No se puede regular bien el agua caliente de la ducha, además hay que gastar un montón porque se debe dejar abierta al mismo tiempo que la de la cocina (sino sale fría) Las ventanas dan a una rampa del estacionamiento y al patio de un colegio (6am estaban las limpiadoras arrastrando los bancos y sillas). Había una cucaracha cerca de mi cama

Javier (10/5): seguro y confortable - la ubicación es privilegiada a tan solo una cuadra de la plaza y con todo lo necesario en los alrededores,la seguridad es óptima tanto para el que se aloja como el parking del vehículo...

Mariana (8/5): Buen precio - Me gustó la ubicación, y buen precio. Pagas lo que obtenes, un departamento amplio, con buenos colchones y almohadas. Dejaron solo un rollo de papel higienico, empezado, pero cuando pedí si me dejaron uno más. Entran 5 tranquilamente. No me gustó que se notaba mucho la suciedad de los acolchados y los almohadones, la sabana si estaba limpia sino ya era un monton. las toallas tenían tambien olor a humedad. No es para muchos días ya que la cocina es pequeña, sirve si no vas a estar mucho en el depto como nosotras.

Noam (7/5): Nice place - Great location, nice owner and attentive. There is a door man in the building. Very big apartment. It takes a long time for the water to heat up, the refrigerator wets the apartment. In their defense he will say that when I told them they told me they were taking care of it
Madussi (5/5): Good location but extremely noisy and lacks maintenance. I cannot recommend it. - The location. The was no hot water at the property. Ths system was faulty. The unit is directly facing the garage gate which triggers an extremely high pitch alarm every time a car enters or exits it. It is impossible to rest. Some furniture in the unit are run down.
