• Mami (3/5): 環境(品)不足 - ・対応が丁寧でとても早く有り難かった。 ・布団が気持ち良くてよく寝れた。 ・ゴキブリが出た。 ・テレビが見たかった。 ・シャンプーとリンスは別々のものが良かった。髪の毛がガシガシになった。 ・ボディーソープを使って身体が痒くなった。 ・歯ブラシは有り難かったが、最初から歯磨き粉がついていて、いつの物か分からないので、少し不安に思えた。 ・トイレの芳香剤がほとんどなかったので、掃除をしているのか疑問に思った。 ・ドライヤーの温風が出なかった。

• Chin (8/5): Very good - The supply of stuff feeds variety of tourist needs such as detergent, utensil and towels. There're washing machine and dryer also which are super helpful. It's only takes you 10mins walk to train station which iscsuch a relief when you walk alot during your trip, the attractions was also like 2 to 3stops away. And the major station which also not far from the hostel is able to go to the kansai airport straight away. Family mart was just 1min from the place and daiso is located just besides the exit of the train station. Able to self check in and out You need to be tolerated that the space was not as big if you have alots of luggages, but its sufficient. For those not familiar with Japanese home set up, you need to turn on the heater at the outside before you gets bath or u might get frost bite.
• Hayley (9/5): Great place to stay! - Everything was so clean and beautiful. The location is so close to everything, supermarket and convenience stores! Lots of great restaurants around too. Close walk to the stations too I would have liked a kettle for making tea and coffee.

• Yuki (10/5): amazing！ - I arrived from Kansai International Airport (KIX) without changing trains. All the furniture was brand new and it was very easy to stay. Umeda and Namba are also accessible. Convenience stores are also open 24 hours a day.
