Adil (1/5): horrible experience - Location since its a private property, some staff we ware not instructed for. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom was worthless staying for 9 nights. no area to spread washed clothes, i had to spear 2 pants and a towel after swimming in a corridor and the management fined us 200 MYR with no instructions signage in all floors. since customer satisfaction worth nothing. over all, its the first and last time booking at this horrible building.

Alice (7/5): Great location and room with a lot of space. - Host let me drop off my bags early which was greatly appreciated. Room was huge and comfortable and in easy walking distance of everything. The facilities were good too, if you have kids it’s very kid friendly. I saw a mouse on the ground floor. I notified the host but never even got an acknowledgment. I understand the host doesn’t control the whole building but not even a message to say building management was notified. I had sent him video of the mouse as evidence. My room also faced out onto the pool area, however there is a building that lights up outside the window. The block out curtains blocked it but if you don’t like that, just an FYI.

Short distance to everywhere and there are food area just around the corner… the pool is also amazing Although there’s a convenience store right down below, it is very expensive. It is also hard to find the way in to park when friends came over to pick us up or parking for the grab. But nothing to say about the unit. It was great.

Izzy (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, very near to Bukit Bintang, just like the walking distance, facilities used from 10am - 10pm, it really nice for 2 bedroom apartment i really love it Its not self check in so i found it a bit troublesome for me, i have to contact the agent and wait until they come and show us the apartment, the entry of residence quite troublesome as we dont have any access card to enter the car park.

Fan (8/5): Good stay - Modern high rise building unit with spectacular views from an accessible roof top garden. Nice pool and great gym. Used it everyday. Room was clean and quiet. Only unsettling part of the stay was the staff wanted the payment owing for the stay to be paid in cash and staff was tardy in providing receipt after receiving payment.

Mohamed (8/5): New apartment, nice stay - The host was kind enough to give us flexibility when our flight got delayed 4 hrs, and we got in just at midnight. He was waiting for us to arrive to get us into the building. The apartment had all the necessities on site. Fast intermet, a small store was in the building which helped. For parking, we had to register the car with security, and parking was done as a visitor on B1. The rooms lacked a mirrior, and there was only one in the bathroom. During peak hrs, the elvators were quite busy. The button system in the elevators was a hassle as sometimes pressing the correct floor was not easy. Some practice is all required. The checkout was easy. We requested 1 pm and paid extra for it.

The property was clean, has housekeeping included, good facilities. It needed more utensils in the kitchen, but overall great experience

Kelly (1/5): Awful. Would never recommend - Nothing. Service was awfully slow. The price I had to pay was not what was stated on the checkout page on Booking.com. I didn’t have a chance to reject it because we were already there and there was nowhere else to go. I had to pay a tourist fee even though my whole group is Malaysian. Booking.com, please look into this. The check-in procedure was awful and slow. Waited 30 minutes for them to arrive to pass us the key. Totally different from other serviced apartments. The furniture is old, although it’s a brand new building. Only thing new in there is the kitchen, mainly because that’s the only thing build in from the new property. The entrance to the building is off to some corner but the exit is on the main road, although this is the fault of the architect than the owner of this property.

There's a food left over from previous guests in the fridge. Washing machine was dirty. We need to request for cleaning. - room key provided only 1 card - no daily room cleaning and towels changing

Appartment was dirty when we arrived and the bathroom smelt like a sewer. There were also no curtains in the second bedroom which overlooked into the main building hallway and so basically that bedroom was unusable (unless you wanting people seeing you in the room)

Location is also very convenient being at the heart of the city with grocery store and restaurants close by. There were a lot of amenities. We loved spending time in the pool. The host was very friendly and accomodated all our requests. For the price I paid I believe this stay exceeded all my expectations! I will definitely rebook the same place when I come to Malaysia and recommend to friends and family!

Habib (1/5): Bad!! - The swimming pool was good, stay was comfortable The Operator for the unit was terrible! There was absolutely no internet during our whole stay. We could connect to internet, TV, Netflix or Dramas, which was our plan for our trip! The Operator didn’t take any responsibility and kept blaming the external internet provider! This spoiled our whole trip. No handwash soap, no detergent, no extra toilet tissues inside, no tissue box. Everything may be provided on request! Toilet shower was broken and the operator unable to fix it, Hand spray in toilet broken! Kids didn’t want to return to the unit, and were so bored!
