos de obras por los lados y en la entrada. Por el exterior está a medio terminar y así es todo en Sarande, que se ve que se está expandiendo. Igualmente las prestaciones del hotel son de primera y cada detalle muy bien pensando. faltaría un poco de prolijidad en los exteriores

• MaevaLna (10/5): Belle hôtel - La possibilité de changer de chambre pour passer d'une vue sur "jardin/cour" à une vue sur mer. Le logement est très propre et meublé de mobilier neuf, c'est très appréciable. La vue sur mer est incroyable et apaisante. La plage en gravier et béton est un peut dommage, mais l'accès à la baignade reste facile de par les escaliers. Difficile à trouver le logement qui est en contre bas de la route. Manque de parking/place pour ce garer correctement

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 201, qui est malheureusement à fuire, sauf si le manque d’intimité et le bruit ne vous dérangent pas. Chambre donnant sur l’escalier d’accès au bar et à la mer, la seule fenêtre donne pile sur l’escalier, seul un rideau occultant vous protège des regards des autres, mais quand vous êtes en vacances en bord de mer, c’est dommage de ne passer son temps dans le noir. Par ailleurs, rideau occultant mais pas tellement pour le petit matin, car ça laisse passer la lumière, vous êtes donc réveillé dès le lever du soleil. Deuxièmement, dans cette chambre, la Climatisation est sur, votre tête de lit, pas très agréable même si vous la mettez au minimum de ventilation car vous sentez l’air dans votre dos et visage. Côté douche, absence d’eau chaude, même vaguement tiède sur 3 jours pour un séjour de 7 jours. Faut aimer les douches vraiment vivifiantes! Si vous cherchez du calme, c’est aussi une chambre à éviter. L’hôtel est placé dans un lieu où l’infrastructure d’en face fait boîte de nuit, donc attendez-vous à de la musique dès le matin jusqu’à au moins 2h du matin.

The staff is pr - We both really enjoyed the room itself, it was nice and comfy with a really fast working AC unit, also nice was the “beach” which isn’t really a beach. The water ist very rocky and you should wear some sort of shoes in the water.(watch out for sea urchins) The staff also always tried to help us the best they could :) Even tho the staff was very nice and helpful, it seemed to lack professionalism.. most of the staff were minors. It got worse if you decide to buy some water and snacks from a nearby store .. there are none only a 20 minute walk gets you to the closest actual store. The sea urchins in the water (I don’t know if it’s just the season; July) caused my travel partner to be “stung”, it’s quite many.
• GeertRlnts (9/5): Top locatie en netjes, maar enkele opmerkingen - Perfecte locatie net buiten sarande centrum (niet veel te zien daar). Rustiger gelegen (ideaal voor ons) en je kan snel de drukte in mocht je dat wensen. Je kan (betalend) gebruik maken van stoelen op strand van hotel ernaast, want met kinderen zijn de terrassen en stoelen van deze locatie niet veilig (geen afspanning). Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Goede bedden. Goede licht verduistering (zon komt op om 05u). Leuk dat je direct de zee in kan - zee-egels werden lokaal weggenomen om veilig in zee te kunnen gaan. Klein maar goed ontbijt beschikbaar. Lekkere koffie. Heel proper, regelmatig worden de gemeenschappelijke delen afgespoten met de tuinslang. Ook werd onze kamer na twee dagen gekuisd. We hadden een frigo probleem maar dat werd meteen aangepakt. Daags nadien werd deze vervangen - top! Het personeel, een familie, zit op goud maar lijkt dit niet helemaal te beseffen. Men zou er een pareltje van kunnen maken… Het lijkt dat ze niet graag doen wat ze doen. Er is weinig tot geen enthousiasme en een soort gelatenheid. Als je ze daarentegen aanspreekt, doet het deugd om een mooie lach te zien en een aangenaam gesprek te hebben. Momenteel zijn enkel de 2-3 eerste rijen van strandstoelen netjes en beschikbaar. Hogerop is het een rommeltje van stockage, te herstellen items en mogelijk afval. Als ze hieraan werken, dan is deze accommodatie echt een topper. De kleinere hotels net ernaast lijken ook zeer mooi en zullen meer en meer concurrentie vormen. Onafgewerkte graffiti op de muren van de niveau’s waarop de ligbedden staan, zou vermoedelijk de stenen moeten accentueren naar voorbeeld van het tegenoverliggende hotel. Maar deze is nogal grof, soms onafgewerkt. Het geheel is daardoor onnatuurlijk - het had beter geweest zonder. Europese prijzen aan de bar.
