Upon arrival, I found the apartment in a very poor and unacceptable condition. The furniture was broken, the walls were heavily stained and leaking water, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. Additionally, there was only one air conditioner instead of two as advertised, and it was in terrible condition and completely unclean. Due to the state of the apartment, I did not stay there. I immediately informed the host of the situation within minutes of check-in, but despite this, he refused to refund the amount I paid. I eventually had to leave the apartment without receiving any refund. I have clear photographic evidence showing the actual condition of the apartment, including the broken furniture, water-damaged walls, and the overall unlivable environment. The smell inside the apartment was unbearable, and it is difficult to express how awful the experience was. This is the first time I feel my trust in Booking.com has been shaken.

- Basem (1/5): Very bad and disappointing booking. - I didn’t like anything at all Very dirty . Full of lizards and insects. Full of dust , bad smells and odors . Only one ac and very bad cooling Broken fan and as it is the last floor extremely hot.
