- Max (7/5): The unit was spacious and well equipped. Great water view from the balcony and main bedroom. - Unfortunately two buildings were being constructed across from us . Very noisy and no chance of sleeping in of a morning as building started before 7 am. Found the lounge chairs a bit uncomfortable and low. And also the light rail was being constructed at the end of the street and work was done at night.

- Lilly (2/5): If you are looking for a comfortable stay, don’t stay there - noisy, dated - The location and clothes washing facilities No air conditioning as advertised, toxic smell in the apartment (may have been some cleaning products used but smell lingered for 48 hours) construction noise from an apartment block being built from 7am (should have been made clear at time of booking), incorrect wifi password details on the internet login sheet left in apartment, the link to check in advised us to head to Level 5 to find our room, it was Level 6 so had to lug our luggage an extra floor. Burleigh Letting Company’s response to the issues was also poor.
- Annette (2/5): - No onsite management. The keys needs to be picked up & dropped off from another location. Must have a car or being willing to walk 20minutes each way across the highway. Security gate fob not working. Email sent with a pin, fans/lights can not be switched on. No air con. Lift issues. Backpacker cleaning building. Was there upon arrival. Blinds don’t cover windows so light streams through all day/night. All this information was communicated via email after I had paid for booking.
