They did offer to send cleaning service but we were out and not able to make arrangements to meet cleaning people at room Due to plans that were already in place. Also we had a terrible snow storm we were suppose to check in Tuesday but flights canceled- property did not work with us at all. We did not arrive until Wednesday and when we arrived the apartment was dirty. So they had an extra day to clean and that was not the case. Also they did not provide any assistance with at no fault of our own the snow storm That delayed us.
• Michelle (1/5): Dirty and uncomfortable. - Not clean. Bugs. Advertised sleeping for 6. Then told us to use couches or beds. No blankets even if couches were acceptable beds. Owner told us to go buy blankets at Ross. Owner would not respond to us. Horrible trip. Horrible apartment.
• Henry (10/5): We had a lovely stay at the apartment. The views were spectacular. Fantastic apartment - The location of the apartment is superb and the views are spectacular. The apartment is a good size and very clean and well kept. We will certainly be staying at this apartment again. The hosts were very receptive and helpful. It was all good.
