• Melissa (8/5): - Lovely comfortable home. Clean. The spa pool takes too long to heat up (3 hours). One room had a dog smell especially on the pillows. There was a persistent outdoor loud noise in the evening. Bring your own games.

• Guadalupe (9/5): Spacious and well maintained house - We like that the place is well maintained and super spacious, with 5 bedrooms, well equipped toilets and nice outdoor facilities The spa pool was a nice treat but didn’t get warm at all. After 3hs we turned off it was still cold. We knew it was not hot tube, but it was cold. We enjoyed it anyway, so not a real problem for us.

• Lewis (7/5): As we were a sporting group playing in a tournament. The accomodation was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. - Location No tea towel and bath towels could have been better. There were no wine glasses which wasn’t a do or die issue however it should be available.

• Dannielle (6/5): It was OK, we were grateful to escape the terrible weather outside. - The location felt safe, the view was lovely and key retrieval was easy. The actual house itself is very spacious and exactly what you want for a large family. The beds are like rocks, we actually couldn't stop laughing at how bad they are... if you don't laugh you cry right? The spa cover is broken, making it really unsafe for kids (we had to ensure that the door was locked every time so no children went outside and fell through the cover). The host never responded, ever. So I'm glad we didn't have any issues otherwise it would have been difficult. The oven dial is broken, making it difficult to use it. The massage chair is also damaged. The whole place just needs good maintenance really.
• Tony (8/5): Very good - Very spacious, nice view with plenty of rooms with fresh air circulating well within the place. Kitchen island area certainly needs a pest control done thoroughly as there were lots of cockroaches inside the dishwasher, near the bins and some in the draws. That's the only disappointing aspect of the place.

• H (7/5): The property has a great location and a great size of spa perfect. - This spacious two-story house boasts three newly renovated bathrooms and a toilet. The location is perfect. The bedroom linens were so stinky that owner of this property may required to replace them instead of washing them. The air conditioners were needed in all rooms because the carpets and beddings were smelly, also main issue is the air didn’t circulate especially downstair rooms which made the smells worse and more humid. As a result, we weren’t comfortable using their bedding because of the smell.

The bed in the main bedroom was hard as a brick to sleep on but definitely didn’t ruin our stay
• Dalisay (10/5): Top spot to stay in Shellharbour! - Location is in a peaceful high end neighbourhood in Shell Cove with fantastic view of the Marina-4 mins drive to Shellharbour Marina. The pool/spa is a nice treat! 2 light bulbs on top of the island kit chen were broken when we checked-in.
