• Chris (3/5): I would not recommend staying here at all. Very grotty, mouldy, hard to sleep, poor facilities. - The location is good. A short walk to Shinjuku station. The check in was relatively easy. The whole place smelt really badly of damp and mould to the point where it was difficult sleeping without coughing. There is mould on some of the walls and curtains and the bathrooms are absolutely terrible. When communicating this to the property manager, they said it was due to recent rain but it was impossible for it to be this bad from a few days of poor weather. All the walls are damaged with scuff marks. The place was a bit dusty. Overall, the place is not nice and is terrible value for money.
• Tatsuichiro (9/5): Short walk to everything such as train station and convenience stores. - Location, response from the host Faint moldy smell on the first floor, no hand towels by the sinks.
• Erika (10/5): - So close to everything! The house was perfect for our small group. Very close walking to all kinds of food, convenience stores, and train station for travel to other areas.

• Thuy (3/5): Skip this one and find somewhere else to stay. - Apart from the location being central, nothing else to rave about this property. Host was not contactable, the number provided replied and advised this was a scam. Bookings.com could also not get in touch with the host on numerous occasions.

• Carolyne (7/5): Good - There was plenty of room for 5 adults, air conditioning was great, and accommodation was in a great location for walking, train lines, and food. Stairs narrow and steep, hard to get luggage up and down. Locating was hard due to the unit not being number and was very dark when we arrived. Not receiving check procedures a week before and able to download on the day as we were travelling.
