• Maria (2/5): Expensive - Not enough value (Caro, Y sin valor) - Super comfortable beds. I also appreciated the "early check-in" option for an additional 30 euros - that was helpful. However, when you pay for early check-in, you expect the place to be ready. Unfortunately, it wasn't, and the owner said it was because they didn't have time to get it ready. So that took away from the VERY much appreciated early check in gesture and in essence, blamed it on us and said he regretted doing something nice for someone. The owner was apologetic about the towels and gave us a late check out. That was appreciated and helped make up for some of the discomfort of having no toilet paper. Súper cómodas las camas. También agradecí la opción de “check-in temprano” por 30 euros adicionales, eso fue útil. Sin embargo, cuando pagas por un check-in temprano, esperas que el lugar esté listo. Desafortunadamente, no lo estaba, y el propietario dijo que fue porque no tuvo tiempo de prepararlo. Así que eso le quitó valor al gesto de permitirnos entrar antes, que sí apreciamos mucho, y en esencia nos culpó a nosotros y dijo que se arrepentía de haber hecho algo amable por alguien. El propietario sí se disculpó por el tema de las toallas y nos dio un check-out tardío. Eso fue apreciado y ayudó a compensar parte de la incomodidad de no tener papel higiénico. No toilet paper!!! And when I asked for some to be delivered along with more towels (there were three of us, they only provided us with one towel), we were told that this is something guests are responsible for. I even offered to buy some and leave at the property if they would reimburse. I also hated that there was a dirty mop left in the bathroom. It seems like this was done for the cleaner's convenience. Also, the room was advertised as having a sofa sleeper. It didn't. It had a half coach thing (very small, my 11 year old daughter couldn't even fit on it), and no bed on sleeper. So that sucked. The neighbor's are ridiculously loud. It is a VERY noisy building. ......and the worst?! In the middle of the night, a roach crawled on my daughter's neck. She flipped out. Poor thing...I felt so sad for her. No one should have to have that happen to them. Finally, 60 for the cleaning fee as part of the cost is not warranted when the place was dirty, old towels left behind, and the cabinets are locked up so you can't get to anything. ¡Sin papel higiénico! Y cuando pedí que nos trajeran papel junto con más toallas (éramos tres personas y solo nos proporcionaron una toalla), nos dijeron que eso era responsabilidad de los huéspedes. Incluso ofrecí comprarlo yo misma y dejarlo en la propiedad si me reembolsaban el costo. También odié que hubiera un trapeador sucio dejado en el baño. Parece que eso se hizo por conveniencia de la persona de limpieza. Además, el anuncio decía que la habitación tenía un sofá cama. No lo tenía. Había una especie de medio sofá muy pequeño, mi hija de 11 años ni siquiera cabía en él, y no tenía cama desplegable. Así que eso fue terrible. Los vecinos son ridículamente ruidosos. Es un edificio MUY ruidoso. …¿Y lo peor? En medio de la noche, una cucaracha se arrastró por el cuello de mi hija. Ella se asustó muchísimo. Pobrecita… me sentí muy mal por ella. Nadie debería tener que pasar por algo así.
• leidy (10/5): Super cómodo - La comodidad, fui con mi pareja y nos sentimos como en casa. la cama super cómoda y todo super bien, sin duda volvería a ir, tiene mucha privacidad, no nos topamos con nadie, ademas el propietario es súper cordial los vecinos son algo ruidosos pero el propietario no tiene nada que ver con eso

• NEMESIO (6/5): Estuvo bien, aunque muy pequeño para el precio. - Muy bien ubicado dentro del barrio. El aire acondicionado ayuda mucho al ser el apartamento tan pequeño. Casi no hay utensillos de cocina. Vasos había solo uno.

• Carmen (7/5): Ubicación genial, pero hay cosas a mejorar. - Íbamos a un concierto en el palacio Vistalegre y nos vino fenomenal este apartamento porque estaba a 5 minutos del recinto. También me gustó mucho lo atento que fue Martín, el encargado del apartamento. Muy amable, respondía enseguida a cualquier duda o pregunta y nos permitió quedarnos una hora más a la salida.👍🏾👍🏾 No nos gustó nada las condiciones higiénicas del piso. Le hace falta una muy buena limpieza. Como consejo, estaría bien dejar otro rollo de papel de cortesía (solo estaba el puesto) y estaría bien también un rollo de papel de cocina. También a tener en cuenta que si vais tres personas, el sofá-cama es muy pequeño (más que nada por si la persona es un poco más grande de lo normal, no dormirá muy cómoda).
• Diana (9/5): Excelente - Encantado con el señor, simpático y muy amable, el local está muy cerca de todo y del palacio vista alegre, para quien vaya al concierto está muy bien! 😀 Nada a declarar, me gustó mucho, muy cómodo

• ruben (3/5): - El aire acondicionado perfecto El calentador funcionaba demasiado bien y en la ducha no se podía regular el agua, salía o muy caliente o hirviendo y para abrir o cerrar el grifo tenías que darle con las uñas porque es imposible abrirlo o cerrarlo de otra manera, el sofá cama al abrirlo tenía unas manchas de dudosa procedencia ( rojas)
