• Janny (7/5): - We kregen van de host een goede routebeschrijving naar de parkeergarage onder het appartement. Als je met de auto komt maak hiervan gebruik, hij is ruim en je gaat met de lift zo naar het appartement. Het appartement is zeer schoon en ruim. Er zijn goede matrassen op het bed. Het was wel heel erg basic. Wel een koffiezetapparaat maar geen koffiepads bijvoorbeeld. Op de bedden zouden losse hoofdkussens fijner zijn dan een peluw voor twee.

Parking debajo del edificio 20€ por noche 👋👋👋Francisco el anfitrión muy amable nos dejó el Parking aún después de la salida que es a las 11h. Con 2 habitaciones con cama matrimonio ambas estupendo para 4 personas. Súper calentito con calefacción y ducha magnifica. Apartamento nuevo de 10. 👍

• Veselina (9/5): Lovely place to stay - The apartment was nice, big, and clean. It has two separate bedrooms, which was perfect. Location is great as well. It also has a parking spot right in the building (it can be a bit tricky to get there, though). The host was nice, and our communication was easy. There were a couple of things that needed fixing, but I have let the host know, so I hope he'll take care of them (as I think it was the cleaning service's fault). It's quite challenging to open the entrance door. Other than that - a great stay.

We traveled as a couple - apartament has big living room + dinning room, kitchen, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and smart TV, heating system + AC. It is on the perfect location, just short walking distance from main shopping road, cathedrale and aporx. 20min walk to the main entrance to Alhambra. If we ever come back to Granada, we will try to book the same stay. Nothing.

• Bogdan (10/5): - Прелеп апартман у самом центру Гранаде, чист и простран. Власник је био од велике помоћи. Све препоруке. Постоји и могућност паркинга у згради који је неопходан у овом делу града. /
• patrick (4/5): Séjour gâché - L’emplacement, l’organisation de l’appartement, idéal pour 2 couples avec 1 salle de bains et WC par chambre. Nous voyageons en van, le propriétaire nous a confirmé par 2 fois qu’il n’y avait aucun problème d’accès au parking et surtout aucune inquiétude à avoir. Nous lui avons fait confiance à tort, l’entrée est exiguë et absolument pas adapté à l’accès d’un van, la largeur et la hauteur sont insuffisantes. Il aurait du nous mettre en garde, plutôt que penser uniquement au gain potentiel de 60€ pour 3 nuits. Bien évidemment, nous nous sommes trouvé bloqué dans la descente et avons dû difficilement ressortir, avec éraflures à l’avant et à l’arrière. Coût 1000€. Le propriétaire n’a jamais voulu reconnaître sa responsabilité. Il y a d’autres parkings accessibles à proximité, et il aurait dû nous les indiquer. Cette situation anxiogène a provoqué un malaise cardiaque avec intervention des secours pour ma femme, notre séjour a donc été totalement gâché. Par ailleurs, le logement, bien que bien organisé, est sous équipé, pas même un tire-bouchon, un four mais aucun plat, un lave linge mais pas d’étendoir, une table à repasser mais pas de fer, canapé inconfortable, pas de linge de maison, couette sale, aucun ustensiles de cuisine, pas de balai, pas un minimum de produits d’entretien ni de cuisine, juste du sel, manque un balai WC…,. Aucune explication sur fonctionnement des appareils ménagers, pas de code wifi indiqué, pas de book explicatif, manque général d’information.

• friedrich (7/5): Gut gelegenes Appartement nur zum Übernachten - Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Zwei Bäder sind prima Ausstattung der Küche war nur für die Optik. Es fehlten Grundausstattungen zum Kochen und für die Spülmaschine, Betten zu hart, Kopfkissen wie Beton, nur sehr wenig Beleuchtung und liebevolle Einrichtung.

• Anna (6/5): Dobrze ale nie bardzo dobrze! - Lokalizacja znakomita. Gospodarz w sposób doskonały wskazał nam trasę dojazdu do apartamentu. Gdyby nie te wskazówki do części historycznej Grenady ciężko byłoby się dostać Klucze trudno było wpasować do zamków. Mimo, że przyjechaliśmy dość późno o czym właściciel był poinformowany, w apartamencie były "przygotowane" MOKRE ręczniki, w tym tylko jeden kąpielowy ( była nas czwórka). Apartament dość ciasny - szczególnie łazienki, w których ciężko było ustawić kosmetyki. Tzw. kawy powitalnej nie starczyło nawet dla wszystkich gości. Widok na "rozwaloną" kamienicę. Garaż bardzo ciasny.

Pas de torchons ou de papier essui tout, pas de tire-bouchon, pas de passoire, la télé ne marche pas, pas de micro ondes..La cafetière qui fonctionne très mal, bref il est très bien pour dormir mais pas pour y manger après une longue journee de marche, ce qui permet pour le coup de ne pas le salir. Le garage a un coût de 20€ par nuit alors que sur ma réservation on m'indiquait 18€.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal centro, che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi senza bisogno di spostarsi in auto. Gli ambienti sono impeccabili: pulizia accurata, arredi curati e ogni comfort a disposizione per sentirsi subito a casa. Un grande vantaggio è il parcheggio privato in garage, che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico e rilassante. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione a chi cerca comodità, tranquillità e vicinanza al cuore della città.

• Martarm11 (10/5): Muy cerca de todo y moderno - La cercanía a absolutamente todo el centro, la Alcaicería a muy pocos minutos y la catedral. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Muy moderno el apartamento y con disponibilidad de aparcamiento por 18€ la noche la plaza. Una atención increíble y súper amables. Algunos enchufes no acababan de funcionar y las almohadas muy duras. El sofá cama es incómodo, pero es un sofá cama.

• Karen (8/5): Nice and comfortable for a short stay. - Central location to the city and public transport, cafes, restaurants and laundromat. The apartment is quite spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy enough once we worked out the tricky lock on the main door. Air con was much appreciated. Dining chairs were very wonky with wobbly legs. There was only under bench lighting in the kitchen - I’m assuming blown light globes. No tea towel in the kitchen. There is a washing machine but no way of drying laundry. A clothes airer would be a good addition. Also a bedside lamp in the second bedroom would be great. The main bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly so that caused some flooding in the bathroom.

The view from the balcony, if you can call it that, was not very nice. The bed in the main bedroom was hard for my friend. En suite could do with a shelf to put things on.

He provided detailed instructions to get to the apartment and enter the parking and get the keys from the lock box.
