Lidiya (10/5): Wonderful experience - It was wonderful experience. I wish I could stay longer. Mama Joyce is an energizer and full-time service manager of entire complex. She is a woman of soft heart, sharp mind and tough discipline. She loves her job and takes care about customers as they're her children. Thank you for your kindness, love and hospitality. The Guesthouse itself is safe, with CCTV monitoring, night guard. Breakfast available on demand, must be paid extra. I noticed back-up generator that ensures uninterrupted power supply. Rooms available at different rates from standard to luxury.

Used a makeshift one on buckets as an ironing board :( Need additional plug points close to the bed for charging your cellphone.

WL (7/5): Comfy and value for money. - Location was good. Rooms were comfy and well airconditioned. Bathrooms and showers were great. Joyce was a lovely hostess and a highlight of the stay. The neighbour's house alarm kept going off all night..... No DSTV or any TV channels, seems the owner forgot to pay his bill. A little maintenance and attention to detail needed.....light fittings etc

Environment makes you forget that you not home. The plug exploded,no bathroom handle,room too small to have twin bads,can handle move around the room.

Thomas (1/5): Capital nightmare! - It was a terrible experience and a nightmare staying here. There was nothing to like about the place. Although having booked weeks in advance, the property did not expect us. The property was difficult to find, since all street name signs were vandalised. Arriving at the property, the intercom at the gate was not answered, and after considerable hooting, someone appeared who didn`t know that we had a reservation. The first room assigned to us: lights not working, TV not working, bathroom dirty, curtains damaged. Eventually a second room was offered: black mould in shower; hot-water tap in shower missing; only half a toilet roll of single-ply; some down-lights broken; only one bedside table lamp; broken bedside table drawer; loose wall sockets; no kitchenette, slippers or robes as advertised. A complete mess!

The room including bathroom was also good and allowed a good rest. When it rains it got noisy in the room due to a plastic cover nearby. Also, overall a bit expensive for what it is offered. I don't really know alternatives in Gaborone so it may be adequate. Breakfast options are a little underwhelming
