• Jamerson Barros (5/5): Falta de atención al huésped. - Hubo una grave falla de comunicación. Realicé la solicitud de modificación del check-in antes del viaje, pero no recibí respuesta a tiempo. Me vi obligado a esperar con mis hijos y nuestras maletas frente al edificio durante más de cinco horas, caminando sin poder acceder al alojamiento ni recibir ningún tipo de asistencia. Considero esta situación inaceptable, ya que causó un gran malestar y demostró una clara falta de atención al huésped.
• Ana María (10/5): Excelente 👌 opción para estadía corta en Madrid! - Todo!! El apartamento es ideal y propio si lo que necesitas es una estancia corto plazo, muy bien dotado, con lo necesario, cerca al supermarket, mall, estación del metro, ruta de buses, aeropuerto, buena ubicación, el edificio súper, buena conectividad wifi, el sistema de cerradura genial, volvería a usarlo y lo recomendaré con mis amigos. El olor que sale del baño a desagüe y alcantarilla es muy fuerte pero no es problema del apartamento sino del edificio en general, pero para combatir un poco el olor mantener aromatizantes permanentes que ayuden a mitigar y cerrada la puerta se soluciona sin problema.

Dirty, car vandalised and we could not enter. - Absolutely nothing! :( Dear Landlord, We stayed in the accommodation “Apartamentos Con Garaje En Ensanche De Vallecas Alquiler Temporal Madrid” between the dates of 4th to 9th of October 2025. We had the most disgusting, inhumane experience ever and are requesting a full refund. Please treat this as an official complaint. Below is a full breakdown of our dissatisfaction and grounds for our request for a full refund: 1) We could not enter the apartment. My husband and I are both professionals and can follow instructions. We followed your instructions very clearly and could not enter the building, or the apartment. We were travelling with a young baby and because of this sad situation, our infant became very ill as the weather was cold and we had to wait outside for more than one hour for another tenant to let us in. This is absolutely disgraceful. I called the WhatsApp number provided but nobody replied. 2) The photographs on Booking.com do not reflect the actual property. The property is advertised as being a one bedroom apartment and the photographs clearly show a separate bedroom. However, there is no bedroom and the apartment is a very tiny space with no room for anything. This is false advertisement and enough reason alone to justify a full refund. We were very uncomfortable in the apartment and had a horrible stay. 3) The apartment was dirty and had a very bad smell. The bathroom has no ventilation and has damp issues. 4) When we wanted to leave the apartment the next day to buy food for our baby, we were scared to leave as we couldn’t get back into the apartment with the incorrect digital key information you provided. We contacted you for help but you were not helpful at all. You tried to say we couldn’t read instructions and wrote in capitals, suggesting you were shouting at us. We in fact followed all your instructions; however the instructions simply do not work. We eventually had to leave because our baby was unwell and hungry and she needed food.

• Jessica (1/5): - Nada Huele mal,es muy pequeño,los vecinos del bloque no quieren huéspedes de fuera y nos trataron muy mal,no dejar el coche en la cochera porque te amenazan con rayarlo y nos quisieron echar la culpa de la avería del ascensor,cuando en ningún momento lo hemos usado.Te echan de la piscina,no te quieren si no eres propietario.No volvería ahí.

• Maria Florencia (9/5): Tener en cuenta para acceder ae debe bajar una app - Muy prolijo y seguro. Cómoda la cama..ducha excelente. Buena blanqueria. Bien equipado. No es negativo, sino para tenerlo en cuenta: Si no cuentas con wifi o datos en tu tel al momento de presentarte en la puerta de acceso, se complica el ingreso ya que hay que bajar una app y abrir de esa aforma el portal de entrada , el de bloque y luego el del apartamento
