• Paula (1/5): Bastante mejorable - Unbicación céntrica No hay telefonillo para bajar a abrir a la otra persona, y solo se da una copia de llaves. Por otro lado, debido al defectuoso estado de la instalación eléctrica, tanto la ducha como el lavabamanos dan calambrazos.
• Kyver (9/5): - Кухня хорошая, можно готовить как дома , были все принадлежности. Был даже утюг и косметические средства в ванной комнате. Не очень удобно было сушить мокрые вещи, после пляжа или душа , не на чем было их развесить. Хорошо было бы если б в квартире была сушилка для белья, а так всё было хорошо.
• Urban (6/5): Ett ok boende för en natt eller två, kanske lite överpris. - Det är ett centralt boende, Bra tryck i duschen. Ok köksutrustning Hiss. Mycket ljud, En vältrafikerad gata med busstrafik utanför fönstret, fönstret gjorde varken till eller från med ljudet. Mycket ljud från arbeten i området. Sängen var ”knölig”. En vass tröskelkant på klinkerplattorna när man ska gå in på toaletten, försökte lägga badrumsmattan över den, men det blev bara halt när man klev på den. Lösa klinkerlattor lite här och där på golvet.

• Zuriñe (5/5): - Estaba muy buen ubicado y tenia lo necesario Se nos iba la luz del apartamento varias veces y las ventanas no se podian cerrar del todo entonces se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle

• Dominika (10/5): Polecam bardzo, jeśli ktoś potrzebuje dobrze wyposażonego mieszkania jako „bazy pobytowej” i celuje w aktywny wypoczynek - Lokalizacja super, wyposażenie (kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka również), cena jest jak najbardziej odpowiednia, kontakt z gospodarzem też bez żadnego zarzutu Jest wieczorami głośno, ale jest to centrum miasta, więc nie ma co się dziwić
• Carlos (7/5): Buena ubicación y precio económico. - La ubicación muy cerca del centro y que tenía bares, tiendas y supermercados muy cerca. El precio es económico. Calle un poco ruidosa y no está muy bien aislado. Pese a ser una 5a planta la romería de camiones de basura todas las noches a las 12 se oía demasiado. No tiene buena cortina y no tiene persiana. El portal y las escaleras con una decoración "peculiar" En general tampoco se puede ser muy exigente por el precio que es.
• Joaquin (6/5): Regular - La ubicación El aire acondicionado funciona mal y hace un ruido horrible. Es totalmente imprescindible dado el calor que hace y el sol da toda la tarde
• Manuel (8/5): Recomendable. - La cama/almohada son cómodas, internet rápido, limpieza, el apartamento está dotado de lo necesario para poder trabajar y descansar. Tiene una pequeña cocina con lo necesario para hacer vida en el apartamento. La imagen del edificio (muy envejecida (exterior e interior) no hace justicia con el apartamento, que aunque sencillo se nota cuidado y preparado con cariño. Zona ruidosa que se podría solucionar fácilmente instalando una ventana de buena calidad que además de aislar del ruido mejoraría el confort térmico del apartamento. Dispone de un Aire acondicionado portátil que tendría que tener salida de aire independiente, ya que lo hace a través de la ventana y por el hueco de salida entra el ruido de la calle (calle con tránsito elevado en horas diurnas).
• Ditte (8/5): - A very nice and clean studio apartment with all the necessary amenities. After I arrived I realized that the portable airconditioning unit was broken. I reported it and within a few hours they came and fixed it. Good service. The sound isolation is not the best and the street is rather busy.
• Garcia Martinez (9/5): - La atención de Alejandro vía wasath, atención al instante,una ubicación muy buena,con supermercados a la vuelta de la esquina, cafeterías etc... El apartamento tiene casi de todo,secador,plancha de ropa, horno,platos, cubiertos,ollas,etc... El ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado era molesto a la hora de dormir,como sugerencia diría que con un simple ventilador de techo se podría solucionar a la hora de dormir

• Kim (8/5): Very good - Responsive property owner. In a local neighbourhood yet close to the touristy areas in central Santa Cruz. Friendly tenants throughout the building. Clean, spacious for a studio. reliable & fast WIFI. Elevator. Friendly occupants. Located near grocery, cafe in local neighbourhood (within 1-2 blocks). Easy walk to ferry & main bus terminal. After a heavy rainfall, there was an issue with building plumbing & after contacting the owner, there was a resolution within 20 minutes. Decor & building was dated however that was not important to us.
• Rick (8/5): A bit expensive but well located with an excellent and very helpful host. Thank you Juan. - The location was excellent with easy access to bus and tram. Within easy walk of shops and restaurants as well as cultural sites such as TEA and Marketplace. The room was small - just a studio with separate bath. The Kitchen had the essentials and the host Juan was very friendly and helpful in providing anything extra that was needed. My stay was four weeks and he came in each week to clean and change sheets and towels and helped with clothes laundry. I enjoyed talking with him and practicing my Spanish. Al in all he made a very positive stay. The price was fairly high for a studio. The furnishings were a bit sparse and the storage space limited. Clothes storage cabinet was not good quality and drawers did not work. Also there is a problem with waste plumbing venting that often evacuated the traps and resulted in a bad smell. This should be addressed.
• Esther (9/5): Superb - The studio was good value for the price. It had everything that was needed and all in good shape. The fun part of the building was the crazy decoration in the lobbies of each floor. It was worth the stay just for that.
• Meri2706 (3/5): Do not reccomed it - Location, hot water, comfy bed. Boiler was leaking, TV didn't work, aircon was extremely noisy, fridge as well, apartment has strange inner windows and every time someone passes through hallway, the whole apartment lights up, homeless people stay overnight when front door is not locked etc.
