Чистый номер,удобная кровать,телевизор,сейф ,ванная комната,бесплатный качественный Wi-Fi..Хорошее автобусное сообщение с другими пляжными местами. Приветливый,доброжелательный персонал:большое спасибо Енджи и Орландо.Если приедем ,забронируем номер здесь. В комнате желательно небольшой столик со стулом,телевизор можно смотреть только с кровати.В общей кухне нет электрической печи для приготовления пищи ,есть -2 штукиСВЧ.И главное : мы вовремя оплатили страховой депозит банковской картой 100Є в эквиваленте ,который должны были вернуть нам в течении суток после нашего отъезда.Ущерба мы никакого не сделали.Прошло уже больше 2 суток ,но деньги нам не вернули.Просьба - вернуть депозитные деньги на нашу карту .

• betts (9/5): Los abrigos - Our second time at this hotel Location is excellent. The family running it were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean . Bathroom space a little tight but it worked .
• Francisco Andres (7/5): Nueva experiencia. No me gusto. - Esta cerca de todo. Es un pueblo pequeño, accesible andando y con aparcamiento fácil. Apartamento sencillo y limpio. La fianza de 100€ y la forma de devolución. Estuve 10 días y no me cambiaron sabanas ni toallas, ni limpiaron la habitación.

• francois (2/5): A fuir très mauvais rapport qualité prix - Rien Procédure pour avoir les codes d'entrées inutilement compliquée, code donné lorsque l'on ai arrivé :alors que soit disant sans personnel. Retenu d'une caution de 100 Euros à l'arrivée ( jamais vu cela) Pire logement de tout notre séjour à Ténérife. Pas de vu Espace chambre et salle de bains minimal, éclairage à déclanchement de présence dans couloir A éviter, je ne comprend que cet établissement soit sur Booking! Et plusieurs relance par mail pour avoir notre avis, alors que nous avons l'impression de ne pas être des clients mais des vaches à lait!

• Jennifer (10/5): Perfect for my short term needs! - Basically I needed a room for two nights and I was not disappointed with the Okeanos Guesthouse. I had a warm welcome from Angie and Orlando who keep the area spotlessly clean and were very helpful with any request. A lovely kitchen/dining area and within walking distance of restaurants, beach and the very lovely little fishing village. It was perfect for my short stay. Unfortunately there is not an elevator!

• Pia (6/5): Ok accommodation for the price and last minute booking - The availability was a bonus for me as I had to change my return to the UK at the last minute. Booking confirmation stated to contact the property immediately if arriving within the next 24 hours, but the number given had nobody answering my repeated calls. I was also told that when I contacted them I would receive a link to my self check in. No such info was sent to me. I was eventually met at the property by a lady who was kind but we had a language problem, she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. It took quite some time for me to be checked in, standing by the entrance door. I also managed to ask for a taxi the following morning using a mobile translation app, but at 8am to 08:40am there was no taxi or any staff there to help. I ended leaving the hotel in foot and luckily managed to hail a cab to the airport myself. Disappointing and a bit stressful as I couldn’t “afford to” miss my flight.

Personne pour m’envoyer le lien pour le Check in alors qu’il est normalement obligatoire pour entrer dans les lieux….. Gros bug concernant ma réservation… aucune réponse sur whatsapp. Particulièrement inconfortable de quitter l’hôtel précédent sans avoir aucune confirmation de réservation de la part d’Okeanos et de faire la route dans la peur de trouver porte close.

• Patsy (8/5): A lovely short stay in Los Abrigos - Before check in the correspondence was very quick and helpful. The room was perfect for a short stay. It was clean and safe. Toiletries were provided. The shared kitchen and loving area was great and fulled stocked. Wine and food could be left in the fridge safely. The rooftop space is lovely a quiet, to have your breakfast or low in the sun The check in process is a bit strange and my bank did not recognise the bank account they asked me to pay the deposit

Staff have their own electric hob which they plug in to use themselves but then lock away in a cupboard . Lots of pans and cooking utensils but of little use when there is only the microwave for guests to use

There's not enough space to dry clothes if you stay for several days or more. It would be good if they added a washing machine and a stove to the shared kitchen.

• Bruna (10/5): Was amazing. - I love the property! It’s easy to get there by bus or walkway from Las Piscinas. The staff, Orlando and Angie, are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed. I highly recommend it! The mattress on the bed is too soft, which causes me a little back pain.

• Thomas Al. (7/5): - Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 25€ für einen privaten Shuttle zum Airport sind zu viel. Das Taxi kostete 18,50€. Eine Quittung für den Shuttle gibt es nicht. Der Preis 85€ für ein Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück sind für die Kanaren zu viel

• Francesco (5/5): Buona per una vacanza senza troppe pretese - Il posto è carino, è posizionato vicino la fermata dell'autobus e nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno. Bar, alimentari, pizzerie e ristoranti. A 50 minuti di autobus da Los Cristianos, perché fa tante fermate, ma in macchina penso siano 20 minuti, quindi è relativamente vicino. La stanza non era pulita bene quando siamo arrivati. In una settimana nessuno ci ha proposto la pulizia della stanza. Il coperchio del WC ballava, e il box doccia era montato male, quindi l'acqua usciva dalla doccia e allagava il bagno. Insonorizzazione pessima, per fortuna abbiamo avuto problemi solo una notte con delle persone che facevano casino. La cosa che mi ha infastidito di più è che chiedono 100€ di caparra il primo giorno, e per riaverli ho dovuto aspettare un mese, perché hanno sbloccato i soldi solo dopo un mio reclamo.

Op dag van aankomst verplicht borg van €100 overmaken na te uitgebreide intake en pas toegangscodes als je bij de accommodatie aankomt. Veel overbodige mailtjes over en tijdens verblijf. Schoonmaak kosten extreem duur als je kort overnacht. In de nacht last van feestende buren op dakterras.

Avrei voluto che le pulizie venissero fatte almeno una volta durante la vacanza, la stanza era pulita quando l’abbiamo presa, ma mi aspettavo che entrava qualcuno a cambiare asciugamani, lenzuola o solo a pulire un po’ per terra, siccome non c’erano neanche lì attrezzi nel caso volessi farlo io. In ogni caso sono bravissimi e se li chiedete vi danno subito quello che avete bisogno.

• Piumi (6/5): Our overall experience with this place is good except the matters described above - The room was cleaned and specious. The location is like 8 km away from the south airport. You can also park on the road if there are availabilities. 2) shower area of the washroom was overflowing due to its old structure as the shower cubical is not covered properly. So if someone wants to plan more than a night, then it is a disaster to use the wet washroom. 1)They require 100 euro deposit before you enter into the property. That is something we might not notice when we book the property. This is refundable. However there is nothing special in this place to request a kind of refundable deposit. We have stayed in better places around EUROPE and never paid any refundable deposit so far. 2) no AC facilities

• Kamil (7/5): Not bad place to stay for short period - Located in a nice quiet area which I was looking for. Very close to an airport. Near a walking area by coast. Bus stop only across the road. Restaurants just 5-10 minutes of slow walk away. No Air Con is a big minus specially when it’s hot like that. Wifi will need a big upgrade as it’s disconnecting you device all the time and it’s very slow. Also I would recommended cleaning to be done at least once during the stay and change of the towels specially when someone is for longer like me 7days.

There is a well equipped kitchen and living room at base-floor and the rooms are deployed at each floor. By email it is asked to contact "Sara" to make the online check in but she never answers, just sent once a link, not clear where the codes to enter were. Never answering to the phone and by booking only an automatic message robot answering. In the end i discovered by my own that the codes were in the online platfor for the check in.

Tas ir viesu nams, kur lejā ir koplietošanas virtuve un augšā vairāki nummuriņi. Ja lejā ir skaļāka kompānija, tad ir labi dzirdams troksnis istabā. Patika, ka varēja nolikt glabāšanā koferus jau no pl.10.00 Iekļūšana naktsmītnē ir tikai no pl.16.00! Dabūju gaidīt , jo ierados 14.00. Nepatika tas, ka pat par 1 nakti tiek prasīts drošības depozīts 100eur un tas tiek atgriezts tikai pēc 5 dienām. Iekļūšana naktsmītnē ir ar kodu, kurš neatnāk ātri. Bet ar to man palīdzēja personāls, kas bija uz vietas. Ļoti stāvas un šauras kāpnes uz 2.stāvu un ar lielo koferi ir grūti uzkāpt/ nokāpt pa tām. Lifts nav.

• Prashanth Nadig (7/5): - A good and quite neighborhood and a good price compared to other properties. Nice people around in cafes and restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. Wifi signal was not strong and was unstable. If you rent a car, finding a parking spot is quite difficult. Ventilation in the room could be improved.
